It was by chance we saw this place because we saw a man passing by with his and he had a bag with a dog picture on it and first thought was there's a dog store here?!?!!!! My first experience was the best!!! Love all the natural one ingredient products they have for dogs and cats. Claire and her manager were so sweet and helpful. They explained everything to us about the store. Claire was a delight and was so patient with us and helped us get stuff for my dogs, especially my diabetic dog. Definitely will come back just cause of the amazing service and products. Also, they work with my rescue work with Stinkykiss Rescue.

I love stopping in to visit and pick up all of my niche and quality pet items. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and the store is ALWAYS clean and organized. Travis, the store manager, is like a walking encyclopedia when it comes to pet care. He is always so warm and approachable. If he doesn’t know the answer, Travis will find out for you because he is dedicated to giving you the best customer service possible and because he will be curious as well. You will never get a pitiful “I don’t know” for an answer followed by seeing someone’s back as they are walking away that has unfortunately become too common at most places. Not from him or any of his employees. They are all true animal lovers which comes across in the work that they do. This is my go to store for everything that I need for my pups and at a reasonable price.

The pet store is fabulous! One of the very best in Augusta. The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful. If you need help finding anything, they are right there. If you can't read the small print on the labels, they will do that too! If you pet can't have a certain ingredient they will go out of there way to fine something they can eat. Hands down my favorite place for dog food, crates, leashes, harness. They will help you fit your pet for correct size. Lots of pet beds, shampoos, treats, you name it, they most likely have it. They are located next to Sprouts on Walton Way Ext. You won't be disappointed.

After living in Germany for a couple of years, coming back to the states and settling for the run of the mill pet store options for my pups just wasn't good enough. Someone recommended checking out this store because they carried better quality food and were very knowledgeable about what they sell. After coming in once I knew I was never going anywhere else. It's been over a year now and still get the same great customer service every time. You also can't beat the super quick same day delivery with everything that life throws at you. Thank you for being awesome!

Hollywood Feed is amazing! I walked in and was overwhelmed my the size and the amount of products, but I was greeted immediately by Kelly who listened to my dilemma and walked me right to the dog food I needed as well as treats that my highly allergic dogs can have. We looked at beds and she checked pricing for me and then carried the food and everything out to the truck. After the stress of a recent serious food allergy incident with my puppy, I wanted to hug her I was so relieved and happy!

Love this store. If you want only the best for your dog or cat this is where you go. They only carry premium brands and products and everything is well laid out and organized. Clean store and very friendly helpful staff. There's a good variety of foods (dry and canned), clothes, accessories, treats, and supplements. The prices are also reasonable, they don't mark them up above the regular retail price like places like Petco. They also regularly have good sales and promotions. Definitely my favorite pet store in the area.

We adopted our dog from one of their adoption days and she has found her forever home 💕 We have purchased many staple items here and all have been of excellent quality. We now shop here for all of her food and treats due to the quality of the products and the knowledge of the staff. Everyone is so nice! Great place! Good staff training!👩‍💻👩‍🚒🐶

Hollywood Feed is the best pet store! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. The store is well stocked and has a great variety of food and pet supply options. We mainly purchase our dog food online from this store for same day delivery, and I am never disappointed with the service! Our orders arrive quickly, and the staff members take the time to write order thank you notes on the bag. Overall, this store is 5/5 stars and I would recommend it to anyone!

I am so happy we found this pet store. The employees are so informative. We are getting ready to have 2 new puppies join our family and we will definitely be continued customers. Love the idea of holistic products, and products that are human safe so you know they have to be good for your fur babies. It was my first visit here & they were so friendly and helpful. I had just moved to the area and was having trouble finding my cats food brand but this place has such a wide selection, they have the brand and even multiple flavors to choose from. I was worried my cats were getting sick of the same taste after a couple of years so this is perfect. Also, the worker who helped me was so friendly and had amazing customer service

Joseph was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was extremely helpful with all the questions we had about my friends dogs allergies. He showed up which products were on sale based off what our individual dogs needs were and even shared tips on chewing sticks and other items for my little dog. At checkout he let me know they deliver pet food (unfortunately not to the Graniteville area though) and talked about what was best for my dog and my friends. I highly recommend going in this place.

This store has the best employees. They always come to you to see if you need help finding anything. They will help you size your pet for the proper collar, harness or clothes for your pet. You won't find this at the big name pet stores. Bottom line: Excellent employees, always polite and very helpful.

I ordered dog food and treats. Well, I accidentally sent the dog food to Texas while the treats were coming here. Tiffany totally helped me through customer service chat and I couldn't be more pleased!! I go out of my way to use only Hollywood Feed because of their knowledge, understanding, and overall enthusiasm about the health and wellbeing of your animal babies. I also make sure that everyone I bump into is told to go here instead of anywhere else, strictly because of their top of the line, star quality products.

Very helpful the mgr didn’t mind helping me even though it was close to closing time he was very knowledgeable about what I needed and I appreciated that I always love visiting this store and I’ve never dealt with the new mgr he was amazing as was the old one
