We bought cabinets online that were made for glass doors, but the glass was not included. They came with wooden shelves but we wanted glass shelves. The people we talked to at Ray Diamond glass were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. We ordered 10 glass door panels and 10 shelves and were able to pick them up the next day. They fit perfectly and look great. We are 100% satisfied.

Just called and inquired about an inner window for my large oven. The woman I talked to on the phone was knowledgeable about what I needed. I gave her the sizes and she had a quote and a payment in hand in less than 5 minutes.

UPDATE:4 years later after using Ray Diamond again, I am happy to report that the service was good.We had two pieces made for our tables, both nice pieces and we spent a good bit of $$ there. The craftsmanship and quick turn around were great but their customer service is horrible. Mrs Jan was condescending and blatantly offensive to us on more than one occassion to the point of having to apologize. They try to close early by hooking the gate before closing and then try to scuttle you out the door at 5pm with no regard to how difficult it is to get to their store by that time from our jobs. I bought shower doors for my new renovated bathroom. 2 weeks later Brandon from Ray Diamond Glass and another gentleman put the doors on and wow. it looks amazing. they all were very nice and helpful . very please with the work.

They were fantastic. My dog busted out and shattered my front window. I took the frame there and they had the glass and grid in same day actually within a few hours. I highly recommend them!

Made the mistake of calling (05/31/23) wanting an estimate for a whole house of windows that needed repaired. Was told to measure everything myself and then they would make arrangements to send someone out to give an actual accurate estimate. When I pointed out I am needing a whole house done the lady said I needed to do the measurements so they wouldn't have to pay someone to come do it. In over 30yrs of running my own business, and over 50yrs of being involved in flips, remodels, etc. if I had run my business that way when someone wanted and estimate or quote I would have been out of business a long time ago. When I proceeded to point this out to her I was told I didn't have to be mean to her. That was when she got told goodbye and I would happily spend my money elsewhere. YMMV, but I would suggest looking elsewhere in the CSRA before using this company.

I ordered glass for a coffee table, gave them the measurements in the morning. I got a call that same afternoon that it was ready. I couldn’t be happier. When I picked it up, one of the staff put it in my car. Well done. I would highly recommend Ray Diamond.

I ordered glass from this company for my digital pinball table. I was rude and impatient with them, because I did not understand why they were asking so many questions. They explained to me the reasoning behing the questions and why it was so important to get the right kind of glass. They got me the right glass at a great price. They are good people doing business the right way.

The staff was friendly and willing to help. The price was surprisingly reasonable. They cut and replaced the glass on my oval shaped coffee table. This glass took special attention because it actually inserted into the top of my bamboo coffee table and required some special cutting. I was called to pick my table up in a reasonable time. This company do some pretty big jobs but they still prioritized my small coffee table.

I had a mirror that a small corner broke off of and was too nice to throw away. Ray Diamond Glass cut the edge off and nobody would be the wiser that it was ever broke. Fast service, great price, and super nice people.

UPDATE (Aug 9, 2019): Another efficient and "smooth as glass" experience with Diamond Glass. Needed another shower door "bottom sweep" attachment and stopped by unannounced to see what they could do. Once again, they were pleasant, knowledgeable, and eager to please--and had me in and out of there in 10 minutes with a precision-cut piece of trim that was perfect for my situation. I couldn't be more pleased, and can't help but recommend them highly for any glass-related job.Can't say enough about the excellent support I received from Jessica and Jan at Diamond Glass. I needed to replace the "bottom sweep" attachment on a heavy glass shower door, and didn't know where to turn. These two ladies patiently answered my overload of questions and offered me sensible suggestions and options. They ended up providing me a custom-cut piece of trim, which fit and worked perfectly. The entire process took less than 30 mins. What a relief! I wish all businesses operated as efficiently and professionally as this one.

I was referred to this place during my home purchasing process because the house I was buying needed new windows. They came out and measured quickly, but then getting the work down took way too long. The first time they were supposed to come out they rescheduled, then they rescheduled the next time after I already took time off of work. The 3rd time they were supposed to come out they scheduled for a Sunday and didn’t show up, and I had to call them the next day to rescheduled after waiting around all day. Then they came out finally but broke one of the windows so they had to come back again... they remade the window overnight and came back the next day with the wrong size window... are you kidding me?! So they had to come back again... finally the windows are done... but I’m not happy about the amount of my time they wasted. I work for a living too... **An Update: The installer tried to call and argue with me about the review... my timeline isn’t wrong, I marked them in my calendar and my husband was there to witness some of the phone calls. The first time they were supposed to come was 12/26... (Had to go to the Dr because he dropped glass on his head) then 12/28 (said it was supposed to rain and if they had to come back I’d be charged twice) then he told me he would come on 1/6 after I returned from vacation & I never heard from him so I had to call 1/7 to set up the appointment... finally came out on 1/10, broke a window, came back on 1/11 with the wrong size replacement and came back on 1/14 and finally replaced it.

Absolutely horrible and misleading. I called and requested a quote for window glass replacement. They asked me to measure my windows, which I did. I disclosed that three of the windows were upstairs and that they had grids. They quoted me $989. I agreed and asked to be scheduled. I received a call back from Tina less than two hours later who stated the lady who did my quote was brand new and didn’t factor on the cost of the extension ladder which was $50 per window nor part of the cost of installation which was another $180. She then said it would be $1200. When the installers came to measure, they removed the complete window and measure to very rim, which increased the measurement probably less than a quarter inch. Ray Dianond then called me and said the cost was now almost $1800 due to the difference in measurement, adding one more window, and the extension ladders. I understood the increase due to another window, but they then added almost $400 more for less than a quarter inch in size difference plus extension ladders that had already been included previously.Our buyers were upset that the window replacements did not have grids and they contacted Ray dianond. Tina took the liberty to write up a little note saying that I refused the grids and that they had recommended them and put all our business out there for the buyers to see. What she failed to mention was that she along with the other cronies at Ray Diamond increased my original quote $900 and kept adding on costs every time they picked up the phone.If you do decide to get a quote from these misleading people, be prepared to pay $600-$1000 more than they quote you.

Thank you Ray Diamond Glass for helping with a problem I didn't think could be fixed without a complete remodel! We had a broken shower door, right away the staff wanted to see if they could possibly fix just the door without having to replace our entire shower surround. Anyone else we had contacted immediately wanted us to spend a few thousand on replacing an entire shower which was not in our budget.If you have a glass or plexiglass issue go see them! Over the last 4 years Ray Diamond has helped us replace a few broken glass shelves, cut some plexiglass for a craft project and replaced a photo frame glass. When we are ready to replace the entire shower I will absolutely be back Thank you!

They are so sweet, they was helpful we brought a small glass window and ask 3 of the same size and got it with no problem, they are quick and efficient definitely will come back if I need it.
