I had to make a stop to get some last minute things for my classroom. They had some items I could use and I appreciated that. I do plan to hit up other DTS because each store is different and each has different items. Happy hunting and safe and prosperous school year to students, staff, and teachers 🙏🏽🖤👑💯

Went to the Southgate Store. OMG what a messTons of full boxes everywhere. Merchandise all over the floor. Barely enough room to walk down the aisle. Have a idea close the store for a day or two and CLEAN IT UP. Dollar General should look in the poor conditions of these storesThe only bright star was the cashier running between register and making balloons.

The manager is very rude. She doesn’t speak to the customers nor does she say thank you at the end of the transaction. We had to wait for her to come to the register and she didn’t even apologize for making us wait. Very poor customer service. I have even witnessed her arguing with a customer while on the phone with her husband.

Customer service is awful here. I stood at the register for a few minutes before the cashier came to check me out. I said “hello, how are you?” No reply from Veronica. She just looked at me. After I paid for my item. Veronica handed me my receipt and still said nothing. No have a good day or anything. I guess you can’t expect much from the area this Dollar Tree is located in but also nobody is dragging your arm to work here. If you don’t like your job then find a new one. Your attitude is ridiculous Veronica.

Easily one of the top three Dollar Tree stores in a 30 mile radius! I was in the area due to a loved one having surgery at a nearby hospital. Since it would be approximately four hours, I decided to grab some food & do a bit of shopping. Although I didn't find what I was looking for, I saw many other items not in stores near me.There was one employee running the register while another stocked shelves. Both employees were nice & helpful to shoppers. The store was well stocked & tidy, even tho there were boxes being unpacked. I will visit this store again.

Nice discount store, wide range of household products, food, small novelty items like phone holders and plugs. May not have a particular brand, but they do have name brand items. Prices for items are much lower then other places (although they often do not have the price listed of individual items if the section contains items that are the same price). Shop here before you go to other stores.

We went inside to purchase stuff. I paid no issue except cashier seamed new and talked very low so I could barely hear her. My girl had 2 separate transactions, the cashier ignored what my girl said. 2 separate transactions. She began ringing everything up. My girl wanted 2 separate transactions cuz the amount she had on her cards. The cashier kept messing up. So the manager came over and rerang everything up. Once again. 2 separate transactions were IGNORED. So now the manager became disrespectful cuz the cashier didn't split payment up. So meanwhile I was done paying, I stood by to wait for my girl to be done. The manager took other customer in other lane. Now manager was talking trash and embarrassing us talking to another customer. Telling us DO U WANT ME TO PAY FOR IT SINCE YOU DONT GOT THE MONEY...in a very ignorant way calling us broke. I'm not broke nor poor. So the end result was me paying cash for my girl order and she paid remainder with her card. The cashier was definitely not experienced and the manager embarrassed the life out of us and I refuse to sit back so I said clearly is it against the law to pay separate and figure out the order. This manager should have been more professional and the cashier should have done her job correctly cuz this visit made me never wanna come here again. I did not appreciate this treatment. Go figure it's Augusta where everyone in this town is very disrespectful and ignorant.

This isn't my normal dollar tree but the customer service was extremely good the young lady had ran out of quarters. I told her not to worry that I had five dollars worth of quarters that I didn't need, she was very thankful and I was happy with the service!! I shall return.

While visiting my family in Augusta, I had urgent need for a few items. I didn't know the layout of the store. I guess I looked somewhat perplexed because an employee who goes by the name of Resa approached me with a smile and asked if i need help in finding what I needed. I of course, replied with a desperate YES. She helped me find each and every item I needed. Surprisingly, every item was in its proper place. The store was extremely organized and clean. I highly recommend this store. Thank you Resa!

It's a true dollar store. I really don't expect much but courtsey and for the store to be opened on time. It's 20 min store opening and the store is still closed. There is about 10 u-boats lined up and down the aisle indicating that a truck just unloaded but not one employee in site. Tried to call but no one answered. Including me 10 customers pulled up and left. I understand if emergency comes up but at least leave a message or note.

I went to this dollar tree and the customer service was deplorable. Apparently there are some new people in the store and they don’t have any friendly customer service skills, When I went in store I was not greeted the manager or whoever she was didn’t speak the line was backed up and it took her About 15 or 20 minutes to come up front the store was unorganized and products were in boxes sitting on the floor . The store is not a friendly place to shop anymore 🤨🤨🤨🤨 I’m highly dissatisfied with this store!!!! Just outrageous.

The most GHETTO store I have been to, nothing to do with the people that shop here. It’s the employees and how this store is run. I usually shop at my Evans Dollar Tree. But I see that a lot of lower income shop here and this dollar tree doesn’t appreciate their business. The store is dirty, it doesn’t have a cooler section and they make their customers pay for the shopping carts smh ridiculous!

Ran in just before closing last night to grab a about 5 items, got in line to pay and realize I did not have my debit card so I asked the cashier to take the customers behind me and went out to my car to get my card, the cashier was rolling her eyes and making sarcastic comments to the Store Manager “Twanna” about me not having my card, both seem to have an attitude about it. Walked back up the the door with my card and manager seen me and headed towards the door to block it, i told her that I just wanted to pay for those items that I left at the register, she refused to let me back in the store and began acting ignorant & nonchalant after I asked her was the store policy to lock the doors before 9 o’clock. She stated that the doors were not locked but was blocking and holding the door to prevent me for coming inside. Manager Twanna also stated that she normally locks the door even earlier than that.. The time she wasted at the door going back in forth with me could have allowed me to pay for my items and go on my way. So basically Twanna makes up her own policy and rules at this location.

Because I can't give it a zero...been awhile but never thought about leaving a review till now. Was threatened and discriminated against by the "assistant manager" last fall, then thrown out the store...he didnt provide a reason, but threated to call the police, I called them myself! Then I called him on the phone twice...he hung up on me. Contacted corporate twice, and never heard back, followed up with the manager John...didn't even get a follow up call...a really screwed up disorganized, messy store...

I was just in the Gordon Hwy store and was threatened by their so called “manager” to be kicked out of the store after she told me extremely loudly and rude like to put a box back on the shelf that was never on the shelf. The store was already a mess with everything being on the wrong place and thrown everywhere and she worried about a box that I did not even put there. She is a terrible manager and she also became very threatening to my mother as well. She Also upset my mother and got very close in our faces. I called corporate and left a message but multiple people that come to the store on a daily basis agreed she is extremely rude to customers and more than likely the other employees. She then started talking to her employees about us while we were still in the store and repeatedly told us to “leave her store” simply because I voiced my opinion that she was rude and her comments were uncalled for. In my opinion that woman should be fired and she has NO customer service skills what so ever. That was my FIRST and LAST time ever going there!!!!

Great to know that you can get a Dollar to pay for an item and feel like it is a good deal. Many different items are for the price of one dollar and not like the other Dollar operations .. Only place to go to for the price.
