This is the best food lion in town in my opinion. Most of the workers are friendly,polite, and helpful. Its alway clean and organized. The only issue ive had is when I order through the online pick up because there are times I get a message saying items are being substituted because they are not in stock but then I go inside to look for myself and it's sitting right there on the shelf, it's almost as if they are just taking a glance but not actually looking for what I've ordered. But other than that I alway have a good experience.

My favorite Food Lion, most of the staff is super friendly and it is always well stocked. It has many organic options which I love and the produce is fresh, as well as a decent wine selection..

If I ever go back to food Lion and they do not have a full service check out, I will not be shopping there. I had to do a split payment today the only line open was the self-checkout and the machine could not do a split payment. I had to scan all of my stuff then the self-checkout cashier had to transfer my ticket over to another cash register to be able to take my payment. I don't know why these stores think self check out that they have to pay somebody to stand there and watch everything I do is such a great deal, to only waste my time

The staff in this store are great! Always smiling and willing to help. I go out of my way to go here as they have what they advertise in stock. They also have some good specials. UPDATE: I haven't said anything or updated or reviewed on some of my other sites, because I really like the employees face to face. Okay, lately they advertise a lot of sales and when I go to the store I get "we don't have that, we didn't get that" etc. So I called instead of going there to check if an item I wanted and was advertised came in. I got put on hold for 10 mins.,(forgotten?) so then I call back and they said they would transfer me. I got blank air and after 8 mins. they put on music and then hung up on me. So I could have driven there (AGAIN) to see if they had the item, which I was told (on the third phone call attempt) they never got in! So they don't have pork chopsI guess, or they don't happen to have sale items. I dislike when an employee (Veta)? Tells me I was not hung up on, when I was after 2 phone calls and being on hold for 20 mins. That is just rude! Ya know, phone screens change and it says "call ended" and dead silence.

This store is ok for some things and keeps things stocked for the most part and has a decent selection but most of the produce is not good and on multiple occasions I have bought various meats (steak, ground lamb, porkchops, etc) and the date on the packaging says several days out and you open it and it smells absolutely foul so it's bad and goes straight in the trash. Not sure if they leave things sit out too long and they spoil or it's not refrigerated properly or what but it's definitely a gamble buying meat here and potentially unsafe.

The deals are great, the store is orderly and neat everytime we go. I was a Kroger customer for years, I think I'll stick with this Food Lion for a while. Seems to also be getting better over time.

Excellent selection and prices!! The 2 for one items are the same price whether you buy one or 2 (unlike many of their competitors). Store is clean, very well-stocked and the staff is friendly and very helpful-could not ask for a better place to shop!! Highly recommend!!

I am really impressed with this grocery store. I don't usually have the opportunity to go here because it's not really on my way to anything I frequent. But I was made aware of some specials this week and went to see what was left. The store had recently done a renovation. Everything was laid out beautifully, and bright. The produce department was well taken care of. The one thing that made me want to write this is, halfway through my shopping I meet the lady that has been cleaning the store for many years. She was dusting, and just anything that needed done. I used to do resets at grocers and never saw anyone out cleaning in the middle of the day. Needless to say I am so impressed and thanked her for what she does and found the manager to tell her as well. I will definitely be back to frequent this Food Lion!

I've lived in this area for almost 30 years. When Food Lion moved in this store and it saved me driving 5 more miles to the closest grocery store I was overjoyed. It became my neighborhood store. But now, I appreciate it even more! With inflation eating up everyone's paycheck; I love how I barely noticed shortages there. Yes, the prices are higher than they used to be but the sales are on items commonly needed. The employees are helpful. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them now that Is am retired!

Very clean and gray assortment of options. I drove around looking for gift cards and they hands down had the best options. I was thanked multiple times for my visit and that was very refreshing being from South Florida. The wine selection is excellent

This is my go to for groceries. I don't like the new set up of the store. But that's more my personal thoughts. Overall it's always nice and clean, can find everything I'm needing. The staff has gotten better as far as being welcoming but yet most of them could use a customer service class on manners. I hate they have self checkouts. That was my number one reason I would go there so often, is that they had cashier's. I refuse to check myself out! I don't go to Walmart because of the checkouts! But seems all companies are wanting to keep us paying for items and cut back on number of employees. That does nothing for anyone but the higher ups and I'm not a fan. So I have yet to even use a self checkout at this store. I'm not sure if it's like others, I imagine it is. That's only thing I can't speak on as far as that's concerned.

The store is organized and clean, HOWEVER I am new to the area and thought i had a good grocery store near...I will not be going back!! I've returned meat on 2 occasions that was spoiled. I dont understand. But im done.

They're upgrading the store. It's taking a while. Prices are definitely up and the selections are still very limited compared to other stores. Like, who doesn't have better than bouillon?? They don't carry it. It's a little depressing but I don't want to drive across town to Kroger or Aldis. All in all, if I had more options closer than 30 miles away, I wouldn't shop here at all. 🤷‍♀️
