I had a very nice experience with my two kids here. Most of the employees were sweet and very accommodating. My son is still learning patience but when something caught his eye they would allow him to get whatever it was while they put things out. Majority of adult items are over priced for the brand but I was able to find a few tops. If you’re in need of kids jeans this is the place. My daughter found three pair of old navy jeans in great condition for $5 each. Checking out went fast too even though there was a line.

They had a no name slow cooker for $39.00. I thought it was a joke. You can get a crockpot brand new for less than that. They need to hire someone that is able to get prices right.I won’t be going back there.prices are way too high.

Extremely overpriced. $35 dollars for a basic blazer. Please donate to Salvation Army across the street. They do tangible work in the local community and can use the support.

I don't know who is in charge of pricing, but it's insane to me that a store that operates solely on donations from the public is charging close to retail price of brand new items for used stuff that they paid nothing for.

Great staff, clean and organized establishment. That being said, the prices are outrageous! I was completely shocked by the over priced goods in the store, made me pass on every single item I thought about purchasing. Will never be back.

Racks are completely over filled making it very difficult if not impossible to search the clothes. And go figure everything it extremely over priced so it makes sense? I thought this was a donation store but it’s feeling like a pawn shop except they got the stuff for free.

I was originally quite happy to find that a Goodwill Store in my area sold new mattress sets as I am very positive about both Goodwill’s assisting people like myself (disabled) find work and sell the results.I needed a replacement king sized mattress set and the price listed was quite good even for a low end set, and from what I had sen the sets were more in the medium range, not low. However, the lady I had to interact with to find out what to do to get a set made it definitely not worth the effort. They were out of stock, and while that is understandable, having a bad attitude and not being able to answer simple questions in a straight forward manner are not.Since they were not in stock, I made the mistake of asking what it would take to actually get one. This upset the heavy set blonde manager who appeared quite tired and frustrated. She said one would have to be ordered, but that she did not know when it might be ordered. I asked if I could prepay for it, was told no. I asked if I could make a deposit to guarantee one, again, no. I asked if I could leave my contact info so they could tell me when they were back in stock, again, no. I asked how I might find out if they had been ordered and had come back into stock and the lady became more belligerent. Apparently they order them haphazardly and once ordered it takes 1-2 weeks to get one in, but you will never know when that period starts, and they are not interested in letting you know. What I would have had to do would be call in once a week, ask if they had ordered any or received any and simply hope they had. There would be no guarantee that I could ever actually buy one, as they would not keep one or accept any info, downpayment or prepayment from me. So call every so often, hope you get lucky and they have gotten one and that it is still there when you arrive. The lady ‘assisting me’ raised her voice to the next person who asked about mattresses and just heard mattress when she immediately said we don't have any king mattresses rather aggressively. Too bad the lady who was asking was asking about a queen and had never mentioned a king sized one at all.We went to a local mattress outlet and bought a much nicer returned mattress for the same price and will have it delivered in 2 days, much better customer interaction. Pity, because I would have rather supported Goodwill, but the store obviously would rather I did not.

Staff is not very welcoming but not rude either. They are not friendly at the same time they do have manners and speak when you talk to them. I go for their books. I always find some good ones. While I don't care too much for the business itself, it's hard to beat their prices on books.

Store is decent. But the folks that work in there are rude. I don't know if they need to take a class on customer service or something. At least smile... Fake it at least.

These items are donated out of the goodness of people's heart but what I don't understand is if the store is supposed help people with a cheaper way to afford things that they can't afford in the regular dept. stores then why do they put such high price tags on a lot of their donated items? They charge as much for some of their tennis shoes as the name brand stores. The cashiers aren't friendly at all.

I visit this goodwill about 4x a year to shop and I donate to them a lot as well. They staff is friendly (if you can find someone to help other than the cashier) However most items are overpriced!! There is no reason a pair of shoes in Goodwill should be $50 when you can buy a pair brand new at most shoe stores. Wine Glasses were $1-2 each, you can buy them for less at the dollar store or even ross/TJ maxx. Their toys are filthy and cost too much as well. I have found the occasional piece of furniture for a good deal (cube shelf for $25, entry table $25) other than that, its not worth it to shop this thrift store.

Today it was extremely hot in the store. Its sad to say customers have to shop in heat and I feel for the workers because I know they are working in the heat. My question to higher management not the retail managers...Do you not care if someone was to fall out due to heat exhaustion? Please fix the air so everyone can be comfortable in the store just like the office folks.

I mean it's good to shop at but then again it's not. The shoes are way too expensive. I might as well go to a regular store. When I first went to Goodwill I thought that the shoes would at least be $10-$13 but it's $20-$40. Wayyyy too much

over priced told managers but they just smart off at u spends to much time in office instead of on floor so the store is always awful looking.they leave and put out broken glassware for months so the shelves are full. great cashiers. management needs schooling on how to treat customers. have u noticed in the reviews they answer only good ones not the bad ones. won't spend anymore in peach orchard rd store

3 stars because of cleanliness , organized and very nice sales associate . Prices are too high for used goods . Clothes are faded .Some items priced more than brand new at Family Dollar , Dollar General , Big Lots and The Dollar Tree . Linens so faded and worn . All I would use them for is bedding for my dogs . Catholic Social Services Thrift Store on Wrightsboro Road have better items at reasonable prices .

Checkout line always too long. Needs more people to check out. The prices have become so high that ,it is impossible for some of the people to purchase things from there. The people that really need the items can't afford it. Alot of the items can be purchased new, for a lower price, at other stores, like dollar tree and walmart. I know the CEO are paid extremely well. More money should go to the training programs and give customers a better price. I quit donating my stuff there. I take my stuff to places that really cares for people and there needs. So sad that goodwill has can to this.

The other reviews calling out the extreme high prices are on point. If you want a WiFi router for $40, come here. How about an untested portable DVD player for $15? Looking for a VHS tape? Get ready to drop $1.01 each! I can't understand where that random price came from. Don't shop here.

Everything is overpriced. Even saw items in there that was priced higher than the store it originally came from. Went there from the Dollar Tree and saw the same exact items in there that were priced at 2+ dollars..... queen size bed set (mattress and box) for 399.99. I bought mine for the same price brand new AND it came with a head board and foot board. You wanna deal on used, donated items, go to Salvation Army. Goodwill doesn't care about the community. The only reason why they are still in business is because the stuff they sell didn't cost them anything to get.

I'm moving out of state and decided to donate a bunch of clothes. My daughter and I took 5 or 6 trash bags and a couple boxes full of clothes to the Peach Orchard store. I also planned to donate quite a few pieces of furniture, twin beds, sofa, a lift chair and some handicapped items as well. The staff at the drop off were extremely rude to my daughter and me, they were obviously annoyed by us bringing stuff and forcing them to actually earn their paychecks! I will never donate to y'all again. I would rather burn my things rather than to be treated like this by this young man, maybe your manager should consider training these young people to show some common courtesy and respect to people who aredonating. I will now donate to womens shelters only, at least they appreciate it and aren't afraid to show people some respect.GOODWILL= GOOD RUDENESS!

I only give this a two star review based off the pricing, you can basically get the same stuff at Walmart for the same price if not a few bucks cheaper. And it's not only this goodwill its every one I've been to in the last year. I dont understand how you can take stuff that WAS GIVEN TO YOU and turn around and sell it for retail value knowing that it's not. The staff is wonderful and a delight to talk with. But whoever makes the prices clearly needs to visit a real store or get off the dope.

The only experience I have at this particular location was a drive through drop off. Was met quickly and had no issues handing over a few small bags. The young man was nice enough. Nothing spectacular. Nothing horrible.

Today i decided to swing into the goodwill and the Manager proceded to tell me that she could not hold a laptop for me for more than 15 min and that if i could not make it to the bank and back within 15 min that then it would be on sale again to anyone mind you i spend quite a bit of money and donating to goodwill fondation and was the lead contributor of the year and she couldnt hold and item until 12:15 while i went to the bank. I cant believe the manager here she was rude and un inviting to the store and would highly recommend no one increase her sales by any amout at all.

There's a lot of good things at Goodwill but the only problem is, with those good stuff (that was given to Goodwill) there's a price that is too high to pay. I thought that Goodwill was supposed to be a place for the low income people who need a break from high prices (and that's my opinion).
