Worst customer service, avoid if possible. Can’t disclose whether or not they have medicine in stock over the phone even though any other pharmacy is able to. My husband drove there with a sick toddler and it still took over 20 minutes for them to let him know that they in fact did not have the medicine. Ridiculous. Waste of time. Won’t be returning here ever.

Barney's has worst customer service back in medical supply took a rx in for some compression socks accused my dr as not being a dr they didn't explain nothing didn't get sicks ilk never go back in their store again and I'll inform others of the rude

I am highly aggravated with Barney’s Pharmacy located at 2604 Peach Orchard Rd, Augusta, GA. I am a diabetic and takes Ozempic to keep my diabetes under control. I had my Ozempic filled at Barney’s for a year. Then, in August of 2023, Barney’s did not have it in stock. Therefore, I transferred it Walgreens. Walgreens did not have it in stock when my most recent refill was due. My doctor’s assisted me in identifying a Pharmacy which has the Ozempic available. She attempted to put the prescription request in at Barney’s and they refused to fill it. They cited I should get my Ozempic filled where the rest of my prescriptions are filled. I called Mr. Barry (Barney’s Pharmacy) myself and explained that the Ozempic is for me to treat my diabetes, not weight loss. Mr. Barry was very rude and not understanding of the severity of my need for the Ozempic. He has blatant disregard my life/well-being.

I started coming to Barney's when I discovered it carried all the daily medication I take for the lowest price. they have all the necessities automatic refill, they accept most insurances, & they have delivery available too. it was just the least expensive. downside it has no drive through, flip side, they have curbside delivery.

Called several times this morning all day about medication chest community called .was told they would call back with info and deliver. It's 203 pm nothing called several times starting at 1.15 pm held forever on three calls hung up on twice after waiting forever. Then when I finally speak with someone they stopped delivering today. Well I'm in bed with flu can't get meds. This is how new customer is treated no thanks never again. Update after spending 9 dollars to get Uber to get to Barney's I get there they have no clue where medicine is. Get a call from home they decided to deliver it. So now I'm her meds at home what is wrong with these people

For 6 months of using them for my son's meds.I've had nothing but trouble getting them to get filled. They didn't filled his meds because I didn't call it in after the doctor called it in.Or they tell you that it is ready when it's not. I have to drive 30 minutes to get his meds because they are the closest tht carries one of his meds. I don't recommend using Barney's pharmacy.

Barney's always has very friendly staff. The only downside is it takes a while if you bring in a prescription. If you call it in you are going to be in queue for a while.

Just got out of the hospital dropping my prescriptions off. They said I wasn't on Medicare or Medicaid and I was. Had to pay cash for one prescription but couldn't afford the $100+ for the rest. Did without until I got in touch with Hephzibah pharmacy and Walgreens, both saying I have been covered. Barney's had a bad attitude towards me also. Will never go there again!!!

We love Barneys, but we can never get anyone at least once a week or more the phones are down, I’ve called all day and it hangs up on me! Last week when you put your prescription # in. , it said you needed to call and speak to someone, after waiting so long on hold, Wendy said oh it’s doing that again??

The staff is always professional, kind and eager to help. I always feel welcomed and any questions or concerns are always put we ease because they take the time to Answer questions, even if the story is super busy. Love this place

I love how personal the employees are. They are so helpful and know my name and some even have remembered my birthday!!! I suggest barneys to everyone who has struggles with other pharmacies. They just make the interactions so personal and always brighten my day!!! And what I love as well is they are willing to have a conversation with me. Also a great place to discard unused medicine safely and provide flu and covid shots. There is nothing negative I can say!!!! Gooooo dawgs!!!!

Wonderful staff! Very caring and thorough. I called ahead to make sure my prescriptions would be filled before going there. The person said they would be ready after noon. She called back after an hour or so to go over the list of meds and the prices with me just to be sure. It was an extensive list. One was one I did not need filled, so that saved some inconvenience for all. I went in later and picked them up. It’s a very nice place with comfy seats and inexpensive sodas if you do need to wait. I didn’t. They also have a med clinic on site if you need to see someone.

Recently I took my son for his appointment at the pediatrician's office and she told me that he needed some supplementing to get him on the goal weight that she had in mind for him, she recommended pediasure, twice a day every day. Y'all that's like 100+ dollars. That's not something I can afford right now so I immediately called around to see what I could do.I was referred to Barney's pharmacy and I called them with my confusing request. They were incredibly patient and kind to me which I really appreciated because I was Stressed out. They worked with me and my pediatrician's office to figure out what we could do. Apparently as soon as they got off the phone with the pediatricians office they were calling me back Right away because they got information back to me faster than the clinic did it was ridiculously amazing. I'm amazed at their customer service skills as a whole and I'm incredibly grateful for their help. That's not even mentioning the experience I had in the actual pharmacy!When I walked in I was overwhelmed because this place was huge. But I was immediately asked what they could do for me. As a matter of fact I was asked by not one or two but Three people if I'd been helped. All within minutes of walking through the doors. I was as at the wrong counter but again three different people were willing to help me get to where I needed to be. When I was finally at the correct counter my toddler was being difficult and they took it in stride and actually gave him a pen and paper to scribble on so that he was busy. In going to Barneys I was able to get what I needed for my son for a price that I could afford and I absolutely reccomend this place to anyone and everyone. Because seriously, where has this place been all my life? I've never had such a good experience in a pharmacy Ever and I wish I'd been coming here for everything I needed.

The staffs here at Barneys are friendly and helpful. They make sure whatever is needed for my mother she get it. The bubble packing and the delivery is the best. I’m so grateful they have those two system because the elders truly need it especially those that’s alone. The only reasons I didn’t give a 5 is because I think their very pricey and that doesn’t live them room for error. Thanks Barney for the good service that you guys provided to my mother and her neighbors...

This pharmacy has become the epitome of bad and rude customer service. Been using them for about 15 to 17 yrs now, ready for a change. They use to be the best pharmacy in Augusta. Since they've branched out to other areas in the csra so have the veteran employees. Some of them are okay, not all of them are bad. Today was the worse so far without me even having words with anyone. And not to mention one of the veteran employees took a stare at me if I was beneath their service, when I asked if someone could help me after being walked off from someone being consulted by one of the pharmacist. I was standing there if I was nobody, because the person she was consulting was having an issue, I guess she didn't want to deal with me. But that's okay, I understand, it's probably the demographics or the location. If Barney's has come to this, they should just close this location, because r I go in now some customer is having an issue, just as I have had in the past 2 or 3yrs now.

Clean, efficient, friendly. One can tell customer service is a priority. Free soda doesn't hurt either. And coffee! The retail area has some very nice, but very pricey, gifts available. Will continue getting my medication here. Look into their delivery program for added convenience, too!

I recently had a issue at Serenity and Michelle with Barney's was so awesome and helpful! She has always been so friendly and asks how I'm doing, going out of her way for a more personalized experience. I didn't think I could get meds or had refills and panicked. She assured me everything was fine and asked that I call Barney's if I ever had a problem with my meds. I am so thankful she helped me. I would've been without my meds right now. Michelle you need a raise. You are most definitely a great asset to Barney's.

Will not be returning to this pharmacy. The customer service is terrible and the staff always treats you as if you stupid. I have had multiple problems from my insurance to picking up medicine that was supposed to be ready and was not. I also had an issue where my husband was denied an otc medicine that his doctor recommended due to multiple kidney problems as there are certain medications he can and cannot take. This pharmacy used to be my go to, but ever since they began to grow I feel as if customer service and satisfaction has went under. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Every single time I ordered delivery from this Barney's Pharmacy, I have had to stay at home all day needlessly because they didn't send anyone out to deliver my much needed medications.This means I must stay at home at LEAST TWO whole days waiting for a delivery instead of one. They refuse to give give any type of delivery time range. They refuse to call if they're not going to deliver that day.Don't they care at all about their customers???Obviously, no, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, or your medical needs, only about billing your insurance, which they do on time.When I call the delivery manager he is unpleasant and confrontational.I guess our time isn't important to them.Why would you order delivery from them?

Absolutely the worst. Staff just stands around, talking to each other after staring at you. They force you to transfer all your prescriptions to them or they won't fill for you, then they don't take prescription discount cards, they always clueless to simple questions, they slow as methuselah, they scream your business out, staff always on their phones. One staff asked me how could she help me then started rummaging thru her purse and wallet then said oh I forgot you needed my help. I was like really? I hate this pharmacy with a passion. It's 100 workers in here and they all useless just standing around.
