This is one of the newest stores in Augusta and only a half a mile from home. The management an staff are so professional and caring. The manager is such a wonderful lady and that is rubbed off on her employees. they call me Mr. John!!

I love the store but hate that they did not have witch hazel are spray paint . The women cashier's are so helpful but they have a new man there that have 0 personality not very pleasant and brings the nice positive atmosphere down a notch over all I still rated it high because I love the employees that I know

I love the store. As with most retailers they cut staff, and or hours. The last few times i've been in the store it looked like a bomb explosed. Merchandise everwhere not put up, blocking the shelves that had merchandise on them. They really need a crew to go in and clean this location up. Management and staff not able to keep up.

This place lacks a lot of products that competitor Dollar General has. The staff is never located at the cash register for checkout and the clutter is horrible. It’s impossible to walk down the aisles without stocking carts blocking the products. Buggy’s are a joke because the staff uses them to stock shelves. Great location but not worth the stop.

The shelves were almost empty but yet the aisles were full of carts waiting to be unloaded just blocking the path to walk. We're told when we ask for things that they're out or didn't get them in but in actuality that just don't want to work to stock the shelves.

Sign on door says face masks mandatory. Some employees wearing properly, some wearing below chin. Penelope not wearing hers at all, doesn't have one on her person.

Quick and easy place to get to if you need last minute items. The store is small so aisles are crowded but you can still get around.

I stopped by this Family Dollar looking for shower curtain.while I was standing there, I heard 4 employees talking about customers. That they can't stand it when customers ask them where products are. Or bothering them at all. 2 white older ladies and 2 black ladies.
