PetSmart is a wonderful store for pet lovers or pet parents. Again, I was there with a friend. The staff was super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Personally, I am not a pet person. My lifestyle doesn't coincide with the responsibility. But I can see myself later on having a pet. The store is filled with everything imaginable for pet care and pet extravagance. Be ready to shop and bring your checkbook because things can add up quickly. Have fun shopping for the one you cherish, and as always, I'll see you there.

Went to purchase my beagle pair of shoesWears s/ m socks. I purchases medShould have measured her foot before going she needed a xs/s 1.75 in sole width.She tried to walk in mediums but couldn't keep on.On utube it shows how to measure width.I'll know next time. Lesson learned

Customer service is above average, the cost of the pet food is a bit pricey. But that shouldn't be held against the store. It's just the times we are living in. Overall quality pet store.

I was denied management and was told My home wasn't suitable for fish bc I told her I had a" big tank but I was lying " then I told her we'll since your the 1st person to tell me I can't have this fish together I'll split them we have4different tanks "Your house isn't suitable for anything " uhmm at that point I was upset bc clearly she thought that was ok to say so my 4yr old wants to know what that means!!She denied us fish saying what I should've done yet I'm not tall enough to get up there.Isaid so whatdi you do if people can't read that's not my problem. DON'T SHOP HERE the lady had no tag denied me her boss and wouldn't give me corporate number.She also told me I could feed the lil orange fish to the fish.She didn't ask anyone else about what their homes looked like. THIS WORLD IS GETTING OUT OF HAND BC CORPORATION ARENT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS KIND OF FOOLERY.She said her name was Morgan but I'm not sure if that's correct bc she had no name tag!Either was she was disrespectful and I don't understand why she doesn't have a boss that I can talk to so she can just treat people any kind of way and nothing gets done.

I have tried their grooming services twice with two different groomers and was not šŸ’Æ percent satisfied with the way they cut her! Seems to me with some patience I could have saved myself some money!

My advice to anyone who is thinking about taking their furry family member to PetSmart, please run, don’t walk away from that place. I took my 4month old fur baby into PetSmart on Friday for a grooming with a full healthy chocolate coat and when I picked him up , he looked like a rat who was malnourished. I don’t know the name of the groomer but they all need to go and get some professional training because I literally asked them who’s puppy is this cause I know he’s not mine because that is not how my baby looked when he was brought in. They get you by having you to pay for the grooming service before you get your baby. I will not recommend their services to anyone who cares for their fur babies.

I decided to cancel my appointment and future grooming requests because the first interaction I had with the staff on Nov. 28th was not what I expected. The attitude and overall demeanor of the staff was depressing. We all know dogs feed off our energy and if Im entrusting a stranger with my dog to provide the same enthusiasm and joy needed so they can have a good experience. The entire staff that day seemed like they didnt want to be there and I get it, it's early at 8AM to deal with dogs sometimes but at least try to show some excitement when handling anyone's dog. Needless to say I've taken my dogs elsewhere for grooming services that same day and total opposite..the staff was smiling, eager to take my dogs, just overall happy! And that makes for a good experience for everyone.

This Petsmart location is always great but today was almost beyond words. This is a special shout out to the Grooming department. Came in to have our two dogs groomed and cleaned up after a failed attempt at a bath from another business. The dogs had lots of mats along with the last of their winter undercoat. We were told there was a chance they would have to be shaved. When they saw how upset my face got they immediately said let us see what we can do and if there is anyway possible to avoid it they would. Emma, Ace, and the whole team did a superb job with an amazing attitude. The dogs are home safe & sound and they still have their hair. You can definitely trust them with your pets. See you all again soon. (Pictures of the after along with a pic of the hair they got out. Pretty hilarious.)

I took my 5 month old goldendoodle for a groom. She went in and came out looking like a bushy dog. The associate stated that my dog didn’t like the clippers (keep in mind she is still a puppy and have to get used to it). When asked did she try it on her body she said no because she didn’t like it in her face and that she wasn’t as experienced as the other associates. WHAT!?! I was charged for a trim & to make matters worse- she looked the same exact way she did when she got there. What a waste of time and money!!! My dog doesn’t even look like she received a groom.

I have never dealt with a more inept staff in my 62 years. This is the THIRD time I have had a problem with one particular employee. That means its a PetSmart issue not his issue.The latest fiasco involved an online purchase. I purchased 2 of the same item and had them delivered from the local store to my home. That part went perfectly.I used one of the two and I realized I did not need the second one. So I went to the store to make a return on the unopened, unused product.I had paid online using PayPal attached to my checking account.This confused the young man working on the return. He called for a supervisor to help. Here comes Luke. Again, this is the THIRD time I have had to deal with Luke.Luke puts his key in register and entered some data. They asked for the credit card I used and I told them there was no card, it was Paypal directly to my checking account. Luke made a smart alek comment and walked away telling the young man to issue a store credit (no thank you) or cash refund.The total for my order was 41.79. I was refunded 45.13.When I noticed I went back to the store and brought this to Luke's attention. His exact words were, "What do you want me to do about it? Just keep it."He's spending PetSmart's money like its his own. The fact that he is still employed here is an indictment of PetSmart not Luke. There are apparently no consequences for poor customer service.I will never step foot in a PetSmart store again as long as I live. I will however take my new found gains and spend it at Petco or Chewy. Thank you.

Just went for a grooming appointment and it was great. My fur baby came out more handsome then he was when he went in. Bella did a great job! The best part was the ā€˜Pawgress’ report. Will be back!

I hate the fact that you go in here. You know what you want and they're always trying to tell you what to get or change your mind on what you are sent on getting. If my son have a 5 gallon tank and he wants three fish to put in that 5 gallon tank let him put three fish in that 5 gallon tank do not come persuading me to get a bigger tank. Y'all are about as worse as these sale associates in these shoe stores 🤬

Even though the lady wasn't able to get ma an appointment sooner, she answered every question I asked in detail. She also took the time to explain the difference in services to me as well. I really appreciate the time and patience.

Ok ok hear me outI was pretty disappointed to see that no wanted to help me. I had just adopted two fur babies from the Augusta Animal Service and took them here, to PetSmart, to get some new stuff. (shout-out to the animal shelter cause they were super supportive and nice when helping us chose two kittens.) The ladies at the shelter had mentioned that I could go to PetSmart and get a coupon book so I could get discounts for the stuff I needed. I went to PetSmart and asked the cashier if I could get one. She said that I had to go to the adoption center inside that location and ask them for one. I then went to see the women and they said that I had to go to the cashier. And when we mentioned that we had just gone seen the cashier, they scoffed. They had seen our adoption papers from the Augusta Shelter and they didn’t even acknowledge them. They didn’t intend to help me. I later asked a couple who had a booklet to see where they got it, and they said that the ladies gave it to them bc they had adopted a kitten from them. Also, I should add, that no matter where you get your kitten, they all need good homes. My family and I went to the shelter cause the kittens there are in more desperate needs of getting adopted. There’s a fee of $15 that we had to pay and both kittens were neutered, which was a delight for us! Both were microchipped and up with their vaccines all for $30. The proper paperwork was also made. I had a nice experience at the shelter and would really recommend ppl checking it out before going to pay $200 for two grown cats at PetSmart :) that is, if they’re ready to assume the responsibility of taking care of a cat….Tiberius and Trixie are happy to be home :3Petco is better hands down

We like stopping in this restaurant about once a month for a meal. So far, they have not disappointed me nor my wife. We have enjoyed the Seafood New Orleans, sticky ribs and a couple of pasta meals. They seem to have kept a good full menu. It's a shame some restaurants have pared down their lunch and dinner menus. I am glad Ruby Tuesday has been able to keep theirs.

I only needed Nutro Natural Choice Crunchy Treats, my dogs love both types, mixed berry and peanut butter. They are on the front row so I was in and out quickly. The cashier was very nice as they usually are. I've never had to wait very long there.
