Absolutely loved this business. I never knew there was a self service dog wash available here in town and i have lived here for 12yrs. The owner was so helpful and she had the essentials i needed to bathe my Cane Corso. So much easier than trying to bathe her in my bathtub or outside along with the fact i had a blower available to dry her off faster. I will definitely be returning.

They have staff on duty who specialize in dealing with specifics for your pet, i.e. seniors, aggressiveness, etc, which I was pleased to learn! They take pride in their craft of groomery. Give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed, and their prices are very reasonable.

Love this place! They always take care of my high energy baby, and do a fantastic job with her nails. They also have GREAT high quality dog treats and chews. My power chewer (who can shatter most bones) has a deer antler from there and it's extremely tough and she's been unable to break it so far.The shop cat is also the sweetest little baby.

Awesome and friendly, totally recommend. My dog loves going and always comes home acting even more like a diva (in a good way). They apparently know how to pamper an already spoiled elderly and overly-friendly dog. If only they could extend their space to offer a human salon next door, then we could get our nails done together...

They are so patient with my Bentley. He can be a handful😏 and they recognize that and switch out groomers if they need to, to whomever can keep him calm❣I love they way they groom my Pup Pup! The greeter is so sweet and friendly also 😸. I will definitely be taking him back.

Both times i've brought my pup here she's been treated extremely well with great services rendered. I'm shocked at how cheap the nails, trim, bath etc.. are for the quality of the attention that she gets! No choice but here for my dog!

Rachel is very sweet. I have take my baby to her a couple times before.she always did a great job, except for expressing her anal glands. I took her to the vet and they said she was fine.When I took her this time she said the same thing about her anal glands. Again the vet said my baby was fine🤷‍♀️!

Wow, I’m totally blown away by what a difference the grooming made for my Aussie - they had a super thorough knowledge for his specific coat’s needs. This place is awesome!!! Emily is such an amazing groomer and is so gentle, patient, kind and sweet to her clients. She did a fabulous job with my super wiggly little Westie. He looks so adorable and smells so sweet! Their services are very reasonably priced and they have a nice selection of boutique items for your pets. The owners also donate a lot of their services to local rescues, so I would give them 6 stars if I could! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Rachel is AMAZING with our Bailey Simone’. We moved to Augusta 11 months ago and purchased our sweet baby 7 months ago. We tried a few other groomers but non to our “liking”. Great place to have your dog groomed. Emily does a fantastic job. Love all the special treats, gift bags and handmade collars and leashes. I especially love the fact that they are so active with the animal rescue groups, grooming the animals, making them look and feel good. You can't go wrong bringing your pet here for a little TLC!!

This is the only place my Nana will trust with her pet. The owner does a great job keeping her dog well groomed. I always enjoy stopping in because the owner is extremely nice. People should definitely take their pets here.

My mother frequents with our family pet often. Whenever we bring her, Rachel always takes good care of our dog and has our dog coming home "feeling herself". Rachel does such a great job with pampering our dog, she rarely even wants to go outside to play.

This friend has never been satisfied with the service she has received for her fur baby but continues to boast about the quality of work, cleanliness of the facility, and the customer service she receives from Barkery on Broad.

Emily and Jonathon tackled my very fluffy Alaskan Malamute in the peak of him blowing his coat. He came back to me smelling delicious, and the furminator treatment they did on him was beyond amazing. I also have to compliment their reasonable, UP FRONT prices, no surprise charges. I would definitely recommend them for any grooming service.

Johnathan is very perceptive to dogs needs. My two love going for their spa day. He offers home made treats from local businesses and some accessories for your fur babies. I highly recommend as my two love going to visit.
