Bob's is an amazing store, it has everything in the hobby you may be looking for. It surpasses stores I've seen in Florida. The shrimp and plants section is among the best I've seen and they always have great stock. Bob and his staff have great knowledge. After a talk with Bob I was able to get my shrimp to be less stressed and berried. He's definitely made a customer for life over here. If I ever need anything Bob's your uncle.

Love the place. They got just about anything you need and then more of what you didn't know you needed. The people that work there don't just work there. They know their stuff, always helpful and super nice. Don't go to the super marts for your fish and things. Go here, you won't regret it

This place has a nice assortment of both salt water and fresh water fishes. Usually busy on the weekend but nice and calm during the week. Just a really nice and chill place to see aquariums and possible future pets.

Great place! I've been going to Bob's for 30 years. The staff working there are friendly, informed and willing to share ther knowledge. The store is well stocked with a good choice of fish and hardware. I highly recommend Bob's for fresh and salt. I've included a few shots of tanks I have put together with his support.

The staff are very knowledgeable about fish and aquatics! I love that they quarantine new fish for 30 days to make sure they are healthy before selling them. Customer service could use some improvement as far as attentiveness when customers are waiting for assistance, but it has improved since my first couple of visits.

Bob's is my go to fish store. All the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I've been a customer of Bob's for 15 years. They have a great selection of fish, plants, tanks, etc. If you are new to fishkeeping don't hesitate to visit Bob's and ask your questions!

This is absolutely the shop to go to for anything fish related. I'm the new owner for a 100 gallon tank after obliterated having 20-50 gallon tanks. It's been really scary because I don't like asking for help because I'm afraid I'll be judged. Not here. They are so warm and helpful. I'll never go anywhere else. My tank recently got algae and I felt really bad about it, but they got me fixed up right away.

The people here are very knowledgeable about aquatics and very friendly. I built a pond for my ducks and geese, and I would not have been successful. Any thang to do with water, fish, or setting up ponds and aquariums, Bob's is the only place to go.

Been a customer for years. Great service, healthy livestock, helpful in a tank emergency. Do not bother going to Aiken.Most of what you see in my tank is from there.2 Year update: I will remain a loyal customer, however a couple of their staff are some what condescending. At times, you can visibly see them rolling their eyes or snickering....mostly with me trying to make every day pleasantry conversation and yes...I am a talker. This doesn't happen with all their staff, just a couple of them. My fix for pretty much the last year is just to get in and get out. I used to ask them for advice and about half of their salesman will give you the most basic 101 level advice that is completely unhelpful to the experienced. The rest of the staff will work with you and ask a few questions and offer one or two new ideas about the problem but it is minimial.Let's be honest, you aren't paying them for the advice, you are paying them for what you are buying so no stars deducted, they are often too busy to really work with customers they way probably would like to be able to do.Deducting one star since I personally would never behave with eye rolls and snickers in any job I have ever had I would be fired on the spot if I conducted myself that way.... (even if having a bad day) so I have a pretty much zero tolerance for that. Let me repeat again. In any job I have ever had that behavior would be grounds for immediate termination.However, I will continue to buy my livestock and food from there as I have never had any issues with acclimation and the health of the livestock or the quality of their products.And let me state again that this review is not directed towards the entire staff, only one or two of them. (The rest are really great).

I drive 2 hours to arrive at Bob's from S.C.. Why? Bc he always has the best & healthiest fish anywhere. It does help that he's so willing to advise on top of being generally a nice fella! Love his place & staff!

I love this store. They have everything to take care of your aquatic needs. I would never by my fish anywhere else
