This place is my absolute favorite for grooming my Aussie!! They always do a great job and most recently made sure my sweet girl was ready for her trip down the aisle with me forever thankful for this wonderful business ☺️

Absolutely horrible place to bring your pets for grooming. They consistently overbook and use some antiquated notebook to keep up with reservations. They cancelled and we rescheduled. When we arrived first thing in the morning we had to fight to get in the door because older ladies who got their after cut in line. They then claimed that they did not cancel and turned us away saying we do not bring our dogs often enough. Mind you we brought our dogs many times and it took weeks to get in only to have them cancel, deny it, and then have to struggle to drop off. Then to top it off they were very rude. We will never ever return and there are much better and more polite places who appreciate that you spend about $350 dollars each time your dogs get groomed. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

Horrible experience there and will never bring my pets there again. They make and cancel appointments and keep poor records of the appointments. Arrived there after great effort and they sent us away claiming that they only had one dog on the reservation. Staff was not pleasant at all. People cut in line in the mornings and it is a mad dash to try to get in. If your time is valuable and you appreciate efficiency then this is not the place for you.

Love this place the grooming is amazing. My princess always looks amazing when I take here here! She smells so good and they do such a good job of securing her bows so that they stay in. The only bad thing is that they book out so far in advance.

Omg these people are wonderful! My dogs love going here because it’s just a big day of fun! They get to play outside or hang out inside, & back & forth - no cages, just fun. Everyone there is so nice & completely focused on the dogs being happy. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

We love D'Tails!! They do a WONDERFUL job with our goldendoodle Journey and we love the fact that she can play with other dogs while she waits, instead of being stuck in a crate all day.

I hate to give these types of reviews, but if I can save another pup owner the trouble that we went through it is worth it. PLEASE be careful when sending your pooch to this groomer during the hot Summer months. We took our sweet Golden Retriever to be groomed last week. When I picked him up, I could tell that he was walking a little funny. Upon inspecting him when we got home, I noticed that his paw pads had been burned and were peeling from his feet! I also noticed that his nails were cut extremely short and one was bleeding. We called the groomer and they confirmed that the dogs had been playing outside all day and they only have concrete out back…. It was atleast 95 degrees on this day. It blows my mind that they would not know better than to let these poor dogs burn their feet. They did state they would pay any vet bills. However, we were leaving the next day on vacation and our poor Scout couldn’t even walk for several days after. He also had severe bloody diarrhea which our vet told us was from the traumatic experience of his feet getting burned. With all that said, we will not be returning and will find a mobile groomer from now on.

The boarding is fantastic! Dropped off my smokey saturday and picked her up thursday. She was very shy but warmed up. She looks like she gained a couple pounds but that doesnt matter. They were so nice there. She got to play with other dogs and had a blast. Since it was her very first boarding I was anxious for her but they sent me pictures of her. And a weight has been lifted off my chest. When I came to pick her up she ran to us and as we were leaving she started whining to go back. She left with so much excitement! She used to be scared and nervous around other dogs especially big dogs but when i took her to the dog park after it was like looking at a whole new dog. I never got to see her play with so many dogs including big ones before. With her being boarded she got to play and open up to the staff and the other dogs.These people are amazing! Definitely coming back here! I would highly recommend! Thank you so much for taking care of our baby girl Smokey! These are the pictures they sent me when she was boarded! ❤❤❤😍😍👌👌

My cocker spaniel is 18 months old and has been getting groomed at D'Tails since he was a tiny puppy. They do an excellent job. Always listen to what you request and treat the animals so well. My dog loves to go!

Absolutely fantastic place! Great doggie daycare. When ever we go out of town, always drop the doggo off. Even if it’s for trip to Atlanta. Pupper looked and smelled great after his bath there. Pricing is pretty good too, as it’s a place that won’t break the bank. Has definitely helped with the pup being social too!

Hands down the best groomer in the CSRA. Truly cares about your fur babies. Highly knowledgeable and fairly priced. I'll keep a scruffy pup for a few extra weeks just to get groomed by them. If your animal has special needs, they listen and accommodate as needed. Also does boarding which is really useful during The Masters! 10 stars all the way!

Would give 10 stars if I could.. sooo happy with how our schnauzer was groomed today. He looks amazing and my boy was so happy when he came out. They were Super flexible with my work hours for drop off and pick up time. The cost was extremely reasonable to me especially for good quality grooming. I booked my appointment almost 2 weeks out and it was worth the wait!

I had such a pleasant experience! I have a pit bull who, no matter how many baths I give, always smells like "dog" and won't let me get a good trim on her nails. When I picked her up she smelled SO good, looked amazing, her nails were incredible, and i could tell that my baby had a good time and was loved well. The staff are all super sweet and helpful, and the prices are great. We will definitely be back!

We moved to Georgia in December and have brought our poodle max here for grooming 3 times so far! He always looks amazing and he absolutely loves having play dates while waiting his turn. While I am extremely impressed with his grooming that is not the main reason I am writing this review.I am writing this because I wanted to share how amazing Tracey and her staff are when it comes to caring for our dogs! Without boring anyone with full details I can say for certain that Tracey absolutely cares about the health and safety of our fur babies in her care! She goes above and beyond! If you are looking for a groomer whom cares for your pets like you do look no further then D’Tails!Max and I couldn’t have found a better place! Thanks again Tracey and the rest of your amazing staff!

I love this place. It feels comfortable and pleasant the minute you walk in. The girls are very welcoming. I also noticed there is no odor from having rooms full of animals. I love the fact that the dogs are allowed the freedom to visit and play when grooming is complete. It cost a little more than my previous groomer BUT you get what you pay for. Their grooming is the BEST I've ever seen.... such a smooth cut! I have never boarded a dog of mine but I am seriously considering D'Tails because of their setup. It's amazing!

We dropped off our two dogs for the second time and it was okay. The first time we went, we were called when the dogs were finished plus the dogs smelled amazing. This time though, we were never called so we had to check ourselves. The dogs were definitely cleaned and groomed to perfection, but there was no scent sprayed on them. Overall though we are satisfied and will keep going back every few months. The dogs may not always enjoy going, but they do look a lot better afterwards

We tried D'Tails Pet Grooming for the 1st time recently. I had gotten a recommendation for Samantha so thought we'd give it a try. We drove over an hour to reach their destination. We have 2 Australian Shepherds who do not particularly enjoy going to the groomers, but Samantha eased our minds as she was cheerful and very welcoming to the dogs. Four hours later we picked them up and they both looked great. They were cut according to breed standard with a little shorter at the skirt area, just like we requested. Samantha clearly understands dog's personality and how to work around their anxieties. Although the cost was a little on the high side, both dogs looked great and we would definitely recommend D'Tails.

My baby has been going here all 9 years of her life. This is her second home. I love it that I know she's safe whether it's for a 3hrs play date or a 3 day long trip! Affordable and safe... fun for your fur babies!

I am new to the area, well state actually so I did a Google search and went off of reviews. My Google search and reviews lead me to D'Tails pet grooming. And let me tell you just how pleased I am. I have three pups all sizes and they were amazing with all three. Very professional over the phone and in person. If I could give ten stars I would. Highly recommend.

They do okay work, but if you have dogs with anxiety I wouldn't bring them here. This is the only groomer where my dog had the worst experience. He was traumatized. They don't accommodate and/or have the knowledge to properly take care of dogs with anxiety. I wanted him to have a good pampering day but it turned out to be the complete opposite. I told them and wrote it on the paperwork, and it seems they didn't pay any mind to it. Hopefully my dog will trust a groomer again.

After shopping around for a little bit, because our little girl is a lab/pyrennese mix, we decided to try this place, based on the many reviews posted online. I have to say, they did not disappoint. Since my little girl's coat is so thick, we were worried that they either charge us more or couldn't do it period. Not only were they able to shave her down, but their oatmeal bath that was made to help with allergies, my little boy, German Shepherd, had great results with his skin.The ONLY problem I had was when they were done being groomed, I did not receive a call to let me know so. That's it. A simple call fixed it. Speaking of calling, the staff is very friendly and accommodating as my pups, when together, don't do well with other pups. They were just fine with their time there. Highly recommend.

We had a reservation, for 0830 on Saturday. We show up with our dog and they tell us they were supposed to call and let us know they weren’t going to take our German Shepard puppy because they were concerned with his nervousness. This screwed up all our plans as we were headed out of town for the night.VERY unprofessional to not tell us ahead of time. We did what we were supposed to by bringing our dog by two days early but then they weren’t prepared to board him for half an hour to observe. He is a puppy that is nervous around people and dogs for the first 15-30 minutes then he is very gentle and affectionate. We told them this. It is their right to not accept any dog, but very unprofessional to not notify the owners prior to showing up to their business.

Have used D’Tails for years and am so happy to be back there again with my new puppy. I have an Old English sheepdog with LOTS of hair and they did a beautiful job with his coat. I took my previous OES there as well. Have also taken poodles in the past years for grooming and they always have done a beautiful job. Love the staff and owners! Have always been sweet and caring!
