First time coming to this grooming facility. Highly recommended from a friend. Thank you so much for filling our shih tzus in. The staff is very nice, attentive to our animals. One of my pets suffers with seizures, the staff made sure to tend to his needs and be very mindful and sensitive with his grooming. They all looked amazing. If you’re looking for great care with your pets grooming please consider this location. I have tried several in the Augusta Area, and by far this is my favorite. Thank you again everyone ! I took my Australian shepherd Willow here for grooming and they did an amazing job on her! They did everything that I asked for and were so kind and welcoming! I will definitely be coming back!

We first heard about Animal Boutique through my parents who had taken their two Yorkies there for several years. We then decided to take our two Yorkies to Animal Boutique as well. We enjoyed the convenience of not having to schedule an appointment and being able to drop them off.However recently when we dropped off our dogs, we had no preference on whom groomed our dogs but that was a mistake. When our dogs were taken to the grooming room, I heard the groomer yell at my dog (the one who is anxious) to shut up. I was taken aback and tried to play it off but it left me with an uneasy feeling wondering how they treat my dogs when I was gone.A few days later I called to speak with the owner and explained the situation, he apologized and said that he would find out who the groomer was and take care of the situation. Needless to say my parents and I will not be taking our dogs there anymore.

We love taking our dogs here for grooming! They have the best prices around. We have two large dogs and they are so great with them. Super friendly staff, always willing to answer questions we have, and remember us. Lovely small business

We love Animal Boutique! Our little fur baby loves going to daycare. She practically jumps out of my arms when she sees the staff. We also use the grooming services, which are also amazing! Would definitely recommend!

My dog came home clean and happy, they let me know he DOES not like his nail trimmed and that they only got one paw done (that's fine cause I know he hates his paws messed with). He smells so good and is so soft! He is still shedding like crazy and I had to brush him out again (but he is a German Shepard husky mix). All in all great experience

Awesome team. My dog Chief loves to be groomed there. That’s the best place to get his hair done and his nails did. Kee is an awesome young lady and she makes him look so dapper.

In November 2022 I boarded my lab, Carter, at a facility for the first time in Athens and had the worst experience. We had to visit the vet several times after picking him up and he was put on medication. I have since moved to the area and was recommended Animal Boutique. Given my last experience, I was a little nervous to leave him overnight. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to pick him up. The ladies there told me that he made many friends and he was even happy when they brought him up. We will only be using Animal Boutique from here on out! It is such a relief to know your pup is being cared for!

I have boarded my German Shepard several times at Animal Boutique and each time I have picked her up she has been happy! When I drop her off she is always very excited to go see the other animals! She loves staying at Animal Boutique!! I have boarded her for a few days up to a week and I always am happy and confident that my baby will be taken care of!

They always do a great job cleaning up our dog. She is prone to matting and they take care of her without a scratch. I love that you don't need an appointment, just arrive early!

Our dog went to doggie daycare for a week while we prepared to move. After the first day she couldn’t wait to get through the door when we dropped her off in the morning and was happy and full of energy when we picked her up in the afternoon (don’t worry she slept well every night!). Pricing for daycare is absolutely reasonable and as far as we can tell the staff took excellent care of her. We would continue doggie daycare if we weren’t moving !

Hate leaving anything but positive reviews but after 7 plus years of being a customer and not being able to have my pet groomer because they want ONLY walk ins and to be there by 730 am. I live in Grovetown and have a child to get onto a school bus that can’t happen. To bring my dog to find out they are full and not being able to bring her to work with me because of health code rules, is even worse. Than to call and ask if they can make one exception to book an appointment and be told nope walk in only between 7 and 730.We won’t be back.

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. We called ahead of time and asked if they take cats. They told us that they take cats on certain days so my husband took our cat very early in the morning since they do walk ins. He was told they were busy and he was asked if a late pickup time would be alright and he said yes since we both had busy days scheduled anyways. He called after work to verify the time was still a 6 pm pickup. About 30 minutes later they then called and claimed they were unable to get to her that day and that we could just come pick her up. My husband was obviously upset that our cat sat in a strange environment all day to be not seen. The women on the phone preceded to try and push the blame on my husband saying that she did say they were busy. She then offered a measly $5 off with all the time and gas wasted not to mention my cat being scared for zero reason. She then offered $10 and at that point we were just done. Had they just said they could not take her or that the actual cat groomer wasn’t even there that day then we would have come back another day initially. This place is extremely unprofessional. Don’t trust your pets with them.

I’m not one to write reviews but the haircut was terrible! Very choppy around the face, ears, and paws. I typically spend 75 dollars on a cut and this was 55 , so at least it was cheaper. Honestly, the 20 extra dollars is worth it. My dog looks hilarious 😂

WOW!! So check this out, we’ve used mobile groomers for right around the past year. Only one had quality and the rest haven’t even made an impression worth conversing. The one with quality just couldn’t handle the business, so we dropped them. But… omg I’ve never seen quality like we have with Animal Boutique. I’m seriously so in love with their performance. Haircuts are by far the best, they cleaned teeth, they did a fantastic job all the way around the board. I will use them forever

We bring our two Rottweilers here since we moved to GA last year. We have a 110 pound boy and a puppy they’ve watched grow. Animal boutique will always be our favorite spot for our babies. Whether it be grooming or boarding they have fair pricing and I know they are in good hands. Our dogs are so excited whenever they get dropped off and the staff meets them with smiles and love. I’m so glad to have found a wonderful place to care for them. Their baths are amazing and always come home smelling amazing. They have no problem handling our big boy and his high energy. and I know they get extra treats when they are there for boarding. Thank you very much for taking care of Arlo and coconut like your own.

If I could give no stars I would. It's 2022 and they don't take credit cards? Unbelievable. It would've been nice if they told me that when I dropped my dog off. I went to pick him up and then had to find an ATM to take out cash and drive back to pay to pick him up. Not to mention trying to park there just to get out of your car is an event in itself. There aren't enough parking spaces and the ones they do have aren't conducive to the average car. I don't recommend wasting your time. They were pretty aloof and unconcerned at the front desk also.

I brought in a friend's poodle who was in desperate need of a haircut. We were told the dog needed to be shaved, my friend wasn't too happy about that but we knew if that's what was best, it is what we would do. I asked for an early pick up time (even with 8 pets in front of us) and was delighted to hear from Animal Boutique within a couple of hours! Abby (the dog) seemed happy. The shaving was done well. I have since booked a grooming my own dog! Great job Courtney and Animal Boutique

So new to the area got here at 6:35am. Told the groomer that he need shearing instead of clippers. Shitzu is what I have, she was supposed to do a puppy cut face Bob ears. Well my pooch ear lobs are showing and she left strings hanging. His puppy cut face is completely shaved off. And I tipped her 15.00. What a freaking waste.And he had

Every time I bring my pup Peach to AB, they always do such a great job grooming and taking care of her at doggy daycare. They have very reasonable prices and hours! Peach is a bit skittish but she always comes out wagging her tail and very happy. I wish they offered credit/debit services, but other than that, no complaints!
