This store is convenient because it's closest to my business, but it's workers along with management needs work. The young man that works there tries to help. The female worker is so-so alongside the female manager also, they're not helpful and want to have a slight attitude if you ask them for assistance or anything. I called the store for assistance (refund never refunded for overcharge) she said hold then hung up and left the receiver off. Takes away from a good customer experience dealing with workers who don't want to do their job.

I went there tonight and bought some things but when I get to the register they charged me more than the advertised price. The cashier said she cannot do anything about the fact that they are false advertising. She put the blame on the owner. This is not how you conduct business by scamming people out of there hard earned money and giving a we don't care give me all your money attitude. I will not be going back and I wouldn't advise anyone to. This is not acceptable behavior. The cashier was rude also.

The worst family dollar I have ever been in. I live right down the road and it's the only one around me so I go there alot. The store is always messy the shelves are always empty. The cashier's are always on there phones very rude getto acting people.seems like they will hire just anyone body.

while at the check out I used my new debit card and it wouldn't go through. The young lady tried to help but to no avail. I tolld her that would come right back because I had to go the bank to activate my card. To my surprise she kept my items at the register. I asked her did she ever think that I wouldn't return and she said oh I trust you. She said that a lot of people don't return aa promised. Nice young lady

The absolute worst!!!! The store opens and closes at anytime. It’s very junky in there and sometimes isles barely stocked. Customer service is at an all time low there…. Honestly surprised it’s still open. They need to do better or shut it down.

There's a lot to offer in such a small space. Such is the Family Dollar way. It's nice to have a ton of variety at a local dollar store, but they offer everything haphazardly. It's disorganized consistently and they lack the personnel to fix it. Perhaps a new shelving plan would improve this business model.

This Manger needs to be fired every pice in this store is wrong I had more than 30 items and every price on them was different from on the shelf things was ringing up way more than what the shelf says they store is always messy this is the only family dollar that barely have stuff on the shelves the cashier called her self want to cuss at me because I told her that's not what the price says on the shelf so yes I got rude back with her I gave her the same energy right back to her the store Manger chuck is never in there to do anything with the staff or the store this is ridiculous

They have alot of things there ill give them that but workers there are so bad like i was waiting at the counter and the lady was on her phone and im like yo and she say one sec then about 6 minutes later i just left. Then i came back and their not even wearing mask.

Just left this nasty place the prices are not correct on the shelves this cashier got rude about the situation so I gave her the same energy she gave me right back to her I have worked and retired from family dollar their is nothing you can't tell me about the company the store is always messy its the only one in town that never has nothing the shelves are always empty no matter what time of day it is the store Manger Chuck is just there for a pay check because ain't no way every other store in town is packed with stuff and this is just empty they might as well go out of business you can barely walk around with tripping over something will not be going back to this place

I like this family Dollar because of the manager is very nice and it's convenient for me..Sometimes the lines are a little long and congested and slow but other than that you have to pick the right time of the day...

The store is very dirty ....especially the department....There were 3 employers at one register talking and laughing when some one could have been cleaning the storeI will never shop there again

everytime I go there I have to argue with the cashiers about prices that are on the shelves and then the dont even go to double check them. prices on the shelf are never the prices in there system.
