I am usually very impressed with this Kroger because it has a great selection of decent wine, vegan foods, international foods, kosher foods and other specialty items that are harder to find in the south. I normally really like their robust floral department too and have more than once gone to this Kroger the night before a holiday and bought flowers for an arrangement. Last time I went with flowers in mind I was VERY disappointed with the selection. I needed a small bouquet of yellow roses, could have been smaller or larger flowers. The problem was that many of the flowers they had for sale were dead! And it looked like no one had tended to the floral department in days. Come on, National Hills Kroger, do better. I expect more from you than this!

Nice, clean store, with mostly help full employees. So e of the folks there have a tendency to be a bit rude or standoffish but for the most part it's a descent experience far as grocery shopping and errands go, all things considered.

The store was well stocked and had a lot of great sales however, as usual, as soon as I got to the register, Jennifer, my cashier made sure the shopping trip was horrible. She rushed me through the entire transaction. She even had the nerve to tell me that I needed to hurry up because she had a line. I informed her that I was in the wheelchair cart for a reason because I am disabled, and I could not lift the 12 ok case of soda I was purchasing

Dear consumers do not purchase your gift cards at Kroger register, do it at self check out! Over the past week I purchased several Google play cards at self checkout, and they were perfectly fine. yesterday I had a cashier checked me out, when I went to redeem it it was EMPTY!!!! Bow they're telling me to contact Google play and that they are calling the police on me and that I'm not allowed in their store anymore. Which is fine! I believe the cashier's are doing this!!!!There you GO Krogers! Have a Nice day!

This Kroger Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacy’s I’ve ever used. The staff are always very friendly, courteous and willing to answer any questions you may have even when they’re very busy. Thank you for always being kind and caring when I’ve come in. You should definitely try this Pharmacy out for yourself.

This location of Kroger is one of my favorite grocery stores. They have a great deli, cheese bar, and bakery that does customizable birthday cakes. There's a good selection of meats and seafood on a normal basis. The produce section is full of mostly local fruits and veggies, which is nice. I also like that they have a little place to get sushi in the front by the deli. There's also a decent selection of Non GMO and organic food/produce, and some natural products. This store has a pharmacy and a little spot near the entrance to buy flowers and balloons. There's also a Starbucks inside. I like the convenience of the self checkout they have as well. The staff is usually pretty helpful too, and I've always had a good experience shopping here. Also, I love how they take they're high risk customers (whom may be sensitive to contracting COVID-19) such as seniors etc. into consideration, offering special hours that can be found on they're website or by calling they're phone number.

I mean it's a kroger. Clean, nice staff. Could have better prices. Walmart tends to have lower costs.Money services needs to be better trained. We go here to cash personal checks and sometimes they do it other times we are told they don't do that here. ???

I don’t shop here often. It’s not the closest Kroger to me. But I think it’s nice. It’s clean. There’s a lot of items to choose from that. All Kroger‘s don’t necessarily have. But I just wanted to say the other day I was there and I was looking for something Specific and the app told me it was in one place but it wasn’t and I stop someone, his name is Joseph he knew exactly where it was and took me straight to it. He was kind and pleasant. So huge shout out to Joseph if you can’t find it he probably knows where it’s at.

Update: a year later it's getting to be as bad as the ghetto Kroger. Items consistently misplaced or mislabeled. Have either had awful baggers or had to bag my own stuff (literally) the Last three visits. Probably because they expect everyone to use self checkout. Under trained staff, except one or two jewels. Mercy on you if you have an issue and need to wait 30 min in the customer service line for the bare minimum of service. Just go to Lidl across the street. At least they don't make you use self checkout and you'll have saved 50% before bagging your own stuff.Old:What every grocery store should be. I will drive an extra 15 minutes every week to avoid my ghetto Kroger on Wrightsboro road for this one. They have more stuff, and a Starbucks, and a food bar. Their 9.99 beer flights (10 dollars for a six pack of all the beers you want to try) are the best.

Worst shopping experience of my life. Half of the self-checkouts were closed and of course no one was working a normal register. The other half of the self-checkouts, the new "smart checkouts", weren't working either. I left my buggy in the checkout line and wont be back! You have two competitors across the street and I will shop there from now on. This place needs to get it together.

Went in store once and it was fine as I remember. Stop for fuel frequently here when in Augusta for business. After inputting Kroger # the prompts go straight to fueling and never asks if I want to use rewards then automatically applies the lesser discount although I’ll have the larger one available. I don’t know if it’s a store thing or I am missing a step. It does advertise the discounts as any normal Kroger would.

When I lived in Houston I only shopped at Kroger. Things change and so has Kroger. I do NOT like your new scam with digital coupons. Put in phone number for rewards, but you need a different app to get to digital coupons, regular app would not scan the code. So nothing on sale. Self checkouts don't like more than 20 items, I kept getting a message and the lady watching us had to keep coming over to scan her badge. Checking out more trouble, screen tells me I have 29 items and the lady must come back to scan her badge so I can pay. I don't think I will come back unless I have a reason to be in Augusta. Actually live 60 miles north.

The manager at this location will turn off the doors and lock people out 10 mins prior to closing based off the fact that they close in 10 minutes. Therefore customers still have 10 mins to enter the store but apparently this particular manager lives 10 mins in the future and was refusing multiple customers entry into the store. I guess he had better things to do than be at Kroger even one second longer that 11 🤷🏼‍♀️

Dear Kroger, Please find the pictured car buggy and bury it 12 feet deep in an undisclosed location so my wife wont force me to push my kids around in it! It has 6 wheels, only 4 touch the ground. Of the 4 wheels that touch the ground, 2 are perpendicular to my direction of travel. I realize Georgia does not require annual auto inspections, so I can understand one might not care. If the alignment issues doesnt matter then let's address the God awful sound one must endure to navigate this thing. If you can imagine what a female moose in heat sounds like at 130dbs, then you know half of pain of the audible torture this thing inflicts. Just my thoughts, but the kids somehow love it!5 stars because you guys save me money on gas and your vanilla coffee creamer doesnt taste like it came from a Dupont chemical plant!

Every time they have Zhe Pepdi on sale, there's never enough Starry 12 pks and never no cubed ( 24 pks) plus the baby carts are always dirty or wet from keeping them outside, I've asked several times if they could put them inside and only once I found them inside,however Publix across the street keeps their kid carts inside all the time. I hope they get better at both of these problems.

This location use to be amazing, store front & staff use to be amazing. Lots of under trained employees, management included. Meat packaging has been sketch for weeks, prices don't get updated as often. Online/pickup is keeping this store alive not the people.

I recently paid full price for the items I purchased and didn't realize it until I got home. I took my receipt to Tekeshia Baker at the service desk and she was so efficient and friendly. Seems my Kroger card has not been scanned when I checked out. Ms. Baker identified the problem immediately and gave me a full refund and a $5 gift card. I was most impressed.

I love Kroger, but the cart situation makes me not want to shop there. I usually shop 4 days a week at this location or the N. Augusta location and the majority of the shopping carts have broken and shredded wheels at both. I couldn't find a usable cart my last 2 trips to this location.
