Located in the heart of Midtown, just steps away from The High Museum and Colony Square. Fantastic produce department. Great varieties of organic products. I enjoy the pizza station and their large seating area. They even have a smoothie and acai bar. Worth the visit, but it's not the place to save money.

Talk about great customer service. There was one breakfast product I love which had an empty box with no bars remaining on the shelf. I spoke with a staff member, and he went back into refrigerated storage and found an eight-pack for me. I only needed four and offered to put the rest of the box on the shelf myself - but he said, "that's why I work here, enjoy your bars."This store is at least three times the size and laid out completely differently than my local Whole Foods, so I had some difficulty finding the products that I wanted. Two other staff members were very helpful in finding the items I was looking for as well.To management - you all have some great employees here. And of course great food on the hot bar and salad bars as well.Every Whole Foods should aspire to be as well-run and friendly as this particular location.

Staff were super friendly. The shop was clean as a whistle and well stocked! Nice coffee downstairs too. Bright space to eat if you have visited the salad bar!

This place has truly improved in customer service and satisfaction in comparison with other locations. When at this location be sure to ask for Ed, he ensures the customers inquiries are addressed and handled with professionalism. Perhaps he could train the floor team at the Chamblee location to improve as well.

I recently dined at Whole Foods and was thoroughly impressed with the quality and variety of their offerings. From fresh produce to gourmet prepared foods, Whole Foods has something for everyone. The hot food section is particularly noteworthy, with a wide selection of healthy and delicious options.. Overall, Whole Foods offers a fantastic dining experience with high-quality ingredients and friendly service. It's definitely worth a visit for anyone looking for wholesome and tasty food options. Must try soap sample if you want to buy. Little price with out Amazon prime.

I drove 48 minutes from Fayetteville to pick up my favorite cake because I was craving it (Berry Chantilly) and heirloom tomates. I did a pickup order for both items. Imagine my disappointment when I got back home to open the bags to see an old cake that had started leaking, with pink streaks on the cake from the softening fruit that was also starting to disintergrate. Liquid sugar that starts oozing from a cake when it's no longer fresh was evident. The bottom of the cake had a piece of the original sticker and a new fraudulent sticker that was put on the cake. I've been eating this cake for years and know how it should look and taste, and what I received today was an expired cake that should not have been sold to anyone. Both heirloom tomatoes had several soft spots. More than anything, I'm disappointed and thought Whole Foods was above this kind of disregard for its customers. 😔

Late night sweets run to Whole Foods Midtown. If you park in the deck pictured, you can get your parking validated by a cashier for two hours. Very clean, neat, organized and if you are a Amazon Prime member, you get a little discount. Just enter your phone # while being rung up.

Always great spot to buy healthy foods, snacks and high quality veggies. Always my go-to place every time I travel to US cities! Prices are a bit higher than average but quality always matches expectations. Will surely be back to Wholefoods next time I get the chance!

THE FARM BURGER AT THIS WHOLE FOODS IS THE WORST. I NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY LIKE I WAS BY CODY. And all because I ask for my burger well done. I expected better from Whole Foods and it’s staffed. Maybe it’s just the Whole Foods on 14th Street in Midtown Atlanta with the horrible service but retrain your staff!!!!! ESPECIALLY CODY IN FARM BURGER!!!!

Went to do a return to Amazon. Kiosk was 200 feet inside the door. The associate scanned my return and thanked me. I asked "That's it?" She said it was. The only thing I had a problem with was parking. I have trouble walking and didn't see any place to park. I couldn't figure it out. I just let my friend circle the block. I was finished before she even made it back.

Customer service could be improved. Everyone stands around like they don’t want to be there. From the deli, hot bar, meat dept & even the customer service desk. Like this location mainly for convenience, not the customer service.

Very cool concept with rooftop, veggie butcher, fresh baked bread and a large variety of prepared foods. There are several places to enjoy your meal including a terrace and the rooftop. The entire store is bright and very clean with a wonderful staff. The only downside is the tight and hard to maneuver garage... although they do validate parking for two hours.

The store is well laid out and well lit, making the shopping experience quite good. The quality of the products are consistent with other Whole Foods stores (good), as are the prices (they tend to be high also, but not for everything). A great addition to Midtown.

Grand opening! It's Wholefoods' 500th place that's located in Atlanta midtown. The largest Whole Foods in Southeast. The store has four floors with different atmosphere totalling up to 70,000 sq ft of an area. What's special about this place is that they've got four different places like cafe, roof-top bar and restaurants inside where you eat and drink. They are Capital Commons (cafe), 14th Street Bar, Canopy Court, and Farm burger. If you are worried about the parking, don't worry. They've got a three-floor parking lot on Spring st NW. It's free for the first two hours with in-store validation.Enjoy your local Whole Foods in midtown Atlanta.

What a surprise! Never knew this was here reminds me of the wholefoods in Chicago there's covered parking free for up to two hours! The actual store is on the second level. Very modern layout this is more of a whole foods market so lots of their brands it's not a full store. In order to use the restrooms you must purchase an item- something new for me!

Love the underground parking, however blink twice and you will miss it and have to spend 20 min in traffic turning around. They have a good selection, not as great as suburbs, but was able to find most things I would get at my local WFM.make sure to get your parking validated at check out or you will pay, cashiers do not ask if you need this. They have farm burger and a good coffee place in same location which is pretty nice.

My favorite store in the USA since I've visited Chicago, New York and Atlanta. Great choice of healthy food, fruit and veggies. I especially like the hot meal self-service even though prices are higher. Love Whole Foods Atlanta and their local healthy produce, cleanliness, organization and staff's professionality. Bravo WF!

It was my first visit and I really enjoyed. Food is fresh and lot of variety. Every type of cuisine is available. I say it is little bit expensive but worth it. Good for everyday lunch. You can also find diet food so overall good experience.

Extremely nice shop even a little too much healthy and bioorganic. And also a too big choice. It is annoying to go through Douze na of ‘grain free’ nacos as ‘normal’ nachos are somewhere ‘hidden’ - at least for me. And that’s a problem: You see something you like and you need something additional (like Guacamole and there you need Nachos - and then you walk back the whole store. For a quick stop buy when you are hungry and you don’t know the store - I was devastated and even there seemed more staff then customers at that time of the day, I did not really felt supported. That’s not what I would expect in mid town.Still: the presentation, the quality and the store including the wide eating area are great while it has its price and I would expect some more client orientation when a silly Tourist is asking where he can find the Coca Cola (in Atlanta). Not just: ‘WE do not sell such beverages...’ No matter that he gave me an alternative in the store, I knew why I needed it. So, four stars, with a lot of benefit as at Saturday 9:30 PM I would have remained thirsty and hungry in Europe.

There are nice people here but somehow the register staff have the worst attitude… happened multiple times that they’re inpatient with customers and some responses are pretty mean. I remembered using the self checkout and had a few items that were a bit big so they ran out of space, and I asked one staff for help. She said “it’s your own problem”!!! Things like this have made my wholefoods trip something that I need to give myself a prep talk for. Not a good experience

The healthy food choices were a lot. I tried the buffet food, and it was simply amazing! I got eggless tofu, mushrooms, mashed potatoes and noodles.

Badly run food bar. Only one hot plate item today at 5 pm. Go to the local deli for food. Avoid this place. In the mornings - no breakfast. Coffee stand opens at 9am. Wow!

Capital Commons on level 2 is truly the Gem in this location. The Baristas/ers all provide good service, along with well temped and fairly priced ounces of "delicious". Just a suggestion: Dump the little mermaid across the street , her blends are for the kids who enjoy diluted beans and boxed juices:)

Whole foods is cool, but the free Sir Kensington's ketchup for the hot bar tastes nothing like tomatoes and more like something created in a laboratory. Please provide some good tasting ketchup. Thanks.

Convenient location, but like all Whole Foods, it's over priced groceries. Hard to justify spending so much more for moderately better to same quality food as Kroger or Publix.

My wife says 4 stars because they allow pets in the store... Too many germs. Doesn't seem cool to allow pets in the store and especially on the carts where food goes. Otherwise awesome location. If you go early you will beat the crowds and be in and out fast
