Great place! I had been looking for a place in west midtown to get my dog groomed after a not so good experience at his last grooming appointment. My dog is normally very scared when taken to the groomers and shakes uncontrollably. This place was quiet and peaceful and he was relaxed when I dropped him off and when I picked him up. The grooming was done in a timely manner and the staff is very nice and welcoming! I will be bringing my dog to get groomed here again.

We NEVER had issues at woof gang bakery until this terrible visit. Please make note of the condition my dogs were returned to me.If Stanley Bird is the groomer DO NOT leave your dogs there.I’ve been going to these franchises for years and this is the second time I’ve taken my dogs to this location.We got a call that our dogs were ready and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to deliver my dogs. They told me the extra wait time was to blow dry one of my dogs - which didn’t make sense because that would mean they were not ready. THEN they told me one of my dogs was “nicked by the clipper on his ear.” Now my dog can’t even put his ear down (photo for reference).When Stanley came out, he wasn’t remorseful and in fact defensive saying that it wasn’t that bad. He did not apologize.He did not even inform me that my Yorkie was bleeding too - it was only after I saw blood in my car that I realized she was bleeding from two paws from her nail trim that was too close. Her other nails weren’t even trimmed.When I went back in to demand a refund I was told they weren’t able to do it and that management would eventually call. I’ve only found more cuts on my dogs since leaving.So I have two dogs with ugly haircuts, injuries, I’m out money and wasted an hour of my time trying to get a resolution.I might never get one - but hopefully someone reading this doesn’t put their dog at risk too.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my beloved golden doodle to Woofgang at The Works for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both me and my furry friend. We normally take my cockapoo to the location on the beltline because it was recommended to me but then saw that there was a Wolfgang near us and so we decided to give it a try since the other location was always on point. Well this location was the opposite. My total came out to $120 and my dog came back with the worst cut I’ve seen thus far. We’ll be calling back to speak with a manager to hopefully get a refund because this haircut is unacceptable. The groomer had also left before we got there to pick my pup which gives me the impression this person was in a hurry, since days prior I was called to change my appointment from 3pm to 2pm. I will never come to this location again, a waste of our time and charged an arm and a leg to not do the job properly.

By far the best grooming I’ve gotten in Atlanta for my 2 year old Australian Shep., who is usually pretty high anxiety and a bit of a challenge to groom. Excellent selection of treats, toys and baked goods in store as well. We’ll definitely be back many more times!

I took Bailey for full grooming at Woof Gang today and it was just a wonderful experience. Staff is unbelievably nice and takes excellent care of your four legged babies. They are so professional, it was our first time getting color, and we love it!

My husband, my daughter and our pups decided to stop into the Woof Gang Bakery. We absolutely love this shop, the doggie treats look delectable and the staff is always so friendly. While we didn’t need a grooming appointment we were very interested in the treats!We have an upcoming furbaby birthday and so we wanted to get a cake and a hat for all the doggy guests! We checked out the doggie treats ( I have mentioned this a few times because the furbabies really loved them)We also checked out the smells for our our outside heavy days. The smells were really good and one cologne smelled a little like a designer cologne for men. We really enjoyed our visit and plan to return soon!

4/10/2024 I went with my daughter to pick up her toy poodle. The dog looked like she hand wash her herself! Actually my daughter and granddaughter does a better job. By the way my granddaughter is twelve years old! When the groomer was asked to correct the problem he only fixed the top of her hair, not the body. It was not worth the money $60.00, for. the half of job that was done! it should have been half the price or less The groomer was confrontational and not willing to take constructive feedback and rough with the dog trying to prove a moot point. My daughter and granddaughter's dog was much happier and you could see the quality of work with the last groomer. To add insult to this visit, the manager did not correct his groomer's conduct; he sat a the cash register and did not say anything to his employee. In my opinion, the manager (guy at the register) is just as guilty as the groomer for allowing the groomer to speak to customer that way. We will not be back.

I love this new Woof Gang location! We took our St Bernard here to get a bath before heading out of town and our experience was 10/10. They were ready for us at the time of our appointment and our dog was ready for pickup before expected. In the meantime, we got to hang at the works and get some drinks. Will be back!

I spoke with an employee regarding grooming for my pet who misquoted promos. Called back a few days later to schedule, but was told the promos I was referring to were for retail products. Only problem is, I’d inquired only about grooming services and specifically about grooming promos. The manager refused to honor what his sales associate stated and no returned calls from corporate. I read their yelp reviews and glad it didn’t work out; I was mortified about others’ ordeal. Not a reputable company in my experience. No thanks!!!

This is THE place to shop at if you have dogs! They have every kind of treats and toys you could imagine and also have amazing groomers! The staff were very knowledgeable and so sweet to my puppy, giving him treats and lots of love the whole time we were there.

Have you ever tried to groom a pug? Cut their nails? Honestly, you have never seen a kissy little furball turn into a raging, screaming, muscled maniac so quickly. I’d rather wrestle a goat. But somehow, Woofgang does it, and not only do they look and smell perfect, they happily trot through the doors every time. Pug whisperers, these people! Thank you Woofgang! You’ve saved my sanity!!! Ten stars if I could.
