Me and a friend came here to get lunch and catch up. It was my first time at this location of chicken salad chick and I was very pleased. The service was quick and friendly. I got the Fancy Nancy on a croissant and pasta salad. The food arrived at our table pretty quick. The portions were a good size and everything tasted amazing. The space is decorated nicely and was relatively quiet, which made it nice for chatting. I will definitely be back in to try some of the other chicken salad flavors!

I've come here twice already during lunch hours and never spent more than 10 minutes in line. I had the classic on a croissant and it was good! The portions for the sides are quite small but still enjoyed it.

My very first time at Chicken Salad Chick. Mr. Matt Green was very informative, gave great recommendations and the look on his face when he explained about the food was pure joy! And that's what sold me! I loved all of his recommendations for my lunch and plan to go back with friends! Thank you Mr Matt Green!!

I had fairy high expectations based on what I’ve heard others say but those expectations fell flat for me. The service wasn’t friendly and the food was underwhelming. I had the Trio with the bacon, cheddar & ranch (?), the Original and the Southern style. It all tasted pretty much the same to me and mostly like mayo and not much else. The grape salad however was delicious and I could eat just that. The crackers were all broken up for the most part so there was nothing to eat with it. The website shows the trio as being served on lettuce but as you can tell by my picture that wasn’t true. The piece of lettuce was smaller than the palm of my hand. The sweet tea was good.

Only stop I considered when passing thru Augusta...awesome choices of chicken salad. Always a good choice to go with the BLT set up and your favorite chicken salad selection. Staff is super nice too!

Yum! This place has my heart! Delicious food!! I had (and recommend) the Fancy Nancy, the Sassy Scotty, the Grape Salad and the Broccoli Cheddar soup! They have all your favorite versions of Chicken Salad and more! I wished we had one where we lived so I could try more! The pimento cheese looked fantastic as well! Highly recommend giving this place a try! The staff at this location were very kind and helpful. They also have so super cute bathroom signs in their well maintained restrooms! I will be back for more one day!!!

First time ever stopping here. I enjoy a good chicken salad. It's a tad pricey however they let you sample before you purchase. Ordered the Dixie Chick and Pimento cheese scoop. With a cheese cake the slice is really small as you see. *** ok now that I have eaten my food I will say it tasted good. The cheesecake and the mini cookie was really fresh and homemade. The salad was awesome the spicy pimento I'll leave that alone.

The guys in back. I asked for extra lettuce...this is what the guy in back gave me. Not sure if it was the guy with the gold teeth or the short one but I'm sure they thought this was funny. I assure you it is not. When you drive all the way back downtown and realize that you don't have what you asked or paid for, it's not funny. You should take pride in your work, whatever it is or leave and let someone who does care have the paying job.

Picked up some dinner for my mom . She's been craving chicken salad all week long. So we had a Friday night pick up night.Since she is on a soft food diet because of her jaw. This made her day. She loved her meal so much. She almost cried because she ate the whole thing. Lol the restaurant was very cleaned and the service was really good. We will be coming back .

I had the most wonderful experience at this location! I have been to plenty of restaurants and fast-food places that had nice service but this one takes the cake! The worker or manager (unsure of his position) named Mark was SO NICE. My friend ordered a scoop of chicken salad that they were out of but she had already paid for it and when Mark brought us her order, he informed her they were out. She was just going to settle for something else but he went to the back and made her everything she ordered they were out of; so kind of him! I will definitely be coming back!

The Chicken Salad Chick concept is perfect (unless you don't like chicken salad). Cute, tasty and clever. But even more, the customer service of this location is way beyond expectations. They were patient in explaining the menu to me in the most friendly way possible. I purchased more to go for later on my trip. They packed it on ice to make sure it was fresh. These ladies were a delight. And so is the restaurant. Don't miss it if you are in Augusta.

Placed a workplace group order through Uber eats today which is guest appreciation day of course all five of our meals were sent without the extra scoop called and management was no help. Basically told us that one person could come in and pick up the extra scoops which is an inconvenience for paying customers. Never returned back to the call waited for 8 mins. Sucks for guest appreciation day!! Only reason we ordered this was bc of the extra free scoop

This has been one of my favorites for fast food. However, my last 2 visits have been disappointing. Mainly because the amount of chicken salad on the sandwiches is half of what it used to be. Chicken salad covered about 40% of bread. Both our sandwiches were like that. So, either poor management and quality control or they intentionally cut back. Either way, not worth the money.

I brought my granddaughter to your store for lunch. The staff was so nice and helpful. The Chicken salad sandwich on croissant is was so delicious. I will be back soon to have one of your other selctions. BTW this restaurant is so cheery and welcoming.

Service and food is normally good. However I must have come on the wrong day. The cashier was leaning against the wall taking my order. I asked for the croissant sandwich in the picture that's hanging next to the front door. She said "sir I don't know you or what sandwiches you want". I repeated that I want the croissant sandwich in the picture. She replied "there's hundreds of pictures around here I don't know what you want". There is literally only one croissant sandwich picture in the whole place. She walked off and sent someone else to help me.
