This store apparently has deemed pennies are not American currency anymore. Wife went in with a dollar worth of pennies and was told they could not take them if they weren't rolled and suggested she go buy some penny rolls from dollar store. We have been going to this store for 7 years and never had an issue like this. Folks money is money whether it's a penny or a dollar so if you don't take pennies people shouldn't shop at this circle k located at 3698 mike Padgett Hwy .

Cashier Tracy was rude, nasty attitude. I gave her the upmost respect , I’ve never been so disrespected! I would think a lady of her age would carry herself a lot better.

This very old Caucasian lady that works at the register and 99% is deaf . she put my gas on the wrong pump after I said my pump number 3 times even to her go worker. The gas was taken by another customer who had already left. She then refused to give me a refund or the correct gas on my pump and Than argued with for 10 minutes straight. Refusing to give me the store manager name and phone number. Highly recommend they find younger people who KNOWS what theyre doing and who can ACTUALLY HEAR 🙄name started with a T i can remember if was Trish or TRASH

Those black shirt managers are the worst. They're rude, don't greet and don't know how to speak kindly to a paying customer. How are they to manage their employees and supervise when they're the ones that need customer service training.

Very inefficient/slow staff at 0400. Consistently. Otherwise during the day every time I stop, no issues.The only reason I stop here (at 0345-0400) periodically is because they stock certain items I prefer. However, the trade off is a loss of time (typically 10-15min).In observing the staff as to identify what the issue is, other than the rate of speed in which they perform repetitive tasks, I cannot identify anything that warrants the consistent delay.I am not sure why this is given the level of traffic they experience in the morning due to construction workers stopping by, but I can say I have witnessed at least dozens of people walk to the door to see the line and walk away. Seems like lost revenue to me, if I were the owner/proprietor.So if you can spare the extra 10 mins your good. If you're running late it would be best to select another gas station.Happy travels!

Those abnoxiously loud TV screens in the gas pumps make me feel like I don't want to get gas here 😫Please, can't somebody change it? I use Upside app so I don't want to quit using this location

Always giving my husband a problem when he uses sip n save! Lady with the glasses always tells him it won’t go through and giving him a hard time and this is after he types in the phone number and it says APPROVED on the screen !! we won’t go here anymore we will go to the one that’s 1 minute down the road! This location sucks and are very unprofessional and careless

I’ve been using the car wash on my truck at this location for about a year. On 7/18/20 I went to use the car wash before leaving town and the tire scrubber on the right contacted my running board on my truck and damaged the body panel on the right side. I got the manager and filed a claim, the manager told me I shouldn’t have used the car wash with running boards. After following the instructions from a representative via email and submitting the form I did not receive a response after 8/12/20 even after reaching out for an update multiple times. I got a response this afternoon that Circle K is denying all liability in regards to the damage their car wash did to my vehicle. Be weary giving these crooks your business, I now have body damage to my 2015 F-150. They will never get my business again. And I will be advising other to steer clear as well.

Pushed button for handicap assistance and no one responded. Another customer was kind enough to attempt assistance but the display was so dull she couldn’t see It either. This kind lady said she could hear the request for assistance. Inside. I called to learn that the manager on duty who chose to ignore me was Candy, per Jordan who at least gave good customer service on the phone. The new truck stop just about a mile further south on Mike Padgett was happy to have me as a customer.

We Love this place. Candy is Fantastic. Now they have so much stuff to eat. I've never bought food at a gas station before but I did on Friday. Pretzels are fantastic and I got my husband oatmeal cookies and he loved them

Don't see how you can have mask required on the door but people are going in without them on without anything being said and some of the employees are not even wearing them. Have seen this at this location more than once and another location in the area. If you are going to make it a requirement enforce it otherwise might as well take the sign down.

This store is VERY dirty. My car broke down the night before Thanksgiving and my husband went into the store and spoke with one of the workers and explained the situation, he was then reassured that my car would be fine until we were able to get it towed. He proceeded to call daily to check on the car and was told each time that my car was perfectly fine. He spoke to someone on Sunday evening and made sure the car was still alright to leave there and again was reassured that my car was ok, less than 24 hours later Fulchers Towing received not one but two calls (2am & 8am) about my car. Needless to say the untrustworthy store workers called and had my car towed away. Now I'm having to take money from my kid's Christmas and pay to get my car back. None of the workers are admitting to speaking with my husband about my car, I want to know what cold hearted person does that to someone especially during the Holidays!?!? Not only is my car situation an issue but this store constantly has nasty bathrooms, serving not fully cooked food on the grill, I've gotten gas with water in it from here as well and they have some of the most rude and distasteful people working there!!!! I will NEVER give them any business again!!

I wish there was a choice that you can select BAD EXPERIENCE instead of select a star that this gas station don't even deserve.My experience was horrible at the store.I wouldn't recommend anyone to spend any of their money here.The employees are very unprofessional, rude and most of all inconsiderate people.I went there today at 11:45 a.m. to play the lottery and it was my turn to be served.The employee made me wait for the other employee to serve me because she don't like to assist those who play the lottery that has lot of slips.I paid for my lottery and waited patiently for the employee to give me my lottery.She serve two people after me then she came from behind the counter to warm her food in the microwave and came back behind the counter and started eating right in my face instead of giving me my tickets .I approach to her about giving me my ticket and an employee name Kandi interfere and started talking aggressive and using profanity words which is very unprofessional being a cashier that represent Circle K.The other employer's were laughing like kids thinking it was funny.This store is run by employee's that are disrespectful,unmindful,discourteous,amateur,unconcerned, jackleg,impolite people that need to be fired.

Great staff. Let's be honest, you can get gas snacks, coffee....anywhere. The difference is the people that staff the store, and these folks are top notch. Very helpful and friendly.
