Iff a grocery store ever goes up in this area,these dollar stores will be in the red.Walton Way is worse of all.I have a vehicle so i have a choice.If I do need bread or milk or cokes I will go to the dollar store on Wrightsboro Rd or even Central. The manager is the worse.She has cussed @ older folks an she talks out loud about fellow employees even.I look overThe store not being stocked with merchandise or being messy or even people outside begging for money, cause I really don't mind helping some of them out.What I don't understand is the manager treating people horrible because customer service used to be a priority for business ees.Not anymore. Most the cashiers in my experience isn't bad.That just need a good example. I mean write her up or spend her.She probably thinks she's invivinceable because she's invincible because Family dollar seems to want that physical body there regardless of how it hurts their business or reputation. It's just a shame

I am absolutely sick and tired of how employees in this community treat customers. I LIVE HERE! I HAVE MY ENTIRE LIFE! This is my home and family dollar is the only place remotely close for miles that sells SOME groceries. That's when their shelves are actually stocked. I got there tonight at 9:15. I was told by the employee that they closed in 5 minutes. I felt rude for intruding on their closing time so I stepped out and when I did I noticed the sign said 10. Google also says 10. Before I could come back in to get milk and pizza for my daughter she'd locked the door. When I knocked she blatantly ignored me. How little accountability left in this city is embarrassing. Augusta used to be the BEST CITY in GA to live. I've been here my entire life and I can't wait to move away. I'm sick of writing bad reviews for companies that just don't care anymore. We need to stop supporting these businesses just because their convenient. They will be go out of business and greater things will replace them. We don't need two bad family dollars in Harrisburg. We need a Harveys, or an Aldi, or something similar. We need something for US.

Sooo umm yea the manager the broad I can really go in dine lose her damn mind. My parents are elderly and went to ask someone a question and she told him you need to walk around and find it then called my dad out of his name but see if me and my people go down and tear her azz up then what I’m trying to get a manager number nothing and I reached out to customer service and all so ima have to put this in my hands and I hope she see this

Usually poorly cleaned and organized. Refused entry at 9:45 while saying they closed at 9:50,when it’s clearly posted they close at 10.

Went in to buy water, saw the price and grabbed 2. Got to the counter and it was a different price. Told the cashier and she said "I got nothing to do with that".... SMH... Where is the customer service.. I can't give negative Stars

Terrible place to shop if I had any place closer I would go instead of Family Dollar always stocking during the day if your handicapped you can't even move around and people are so anti-friendly wouldn't recommend shopping especially if your handicapped if there was any place around me other than this family Dollar I would go over all they're very rude very few have time for they are understaffed you have to wait in long lines long period of every seldom does the cashier have a very good you can call and about the cashier's attitude and the way they treat and nothing never seems to be if I could I wouldn't put up with the way I'm treated every time I go and I'm sure other people had the same problem we're just limited on the place that we have in my own opinion they need better stuff with better personalities

This is the worst experience I have ever had at family dollar. The girl at the family Dollar store on central Ave in Augusta Georgia was the rudest employee I have ever met. I was shopping and she told me if I didn't buy anything I have to leave and then I asked for directions to the nearest bus stop and she was rude again. She should be fired and replaced with a good employee

Changing my review from a five star review to a one star review. The last three times i have been here the staff has been rude and lazy and they are up to some shady stuff with their card readers and cards not working properly even though you know you have more than enough money in your bank account. Also the atmosphere is horrible and the shelves are never stocked or organized the store is rather dirty with dirt and trash all over the floor. i would highly advise that you stay far away from this store.

The store at one time was friendly. During the last 3 or 4 months they have become rude and do not seem to care about talking to customers. They allow personal problems and issues to interfere with at least decent customer service. Employees outside the store cussing on the phone and shouting. After today i will no longer shop this store. Enforcing a mandate that the governor says is unenforceable.

Store is a mess. Things are not properly organized they are thrown everywhere. Store has dust and dirt on products like they've been sitting on shelves forever. Some products have sticky residue where other products spilled on them and were never cleaned properly. Entire store needs a good cleaning. Staff is not friendly barely speaks unless you make them by asking a question.

What I look for in a business is a clean restroom and quality customer service. This neighborhood store is new and not even a quarter if a mile from my home. They came out of the gate knowing how to please the community and they passed the test!!

Staff was friendly, but the store needs to be more aware about how they stock merchandise, because some items were harder to find due to the fact it was not near other similar products.

They are rude to senior citizens. They gossip all day long and talk on their phones. They are ghetto and keep up a lot of drama. They are nice to white people and anyone they think has money. They never have cash back and they have signs saying that if you use a twenty dollar. I'll you must have five dollars worth of merchandise. They bad mouth the store manager and curse at the homeless. They also are never stocked up.

FD Walton Way Augusta GA is the Bomb. Target, Walmart and every other store can’t come close. They have everything and you will never find an item out of place. The Floors Sparkle and are so clean you could eat off of them. All the employees are so polite and are always dressed to the 9’s. I can always spot money and the employees are straight up Money from head to toe. I’m talking Pressed Slacks and $200-$300 Blouses. I’ve seen stock boys wearing $700 Armani Dress Shoes and $300 Gucci Belts. You would think this store would be found somewhere in New York’s Times Square where the Money flows like Honey. The parking lot always has BMW’s, Mercedes, Porsche and a few Ferrari’s strung along the front. They will even Vallet Park your sled if you need them to. I can’t say enough good things about my FD Store On Walton Way.

This location was a little disorganized and messy...it has a 'well used' feel with a touch of despair... although not all of their stores have this feel....however was able to locate my items and the cashier was efficient and friendly

This location is usually busy because so many people come walking to the shop. Sometimes they are short on cashiers and you have to wait in the line for awhile.
