If you want your medication on time! I suggest you go elsewhere. I literally called in my meds 2 days ago in still not ready.. if you want to wait in line for hours and hours every single time you go to this pharmacy, go right ahead. I will be changing my pharmacy ASAP

They need to answer their phone and stop picking up and hanging up when you call. Staff is not professional. I`ve been using CVS for 30 years but this location on Windsor Spring Road has convinced me to move all my prescription to Walgreens!!

I returned an out of date beef and cheese snack, the associate helping me removed the rest from the shelf and I purchased 2 small ones with the refund. I feel like I should of been given atleast 1 of them free, it is an inconveinence I had to go back before I intended to and could of became ill if I ate it, luckily I noticed the discolored cheese before I opened.

I love this location. The manager, I forgot her name, is very helpful and friendly. Every time, we enter the store and go straight to the checkout line, she will have my pictures ready. She is awesome. I will update this review when I get her name. 😀😀😀

One star because I can't give zero. Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. Was told 3 separate times my prescription would be "ready in about 30 minutes" in the span of 3 or 4 hours. When I tried to purchase tylenol and ibuprofen in the meantime, miss ma'am, Amber thought it appropriate to throw my change at me for being frustrated at the wait time. Take your business elsewhere.

The drive thru is never open. Even when you prescriptions are ready you have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes in the long lines. This CVS is extremely slow.

Pharmacy needs to be shut down. Slow customer service ppl walk right by you been here 20 minutes and still no service. Four people behind counter and they are gossiping. Going to Walgreens.

Update. After finally speaking to the corporate office. The pharmacist Ms. Georgina gave my husband his 25 missing medications. Thank you so very much Ms. Georgina!!The Pharmacy STOLE 25 of my husband's heart medication that cost $2600 for a 30 day supply! The male pharmacist kept giving me the run around!. The customer service reps said that they will call me back but never did! The insurance company will NOT help! No one is helping!!DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!I WILL BE CALLING 12 ON YOUR SIDE!!

This is the worst customer service that I have ever received in my 66 years of existence!!! I just waited 35 minutes to pick up a prescription that I was notified via text was READY for pickup! Out of frustration I drove off and then I received another confounded text informing me that it was READY. Keep it! Why must I be the recipient of POOR customer service. Just because this store is located on the south side of the city does not disqualify us from receiving quality service. There are NO shades of green when it comes to money. Mine is not stolen, but is hard earned! I can not make you respect me, however I refuse to accept disrespect. My time also is valuable! This area needs a drug store, but this medication is not limited to CVS and can be provided by Walmart and Walgreens which are both in close proximity to this location. I rated this store 1 star ONLY because there is visually no lower rating available!!!

Cvs is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. I had to pick up prescriptions for my daughter. I turned in 3 new prescription. When i picked them up there were only 2. They failed to tell me the third was out of stock. I attempted to call them. When you call you are always put on hold, usually for an hour or more. Today when I called I was hung up on three times after being on hold for over 20 minutes each time. I'm speaking exclusively about the CVS on peach orchard road, augusta ga.I emphasize, this is the only cvs i have ever dealt with and its the worst.

Last week , I was having trouble with finding and item , and then had trouble with my CVS card. The lady up front Bianca , I believe was very patient with me. She helped me locate my CVS card info an also helped me find the item I needed. You don’t come across that many good people . She had a line and was very patient with me.This CVS isn’t near where I stay , but I plan to make it my primary store because of her. Great customer service but long receipts.

I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years. For the last few years the service has been abominably slow. The main reason appeared to be a lack of adequate staff with the counter and drive-through being manned by the same person. Yesterday, between 5 and 5:30 pm, I went through the drive-through in record time! There were 4 cars ahead of me and I was driving off with my meds within 15 to 20 minutes of joining the line. Let's hope this is a sign of an overall improvement in service.

The drive thru is ridiculously slow. I waited over a hour in drive thru till I decided to go inside. When I got inside it was a line down the aisle and two employees in the pharmacy moving like they have sloths in their family. Terrible terrible terrible service. Hire people who want to work and have a sense of urgency during rush hour. After waiting almost 2 hours I decided to leave and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION!!! Next month I will have my refills sent to Walgreens or Walmart or any other pharmacy but cvs.

I have used this CVS for over 20 years. Only had minus issues in the past but tonight I am totally upset. My dr called in prescription on April 22. I was told they had to call around to see if anyone else had it and would text me when ready. I checked last Thursday when I was there but told they still didn't have it. Tonight, (May 17), I called the pharmacy @ 8:05pm. Pharmacy closes at 9:00pm. NO ONE EVER CAME TO THE PHONE!! PHARMACY, YOU MUST DO BETTER.

This pharmacy has to be the WORST in Augusta. Slow… slow slow. Nobody has any type of customer service or sense of urgency working here. Don’t even get me started about the employees inside the store. Just rude and unpleasant.

Called this store on Thursday at 2:50 pm to transfer my script to them. Was told it would be a day before I could pick it up....ok...no problem. Called again on Friday at 4:30 pm to check on the status of my script, was told that they had not called to get my script transferred yet but would tell the pharmacist to make the call. I asked if it would be ready by 6:30 pm and was told yes. I drive there just after 6:30 and wait for about 20 minutes before I am told that the call had not been made. WTH? I was told that I could wait but it might be awhile before they could get to it. I just do not understand the lack of professionalism at this store.

This is the worst cvs I’ve ever been to. It’s always a long line inside and at the drive thru for the pharmacy, I’ve called and sat in the phone waiting for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. I will be switching my pharmacy asap

First, have to make an appointment for COVID test like website says, that was easy enough. Their directions stated go to the drive through. We did that, however they were backed up.My appointment was delayed due to this backing up. We didn’t get up to the window until 10-15 minutes after appointment. The pharmacist was very good on instructions and I asked if we needed to pull up while the test was given but she said right there is fine.Just a heads up to people wanting to do the COVID test here. You will have to do it yourself and/or on your underaged child. Not a fun experience but just a warning.

If you are calling the pharmacy don’t even waste your time because they never answer the phone. Your best bet is to go inside the store. Waiting time on the phone was 15 mins+ and still no answer. And giving them 1 star was being nice.

I have went there times in this last week, one time wasn’t bad I went inside seems a lot disorganized. But the second time I went it they was busy in sideAnd out. I was to much in pain to stand in line so I said I would take my chances outside thru drive thru . I was in line over a hour the grounds out side by drive through seem like it haven’t been cleaned in a long time very sketchy looking behind building. But today I went to get my dads medicine that was called in Thursday and they say they didn’t get it. And one he always get is over a hundred dollars. So I go tell my dad he says that this happened everytime it’s time to get a appointment and it’s usually Cvs problem. But I was upset cause I set in line then over 30 to not even have it.

Great pharmacy but unfortunately there are two people working in the pharmacy that are not customer friendly. My most recent encounter was Lisa. She kept placing me on hold, told me I did not have a prescription there which my doctor confirmed and her coworker eventually confirmed I did have there. After my long hold with her another representative did come and help me making my awful experience great. If I had the other girl's name I would include her but she frequently works the window and has no kind of people skills.

Nothing against this particular store, but don’t waste your money on their video visits. I paid $60 for a nurse to tell me I have Covid and she refused to prescribe antibiotics. Telling me that she’s limited on what she can do and she can’t help me. What was the point? I would have just gone to an Urgent Care.

Horrible! Never going there again. On hold for over 30 min, hung up and was on hold another 15 min before someone answered and asked me to hold again! I said I've already been on hold over 45 min how much longer do I have to hold to ask about my prescription? And she just put me on hold again! No customer service skills at all! Have given them more chances than I care to admit to giving. The pharmacy staff is lazy and doesn't acknowledge your arrival. I understand if you are busy (or making it look like you are busy) but how hard is it to say "hello, I will be with you as soon as possible?" You'd get more understanding from me if you were pleasant.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy on the planet. Their priority to deliver great customer service is non existent. It’s sad ridiculous and sickening the way this pharmacy operates and the saddest part is I have utilized cvs pharmacies for many many years but oddly this is the only location that I’ve ever witnessed poor customer service consistently.

Rude staff. They never have medications and dont update you on when it will be ready. Called 3 times and was left on hold for over 8 minutes each time before I hung up. Worst CVS ever. Sadly this is the service you get on this side of town. Other areas are more professional. I have been telling myself to switch to Walgreens- DEFINATELY TIME TO SWITCH.
