This place is amazing, the nicest people, always so friendly and pleasant and they have the best prices, don't even know why anyone would go to the box retail stores who have higher prices and crickets die so quickly. Watched them on Dirty Jobs and saw it as an opportunity to get bulk feeder insects for my lizard. I live across the country but the bugs arrived in a timely manner and are alive and well! For now, anyway. I'll definitely be ordering again in the future!

Shipped FedEx. Said delivered but never actually showed up. I checked it the minute it said it was delivered. Will not order again unless they add another carrier. First time ordering and last time.Update: Yes, I found the crickets. Yes, I added 2 more stars because I found the crickets alive. I know you are partnered with FedEx. So I know you have to defend them. I have only ever had problems with FedEx and it is nearly impossible to got ahold of a local facility. At least Fluker's lets you chose the carrier you feel most comfortable with. I can hold you accountable for not having more than one shipping option though. I am sorry, but I do not want dead crickets and FedEx is always been unreliable. If other companies can do it, then so can you.

My order of 1000 small Dubia roaches arrived today and I am totally impressed with my order. First, the packaging was excellent. I am a regular customer and the last two shipments have been terrible quality and not the size I ordered. The last batch arrived with about 98% dead crickets and they were pinheads - not the quarter inch I ordered. When I reached out to customer service, I was told they are experiencing a shortage of crickets and therefore couldn’t send all of them the size I ordered (they did not tell me this beforehand). Then they stated I agreed to the “no guarantee” of live crickets and therefore would receive no refund. It’s a shame they can’t make a one time exception for a regular customer. They have lost my business. Buyer beware!

Placed order for 8000 crickets on March 22. They arrived on March 23 most was alive however by the 29th all were dead. I order crickets from different places and never had this amount of crickets die in a weeks time. Called the company and was told once they were in my hands there wasn't anything they would do. I will not order from them again! I will also say I didnt expect them to replace the whole order but they should of offered at least to send a couple thousand.

Two boxes of crickets purchased, $23.30 per box. Upon opening more than half of the crickets were dead. Within 3 days another half of the crickets were dead. 1,000 crickets and I'll have to buy more feeders for my bearded dragon in less than 2 weeks from purchasing those crickets. I have changed the feeder supplier for my dragon and I would not recommend Ghann's cricket farm Inc to anyone at all. Keep your money and spend it elsewhere. *Update live feeders from KFCFEEDERS arrived with ZERO deaths!!!

This place wins!! I ordered 2,000 crickets of their 2nd most popular size. While waiting for my order I was dreading receiving my box because my last two shipments from the flickers cricket farm has left me with a big loss and no live crickets. Scared and in search of another cricket supplier I was unsure about putting the expense in yet another order of online crickets. I received my boxer fine but they even packaged it well for the winter! All my crickets were alive I don’t even think I had one dead cricket!Ghann’s cricket farm is by far the best and I will continue to order from here from now on!

Two different times i received the wrong size the last order was 3/8 and received 1/8 after talking to cathy guessing the owner so she throws at me you ordered different sizes. Well had to because size i wanted they were out. But i still wanted to give them my business. So they didnt have the size i needed i went down one size. She tells me that they were the right size because smaller they pack them in cups. Thats bull when my lepord was smaller i ordered 1/4 size and they sent me pin heads and delivered in a box not cups. Basically she told me to order from another company instead of trying to keep me as a customer ive spent well over a 200.00 just in crickets since july and always ordered 1500 or more at a time. So customer service sucks. Mentioned i was going to take my business to flukers she said best regards. I do not recomend this company to anyone beware.

Great place to buy your crickets, meal worms, soldier fly larva super worms, and many other insects. The staff is very friendly and the products are top notch! They even sell holding tanks for your bugs. The insects are packaged very nice with high quality shipping containers. They also sell water gel for crickets and a special feed. Call ahead for your order. The prices are way better than any pet store around! The "ONLY" issue I have is the store hours. Wish they were open on fridays.

Priority overnight shipping ordered a week ago, did not arrive. Girlfriend received e-mail post order informing crickets may not arrive alive due to weather. $44.25 and its been 8 days with no crickets. Upon contacting them they said that the postal carrier no longer guarentees overnight deliver and refused refund. Do not do business with them, they deactivated the acct and ive no proof they even shipped. In reply yes 3rd party doesn’t excuse the fact that you clearly stole $44.25 as well as other google reviewers money. That makes your business practices, unacceptable. I admit I called your agent an a-hole redneck, sorry, you robbed us. Edit they told us to sue them after contacting the attorney general. I want everyone with a bad experience to report to the Attorney general, BBB, and your local fbi office. Its mail fraud.

First let me start this by saying packaging was great. alot of alive crickets, not a 100% alive rate but thats to be expected in shipping. The shipping price was fair given priority shipping comes with the guarantee. They lined my box with then foam to ensure box didnt get too cold in these november PA temps. The sizing was a little off thats why i dropped a star. But overall a good first order

Active, healthy crickets and almost none of them die off between my 2 week pickup cycles. Reasonably priced. Very helpful staff. I have no doubt that my bearded dragons are still alive because of Kelli's advice.

Heard about this place from a girl at petsmart. The 1st time we ordered it was 20 minutes till closing and we rushed over there. Our order was ready and waiting. They gave us a lot of info and very helpful. However the second time we ordered we had some rude service. The lady on the phone was rude when taking my order. Still rude when I picked it up. I originally said I would pay in cash but my daughter needed lunch money, so I gave her the cash I had. When I went to pick up the order I only had a card on me. She got very angry and gave me a lecture on their policy. Instead of being understanding that things happen she was rude. Had I known I would have stopped to get cash. They treated my husband very well, me not so much. But they do have good prices and more for your money.

Received a box that was completely smashed in shipping, missing most of the crickets and most were well below the 3/8 size ordered. When inquiring about a way to rectify the issue, I was basically told (in a snarky email mind you) I was out of luck and they would not help in anyway. Poor policies, poor customer service and apparently a poor product....

After having received poor product and service from other suppliers we tried Ghanns and are very happy we did. They are located closer to us so the insects spend less time in transit ,plus the exceptional packaging they use ensures live delivery...even thru the coldest winter days.The staff at Ghanns is very helpful, friendly,and very proactive about shipments.

I ordered 1/2'' crickets. The box came marked 1/2''. My husband opens the box and tells me they are 1/4'' or pinheads he is not sure. It was our first order so I send an email. No response. I send a second email which, receives a reply telling me I got what I ordered and if I don't like it I should order a different size. Previous to this we always ordered from Flukers 1/2'' crickets and got 1/2'' crickets. Thought we would try a different place. What a mistake!!

After my experience of buying crickets from the big pet store chains, this place is a whole nother level. Not only are the crickets insanly cheaper. They are also a lot more healthy and you can tell by how they eat alot and are very jumpy. They species that they use have different markings than the normal brown crickets and I'm sure they were selected for how vivacious they are. They also sell cricket feed that I recommend with or without calcium so you don't have to dust the crickets as much. They love the feed so much they eat the potatos I provide very little. I bought the box of 250 for $10 and I know for sure there was way more than that in the box. It lasted more than a month for my bearded.
