BUYERS BEWARE!My husband paid $69.99 for what I thought was a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my birthday only to realize the supposed pink florals were fake! I had already snipped off the wrapper so I could place them in my crystal vase when I saw the sprayed-in fake pink florals. We've bought several bouquet of flowers from this store before at half the price and none of them had been sprayed with a different color. Extremely disappointed and what a rip off!

Visiting the Fresh Market can be a fun and refreshing experience. You'll find items here unique to this store, but the higher prices can iccasionally be shocking.We like the store's layout and the attractive displays. Coffee lovers will find a large variety of coffee beans to grind in store or at home.The store baked goods are always tempting, as are the choices in the great candy section.Checkout can be slow at times, but there are plenty of visual treats to enjoy while waiting in line.We like the Fresh Market but couldnt afford to do our weekly shopping here .

I love Fresh Market, but get so frustrated by the ads. The store is not near me so I plan it in my day when I am going to run by there.I check my email when I get home in the afternoon or evening. I don’t have time to go through all my emails in the morning.Invariably I see a great deal that was for that day that I missed. This happens most days of the week. Of course, I know to go on Tuesday for chicken and ground beef.Could you please help us plan by giving a little more notice on your sale items? Thank you. 😊

Horrible experience with the meat department and the store. I paid for several packages of lamb chops only to get home and notice that they smelled funny.. I called and went back with my receipt not long after opening them although they were about to close. A nice young lady offered to get more lamb chops and exchanged them out even giving me a $25 gift card. I get all the way back home and before I could even open them, they were discolored. I put them in the refrigerator and attempted to return them. I get back to the store and realize I no longer have the receipt but explained I was just here the night before. I was questioned on the packaging as if I had done something to it and I was not offered a refund only another gift card for what was purchased. How would I feel comfortable spending my money again after coming back three times?? Would not recommend getting any meat from this store

ADORABLE Easter candy. The Napoleons are great, as you can see by the empty container. We love the Sea Salt Rosemary rolls and bread. They have great croissants. I very much enjoy shopping in here. Clean. Beautiful flowers too!

I don’t know what’s been going on with this location, but the store really hasn’t looked like it used to lately. Everything used to be so organized and beautiful, but the past several times I’ve been in the store has looked more like a Walmart.

Today was my first time visiting The Fresh Market, and I enjoyed it. They have a nice selection of organic and non GMO products. I found that they have a lot of ingredients that I use for cooking here, that other places in the area do not have. I love the bakery here. They also have a decent selection of meats and seafood. They're self serve coffee bar is nice, and they're flower section is cute. Also, they have a good wine selection. I really enjoyed my visit here and will definitely be going back to shop in the future.

I must say, I'm not a regular customer, but that may change. I came in Saturday afternoon for a nice piece of fish. What I got was a memory. Y'all had one piece of halibut left. Usually not the best decision to buy the last of anything. Especially at almost $30 lb.. Well, it did not disappoint. Pan seared with a zucchini and a bit of lemon butter. 👏 Bravo Fresh Market!

First time and the website is a bit misleading. I am thinking I getting cooked food for Thanksgiving and all of the meats is raw. You pay top dollar thinking you are getting cooked food, and when you get home you find it’s not. I got no indication from the pickup that I would have to cook my own food, they should do better and be more clear on the website under prepared food. I could have saved money if I have to do the work. It’s a learning experience for sure.

I feel so special when I walk in this store. To be honest I only shop the sales. I love the 2.99 ground chuck on Tuesday’s. That’s what I got today. I also like their Little Big Meals. It’s a great way to try some of the products that you might not normally buy. I love the coffee samples, too.

A romantic shopping experience. I love coming here and I usually enjoy taking home some fresh flowers with some treats from the bakery. We always enjoy our trips here. One one my favorite places to buy fruits!!

Found out today why they call this place the fresh market. The sushi chef is awesome here. The sushi tasted super fresh, the wasabi Hit your sinuses like it's supposed to, and the ginger tasted like they got it from the produce department as they should. Also had a salad and everything in it was definitely made the same day as it was sold. Great Job!!

A friend told me about Fresh Market. This id the 1st time I have been in, but definitely worth the drive. Seafood salad is fantastic. Jalapeño pimento cheese is great. London broil I cut up I into 3 much smaller sections and will cook at a later date, do the large steak was worth the price. Definitely worth a once a month trip.

Love Fresh Market but they have now dropped the ball on 2 different party platter orders at the Augusta store.Picked up today for a 8am breakfast and entire platter was missing.When I pointed it out (they did not say anything) I was told someone was supposed to call me.No one did.Did not have time to wait for something else to be made.When checking out asked to speak to the manager. Explained this was the 2nd time a platter was not ready when ordered online and came to pick up and no one let me know.He said sorry.The end.FM you gotta do better.When ordering platters these are typically for events with X# of people, so not having something is not good.

I quit going here for a couple of months. Meat counter service better as was deli but bakery employees ignored customers. And no cakes out so went elsewhere. Cashier ruined deviled eggs in bagging. Smashed and came out of package. Received bad shrimp from fish counter 2 times in a row check expiration dates Salad dressing in case expired 2 months b efore ALWAYS Refuse to carry Tazo tea I see no reason to shop there anymore Advertising roast chicken for a week did not have in the store the whole time All of advertised items gone Dec 2023 Rotting shrimp in lukewarm cooler Nasty store Must pay for their rating

Very neat and well kept store. Was killing time before a convention and just stopped in since I used to work for the fresh market in Birmingham years ago. Well stocked. Smelled great. Just like I remembered when I worked at one.

It's like being European just for a few minutes. With smells and eye candy and things you never even knew existed, or that you needed them, these things that you did not know about before you stepped into fresh market. I managed to leave with Gorgonzola and bread. TaDa.

Every time I shop this Fresh market I always encounter Dale and Ray in the meat department and receive the best service. Theses two are the most helpful staff members in the store. Even outside of their department they are knowledgeable. I'm always greeted with a "Hello ma'am how are you today? and what can I help you with?" Initially I thought they couldn't be this friendly but no they are and have been consistently since my first encounter . These two should be rewarded and given a raise for their dedication to the business. It's employees like them who makes the customer happy and wanting to come back for their courtesy. They truly go above and beyond. Thanks guys

Ordered several cakes for bday and anniversary celebrations. Spoke with bakery and told employee when my daughter would be picking them up. Bakery employee gave me exact location in the cooler. Well somehow the order got “lost” in 4 hours. One assistant manager even recalled seeing the order. Once I placed my order it was on Instacart. Used my debit and spent several hours between the end of September and November. My daughter placed a quick second order (not really what I had wanted but…. The restaurant would not seat us until everyone was there. M 87 year old Mom and 95 year old Dad sat in the heat waiting on cakes. Very disappointed. The around $100 won’t break me but really changed my view of Fresh Market.

Food is always bomb but after coming back to Augusta from staying in ATL for a year I noticed the individual deli meals were gone😭. This was always my number one spot for a quick bite!

These employees make me feel special whenever I come in. They help when asked for it. The pricing is worth everything they have in there. I loved the last time I went to the bakery area. The employee working the bakery had me going! I loved it. So many decisions, I mean, DELICIOUS decisions!! She let me know what to get and what not to get. I asked her suggestions and she made me a very happy person. Thank you so much!
