The store attendant was extremely helpful and patient with me. She provided excellent customer service and even though the store was about to close she patiently waited until I got what I needed and then assisted me with signing up for their rewards program at the very last minutes of her shift so that I was able to benefit from the sale on the items I was purchasing. Kudos to her I hate I didn’t catch her name

I use the pharmacy because it close to my house. The customer service sucks. The speed is very slow. I can't never get anyone on the phone. When you call, they answer but don't say anything. I've been holding for 20 mins now. This is ridiculous. Do better cvs pharmacy.

I called the pharmacy this morning and a very rude disrespectful employee in the pharmacy picked up the phone. I was calling to see about my son prescriptions and was told to call the insurance provider to get more information from them, which I thought that was the pharmacy job to do. So, I called the insurance provider to get the information. I called the pharmacy again to be told by the rude, nasty, lady that it was too early for whatever reason she said that for and then she told me which information she needed. I called and got the correct information then called the pharmacy again and ask for the pharmacy manager which her attitude wasn’t any better. I will not be using this pharmacy again, I will go to another pharmacy. I will be contacting corporate about the employees attitude.

Id do negative stars if it was possible. Please yall use a different pharmacy. The staff is not that into their consumers as they are your money! Save your time and energy and use Walgreens or sams club... even Walmart!!!

They will not answer the phone. So I have to get in my car with a broke foot and go pick up my prescription!!!! Definitely changing stores ASAP!!! The absolute worst. I called and spoke to the store manager and all she did was transfer me to the same pharmacy line that will not answer the phone tf?!?!?!? How the hell is this store still in business!!!!

Dont bother calling, no one ever answers. 20 min of an annoying automated garbage just to sit on hold forever. Other then that all interaction are great. Just wish someone would answer the phone other than Rosie the robot.

Very rude Pharmacy department. I paid for my prescription and the receipt didn't print out so they refused to give me my prescription. Told me the payment would come back to me in 2 days. $71.68 apple pay payment

I have called and gone to this location multiple times in the last 24 hours. Called three times and come in person twice to update my insurance information to get my prescriptions filled. Not only is the hold time insane but even going in person and having a pharmacy tech write down my insurance information to “update” didn’t work. I still don’t have my prescriptions and they are still on hold. If I could rate them 0 I absolutely would. Worst pharmacy in Augusta hands down.

Can't see signs for the bushes, trash everywhere...This is very unappealing and needs to be cleaned up.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ stars to the Inside, its clean, great Customer service, wonderful pharmacy staff.And a BIG KUDOS to the female who gave me my Johnson & Johnson Covid Vaccine, she was Teriffic.

What happened to CVS’s customer service? I was in the pharmacy line. I waited 15 minutes. When I got to the window they closed the curtain right in my face and went to lunch. They need to give their people a lunch break but not at the expense of their customers. 1. Rotate their employees and continue with customer service. They are holding the medications hostage for older people until their people finish their break. Then their employees come back late from their break. And they tell their customer that they have a bad attitude when they complain. UNBELIEVABLE! I will only go to CVS now because BCBS says I have to. I will go down the road to Walgreens because they service their customers. Old people can’t keep coming back to try and get meds on CVS schedule then deal with rude employees.

4 stars just to be seen!! Don't even deserve 1 star. Every time I try to call the pharmacy no matter what time of day, they NEVER answer the freaking phone. I was waiting for someone to answer the phone for 45 MINUTES to an hour. Up until the automated machine literally hung up on me. This has been happening for several months. I have to drive all the way up there to find out if they have my prescription. Most of the time they don't even have my medicine in stock & I have to call my doctor to get it transferred. A TOTAL WASTE OF GAS.DO NOT go to this CVS. It is the worst CVS in the CSRA. Literally go to any other CVS & they WILL answer the phone.

Worst pharmacy in Augusta,even had a Dr agree,you can absolutely never reach them by phone,i understand there may be so many customer and Doctors calling but this has been for years,you get there and your meds aren't ready,so i come back on a hour and get told to come later,if you don't go immediately after your Dr prescribes it to let them know you need it asap then you wont have it ready.My daughter had 4 items called in and only gotten one filled and came back two days later and was told they cant find the prescription and said had to contact the Dr.Im trying my best to switch over to somewhere else!

Will not answer the phone. I've tried calling all day. I've tried using the automated system. Worst place to fill prescriptions. If you want to be angry and not get anywhere, use this place.Add to my review. The reason they aren't answer yalls calls is becuase they have the ringers turned off on the phones. And they are not on the post.I am standing in line and no phones ringing. That's why. Total b.s

I was on the phone for four and half hours before I was answered on the phone. Then I get up there and was told my prescriptions were not ready and to come back in 30 mins no one mentioned my meds were out and they would not have them until Monday. This pharmacy is a joke no one can answer a phone they don’t know their inventory and they offer you no solution.

Very slow service . Pharmacy is the worst. I pray they get people that want to work.Update 6/22/23I received a text early this morning advising me my prescription was ready for pick up. Like everyone else I went when it was convenient for me. When I got here it was 1:30p.m I waited 30 minutes in drive thru no movement before I called the pharmacy department. Of course I acted like I was just calling to see if my prescription was ready but I honestly wanted to see what the hold up was. I said yes I’m in line waiting and I just wanted to make sure my daughter prescription was ready, if not I’ll come back! Why this man gone tell me my prescription wasn’t ready. I asked him are you sure , this man sat on the phone and straight lied to me just to get me out the line! I asked him for his name and he told me his name was Mufasa pardon me if it’s spelled incorrectly but it’s ridiculous on the extent these employees would go to , to not have to do their job! I’m disgusted! My daughter needs her prescription, I told him I was going to report him and he said why and I hung up! CVS this is the last time I’ll ever write a review about your company! I pray it crumbles !

Here recently I called in a prescription waited 3 days get a text to say it's ready no text. Also went on line and place a order for the same prescription waited 3 days. Went to the store she said it will be ready in 1 hr. Ok I wait 4 hours go by andwaited thru 6 cars to get to the window and she tells me to drive back around the building and wait in line again and it will be ready then. I told her NO I WILL NOT I'll wait right here for it . This store is awful and slow I hate CVS only here because INSURANCE.

They never answer the phone. I waited 47 minutes and gave up. They shoud picknup in 30 minutes or less. Even though the doctors prescribed medication, they put it on hold until you tell them to fill it. Causing more delays. The pharmaceutical staff are crabby and it is a reflection on CVS = Crabby

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PHARMACY!!! I left cvs and switched to Walgreens years ago but I had my sons prescription filled there due to insurance. And they still have the same problems they did 6 years ago but worse!!! I called for 2 days with NO ANSWER! I had to drag my sick kids up there just to talk with someone. My husband went as well and both times they said they didn't have the prescription which I already knew the deal..same issue I had before. They NEVER check their voicemail. They will look you straight in your face for days and tell you they don't have your prescription. In the meantime you are aggravating your doctor for no good reason and my child is suffering from an ear infection for days before he can get medicine. Absolutely ridiculous and honestly I wish they would just shut this location down. Poor excuse for a pharmacy!!!UPDATE..I never posted this because I honestly hate to post negative reviews but another sick kid and again going without antibiotics for days because they claim it's not been called in. So in the morning I will call my doctor again and waste their time as well because CVS is unable to do their job. Extremely sad. How is this place still open??!!

Been coming here for a while but here recently they are the slowest ever. Doctor called in two prescriptions I get there and only one is ready and they tell me I have to come back in a hour I get back and it’s still not ready. Please do better or I will find a new pharmacy to use.

Last night I went to CVS . Soon getting out of my truck on the end of the parking lot my pant leg got Stuck on a branch that caused me to stumble and a few branches poked into my leg . I was bleeding badly . I ask the associate for a paper towel . By this time blood was everywhere . She gave me paper towels and I told her what had happened . She also gave me some sanitizer . I had to interrupt a customer for more sanitizer and she was very nice about it . I just want to say thank you to the associate again . Please cut the Juniper plant back as far as y'all can or dig them up . Thank You .

This is mainly a review for the pharmacy side of this CVS. I have worked at a pharmacy and know the difficulties that come with that and can sympathize with all the hoops someone has to jump through.Having said that, this place is absolutely terrible. They literally could not care any at all less about their patients. I am constantly having horrible withdrawals from medications because it seems that this place goes out of their way to make it more difficult to get them. They don't give me ANY information about what is going on with my medications or what I may need to do to even get them.They don't communicate at all with their patients and infact actively avoid it. Forget calling them. You have to deal with a rambling machine before even getting to be on hold for an hour while listening to the same distorted music on loop occasionally interrupted by previously mentioned machine. Then their app doesn't even work or give you any information for you to try and figure out anything by yourself.Even with an appointment they made me wait around 40 minutes because of their lack of communication with eachother.If you can go somewhere else,do it.

Pharmacist Lolola at CVS on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta, Ga. is the worst ever. I am a Pastor and found that she is one of the most disrespectful people that I have ever met. She raised her voice at me so that the whole store could hear. Then totally made the associate wait on others before me. It was a store error that caused the problem, but nothing takes the place of common courtesy. That 1 person will cause people who have been with CVS over 30 years to leave.

Drive thru has been closed for 4 days now that I have tried to pick up prescription as of 6/27/22 . The store outside appearance has gone to hell. So unkept and nasty. As soon as you hit the auto doors you are hit with a smell of mold and mildew. For a handicap person this is unacceptable not able to get meds at drive thru or a single mom with three kids in car trying not take them in and wait an hour in line to get assistance at the pharmacy. You can never get a rep to answer phone either. Corp needs to step it up. CVS this is unacceptable. It made me give one star to just post comment.

Spoke with rep at 32 mins. She was rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She put me on hold without asking or telling me. I called headquarters to file a complain. Hopefully they follow up. Once I get my prescriptions I'm going to Walgreens. This store doesn't deserve 1 star. Just close they entire thing down.

I have come here for years but today was the Worse services ever got me waiting for my Rd for an hour they say is not ready it be ready in 20 min. We will call u name just stay here I did for another hours they still did not call my name I get back in line and it was ready. Only one cashier doing everything she running 3 register alone. The pharmacist was eating chips the entire time while preparing people rx. Worse experience ever.

Refills are often not ready on time. You won't discover that it's been delayed until the day you're supposed to pick it up, preventing you from making arrangements ahead of time to avoid this lapse in medication. Inconveniencing customers with delayed refills is bad enough but to provide such horrible customer service on top of it is unacceptable. Expect to be on hold for at least 15 mins before anyone answers, no matter the time of day, even at 1:30am (yes I've called at this time expecting it to be a quicker process. I was wrong) Employees look very unhappy to be there. They come across as annoyed or bothered when they have to assist you. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because there have a few pharmacy techs that were pleasant. Sadly they didn't stay there very long. I finally got fed up and transferred my prescription to Kroger pharmacy. Not only is my prescription cheaper but their customer service far surpasses CVS

Worst customer service of any CVS I have ever been to. CVS told doctor they had the medication to fill the prescription. When I arrived 1 hour later was informed they did not have the medication after all. When I asked why they told the doctor they did have it the answer was a shrug of the shoulder and a ‘I don’t know’. No follow up with the person that took the call to determine the root cause. Just a nonchalant comment about it being in order. And should come in tomorrow. These staffers do not understand the issue of withdrawal from these types of medicine or probably do not care. It is also unbelievable that they. Ant transfer the prescription to another CVS sister store in Augusta. What you get at CVS is a bored staffer with a don’t care attitude!!!
