We arrived close to closing time on a Sunday to look at units before purchasing. Via phone the rep was helpful and directed us to a location that had what we asked for so we could view before committing. Upon arrival, the agent was prepared to help, let us view the unit, and suggested that, based on our needs, we could do with a smaller unit at a lower cost. She was right and saved us $$$. Very happy with location and security measures. Highly recommend!

My experience with Storage Sense was great from beginning to the end. The sign up process was simple and easy. I had my things in a climate controlled unit for six months, and when I moved out everything was still in perfect condition, including my pictures. In fact, when I relocated and knew I needed another storage unit at my new location, I tried to find another Storage Sense facility in my area. Unfortunately, there were none in my new area. I highly recommend Storage Sense on Wheeler Road in Augusta Georgia.

I really thought they were nice in the office. However, after my battery to my RV was stolen, I decided to remove my property from their parking storage. A day after I removed it, I was charged as scheduled. I called to inform then that my boyfriend failed to inform them he took our RV from there and will be canceling our storage. I was told a week later that corporate would issue a refund. I waited over a month and no refund. I called every week to check after this, and I was always told they would call me back with an update because I "should have already received that refund". After months passed, I called again to be told that I would not be receiving any refund because I was not due one. How does this happen? Easy. Money hungry corporations. Storage sense is no different, I see. Continue to increase their price and now this. Lesson learned and will never recommend this storage company.

Just got the unit but so far so good. For me it was how I was able to get the unit so fast when I was in need and they have all different sizes available and depending on the unit you get a discount right on the spot…..thanks storage sense you really helped me out when the storm hit and I’m not talking rain

Wheeler rd location---married name MEGEASKI. They put a lock on our storage, to see the manager....we couldn't reach anyone by phone or in person for over a week, when we finally did speak with someone they had NO reason why the lock was put on our storage!!! Keep in mind we pay every month a week early!! Noone is ever around to help, aside from our first visit, to rent a unit.. I'm just glad we didn't need anything from our storage during that week
