Listen very, VERY closely! This store was a DISASTER!!!! The fact that this store is up to 3 stars is a miracle. This store toiled in the bottom for about a year and it headed the same 1 star review. I would be so angry I’d forget to leave a review BUT LISTEN, they’ve come extremely far. There is a brand new manager and she has great momentum in turning this around. One of the biggest issues I’ve seen at this store is the organization of inventory. Where there once was sloppy displays and inventory piled in boxes all over the floor are now neat displays and stocked gondolas. They have cleaned and sorted the clothing, shored up the once disastrous cleaning section and even added a seasonal section with the new Halloween. If you live near this area, you can be proud of this stores turnaround.

Went in there for my usual DOVE soap, and was in the line of an elderly woman. She was very slow, however very nice. I got all the way home and she forgot to give me the one thing I really went in there for. I drove back 20 minutes down there and they were closed but still at the register and walking around-laughing. I motioned for what looked like she could’ve possibly been the manager-and that’s a HUGE POSSIBLY!!! Of course with an attitude just as unattractive as her and her wet and wavy ponytail came to the door. Before I could get one word out she held her finger up, impersonating Shanaynay, and said really SLLLLLOOOWW, “CLOSED!”. My son was with me so I didn’t allow my PTSD to kick in on the impersonator! Through the door, she got louder and repeated herself and then stated that she’d already closed her drawers down. I’m not sure if she liked women or not, but I didn’t ask her about her nasty “drawers!” If she was referring to the registers in the store, I DISNT EVEN NEED THAT, I only wanted MY SOAP I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR!! IF I BLESS THE STORE WITH MY PRESENCE AGAIN-IT WILL BE FOR THE ELDERLY LADY WHO WAS SO NICE TO ME AS WE TALKED ABOUT MY HAVING JUST RETURNED FROM OVERSEAS FIGHTING FOR THE COUNTRY WHERE RUUUUUUDDDDEEEE NASTY PEOPLE SUCH AS THE WOMAN WITH THE FAKE PONYTAIL LIVES AND WOULDNT DARE GO!! Actually, she would probably be rejected-you would have to atleast had finished HIGH SCHOOL so I suppose that would disqualify her! She deserved a lot more than this, however my career outweighs her “job” there! Poor thing. I hope she not nasty to other women she’s intimidated by! God bless the older lady in register one!

We went here on Christmas Eve to pick up some very last minute gifts. Though it was crowded, we got through the checkout line pretty quickly. Inexpensive place to get decorative and practical housewares, especially compared to places like Stein Mart and Tuesday Morning. Only downer, on a busy day like this, the bathroom was roped off.

What a hidden gem! Had never been in here until a few days ago! They have a large variety of household things, outdoor decorations, hygiene items, pretty much everything!! They are like a mini Wally World! And also inexpensive!

You find your hold house in this store for a little of nothing and will always find something you need or want! Luv them you'll want to change up by seasons has they charge and get new stuff in! Love them the only thing is when it comes to check out they are very slow!

Nasty dirty smelly rundown store. You can actually hear some of the staff arguing about not going on the floor to assist customers. They are also unprofessional as far as customer service and when customers come some hide in the back of the store and wont come when asked over the loudspeaker. To top it all of half the electronics wont work no mater what i chose. And there is always something opened on the shelves as if all the returns were put back on the shelf after a previous customer found out it didnt work. Half eaten food on the floor and noone never has a clue why items are placed with the wrong price tags qnd blqme someone else from another shift. Manager is hardly ever there to sort out the problems.

They get no 5 stars from me. This particular Roses is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Service is horrible. Then they sold me a table with a table leg that are missing pieces and they don’t want to replace it. Do not go there. Service is weak as hell and ghetto.
