This store does a really nice job! Store associates are typically very helpful and friendly and unlike the other midtown store, they keep the checkouts OPEN and flowing, rather than forcing me into self-checkout.Also, a HUGE shout out to Reggie who was working the service desk today and went above and beyond to help me sort an an issue with my return. He was engaged, friendly and truly focused on finding a solution when it would have been so much easier to just tell me no. Also, I saw him interact with other customers, interviewees and team members and he really seemed to bring his best self to his work. Anyway, all the praise for Reggie and the team at Whole Foods Ponce!

This location is in decline since I left in 2015. Better hot bar today. Yesterday all dinner meals were in a pan of grease or overcooked and dried out. Salad bar always seems fresh. Like the juice bar, one of the few that has a bar. Service is really great.

In the hustle and bustle of Whole Foods, I found solace amidst the Old Fourth Ward. Despite the perpetual crowd, the checkout process flowed seamlessly, a testament to efficiency. On this particular visit, my quest for ingredients led me to explore the realm of European-style Vegan Ice Cream with Brioche sandwiches. However, egg ingredients in the brioche buns they had available guided me towards a different path. Instead, I stumbled upon vegan croissants from the bakery, an unexpected delight to accompany my So-Delicious Dairy Free ice cream. Whole Foods surprised me yet again with its competitive array of vegan ice creams, unveiling a world of possibilities within its aisles.

What is going in with the buffet??? No matter which whole foods you go to, they all have the same menu and it is the same everyday. What happened to the variety? What happened to the baked spaghetti? The cinnamon rolls? You have the best cinnamon rolls ever. Please bring back the variety of menu items. More cooked, green veggie selections, please.

It used to be a nice place to get a quick healthy lunch in the middle of a work day, but the quality of the salad bar has been declining within the past few weeks. I don't know what's going on with salad dressings, they replaced all of them with new ones that taste like cheap salad dressings from a plastic bottle. On most days there are no dressings at all or there are very few available (most bottles empty or there are just several bottles with the same flavor so there is not much choice). I try not to use them at all because they make your salad taste a lot worse. A lot of ingredients are missing on most days (olives, arugula, radish, pepitas, eggs every other day). I wish there was another alternative for a healthy quick lunch nearby.

First time stepping foot in a Whole Foods in my entire life, and I was really impressed! A high-end grocery market with a large variety of products. The price point definitely matches the quality of the store and product. Staff members were very friendly, and quick to make our pizza! Definitely a great location too!

It's a nice location with a great prepared foods area and surprisingly, as a pretty nice bar. The selection isn't deep and they were out of almost everything, but the ambiance is surprisingly good and they have tables, a mini- lounge area and some pool tables even. You may need to wait a while for someone to come help you, but the prices are very reasonable.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart, giving Whole Foods a one-star rating, and here's why. Despite an initially delightful shopping experience at Whole Foods, my day took an unfortunate turn, and I believe it's crucial to bring this matter to your attention. The predatory parking practice! While the overall shopping experience was commendable, I strongly advise against using Midtown Place parking and crossing the street to reach the Ponce City Market after your shopping. Unfortunately, our vehicle was booted, and we were slapped with a $75 fee. This unexpected setback felt like a trap, particularly with what seemed to be aggressive camera operators near the nail store on the second floor. It's important to note that while there are signs with fine print, none clearly communicate the risks associated with Ponce City Market parking. Numerous customers, including myself, have fallen victim to this issue, as evidenced by the many complaints circulating both in the recent Midtown Place comment on google map reviews.I urge Whole Food Market and other management to thoroughly investigate this matter. Such parking complications significantly detract from the overall positive experience your establishment provides. It's disheartening to see an otherwise pleasant day marred by an unexpected and seemingly avoidable inconvenience.I implore you to review the feedback from customers who have encountered similar issues, which can be found in various google store reviews in this plaza. Addressing this concern will undoubtedly contribute to enhancing the overall customer satisfaction at Midtown place.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope steps will be taken to prevent future patrons from experiencing the same disappointment. Here are some examples of other reviews from customers in the same plaza.https://maps.app.goo.gl/9mqo6AY29vC1ydJF7https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ho6e4BTjtnMeffSMAhttps://maps.app.goo.gl/3YEnTXrXscmgkKsm7https://maps.app.goo.gl/N849NDfbjiSXijVN6And many many more!

I have been extremely disappointed in the level of service that I have received. I have been shopper at this store for over 15 years and have even done store approved lectures at this store. I was shopping at the store on christmas eve of 2023 and i was accosted by an APD officer. He asked me why I had a bag in my cart when the company literally encourages shoppers to reuse bags. He then looked in the bag to insuinate that I was stealing something and angrily took away my bag stating that I cannot bring empty bags into the store. This officer knows me from the numerous times that I have been in the store so there was no reason to suspect me of anything. I reported to the assistant store manager and she notified me that it is not against policy to have bags, even open bags in a shopper's possession, but they cannot put merchandise in the bag. I had an open bag with no merchandise and yet I was told by their security that I could not have it and it was taken. Given that I had been a shopper in the store for 15 years and did not violate any policy, this is a clear case of racial profiling and harassment.I asked for an apology and a resolution for this humilating and degrading experience. When I followed up she mentioned that she had reviewed the tape and forwarded it to corporate which tells me that the officer was in the wrong. I reported this incident to store leadership nearly 3 months ago and followed up on three different occasions only to be told that "legal was looking into it". It does not take corporate that long to contact someone. I even contacted corporate on three different occasions to resolve to no avail.I guess this falls in line with the company banning employees from wearing Black Lives Matter logo because Black lives certainly do not matter to this company even if you are customer for nearly two decades and an Amazon Prime member.

Great whole foods location but is typically understaffed in the checkout lines even though there seems to be plenty of employees there's always a long wait to check out in this particular whole foods. It is the only whole foods that I know of that has exceptionally long wait lines to check out.It is not unusual to see some lines so long that they go down the aisles and interrupt people trying to access items to buy.

I typically reserve my reviews for exceptional experiences, but my visits to the Whole Foods on Ponce de Leon Avenue have compelled me to share my concerns. Regrettably, every time I've frequented this specific location, I've encountered a complete lack of customer service. The issue primarily lies in the poultry section, where I've consistently faced rudeness from the staff. On multiple occasions, I sought to purchase marinated meat, only to be denied because there was no label printed for the product. The meat would be cased for purchase but with no label printed, made it a hazard which I understand. My reasonable request for a manager's assistance to resolve this matter was met with grunts and prolonged waits of over 10 minutes. In frustration, I would eventually inform the worker that I no longer wished to buy the meat. It's disheartening that something as basic as labels for products should be missing, and even more disappointing that customers are met with such rudeness when seeking help. Despite living just a 7-minute walk away, I now drive nearly 30 minutes to another Whole Foods location. In a time of economic challenges and rising food costs, it's imperative that customer service and the overall shopping experience be improved. This store's unwelcoming atmosphere should be addressed promptly, given Whole Foods commitments to enrich its patrons lives.

The vibe is cool. Unfortunately, they keep trash cans, with trash, RIGHT NEXT TO THE PATIO TABLES, which means flies are always near your food. I've told management about this, they say they will move them, and they never do. Plus they have this ugly big green locker where a bike rack should be, and the bike rack they do have is blocked half the time by stuff the store keeps putting in front of it. Inside, they usually don't clean the tables, you have to do it yourself. When they do, they use an old dirty rag, which means they are SPREADING germs and bacteria, not removing it. One of their security guards on the weekends thinks he is Sherlock Holmes, and likes to harass people by "tracking"people as they shop, especially Latinos, very uncomfortable and almost racist. The staff is very friendly.Update:So now they put the standing bar outside, which is actually pretty nice. Lot's of times, you don't want to sit, you just want a place to put your coffee, pastry, food, while you use your phone or whatever. and the standing bar works pretty well. BUT THE ENTIRE EFFECT IS RUINED BY THE GREEN LOCKER THAT IS NEVER USED AND THE TRASH RECEPTACLES NEAR YOU.1) Me and some friends actually tracked over 9 hours of comings and goings on a Friday and again on a Saturday, and that green locker was not used once. It takes up space where there should be a bike rack, and it's also flat-out ugly as sin.2) The trash is unsanitary and nasty. Especially with it being outside, it should be a minimum 25 feet from where people are eating, and Whole Foods Corporate has been called multiple times for their lack of attention to sanitation, but Whole Foods doesn't seem to care much about flies landing on people's food while they eat. It is disgusting to constantly be waving away flies from your childrens' food, common sense would dictate putting the trash cans AWAY from the tables, but they are right there. Store management has been told, Regional has been told (the woman in charge of this is Olivia), but it is still gross.

I want to be clear, and I want to be fair. Cashiers should not be disposable/expendable, and self check-out should not be the only option for customers especially when the self check-out kiosks are "Card Payments Only/No Cash Accepted/No Cash Back". This has been the experience during my last three visits, and I will not be going back because if I wanted to be a cashier at Whole Foods - I would have applied.I have been a loyal customer to this location for years, but it saddens me to see this store location ( or maybe the company overall ) follow suit of all the other big box stores silently eliminating cashiers under the veil of "for your convenience" ; "COVID-19" ; "Staff Shortages"; etc. I visited this location most recently on September 19th, and was in awe that there was not ONE lane open or a cashier in sight. This has been the case the past few times I have visited, during the hours at which I grocery shop. Then, as I begrudgingly walked to self-check-out I saw the "Cash Only" sign.At that moment, I thought of Atlanta Lawmaker at City Hall, Antonio Lewis, who introduced legislation seeking to require businesses to continue accepting cash. "It's like discrimination. We have people who may not have a card. Or may not have enough left on their card, but can pay in cash"At that moment, I thought of my mother who is disabled, and going the grocery store is the one last few dignities she has. Then having that dignity taken away as she learns she has to scan & bag her own groceries @ machines that don't take cash - cash being the only method of payment she has access to.At that moment, I thought of the elderly woman who was in front of me @ CVS who didn't understand how to use their self-check-out kiosk so I had to help her.The workers watching you during self-check-out , making sure you do your job ( or their job ) correctly, are nice though (o_0)However, there is nothing convenient about spending hundreds of dollars on groceries, then having to scan, bag, and deliver them to your own car ( the latter is normal, but not when you add scan & bag ). I've been a cashier before, but I never applied to be a cashier at Whole Foods ( or any other store); and I never walk in thinking how great it's going to be to scan, pay, and bag my own groceries. The customer experience and customer service bar is on the floor at this point. This is not customer obsession. I am the customer providing their own customer service - and that's sad.

Whole Foods fuels your body and mind with wholesome and organic foods. Sure, you’ll pay a little more for this quality, but your health is worth it.Don’t go alone. It's really becoming my least favorite place to shop. Other customers are rude. They leave their carts in the middle of the aisle, or they just stand in the middle of the aisle. What kills me is that they are not shopping; they are on their phones or just standing there, what seems like to aggravate people.

This Whole Foods is the best Whole Foods in Georgia imo. This could even be the best Whole Foods period. I love were it is based, Petco Home Depot Starbucks and more right next to it. Regarding the Whole Foods they have nice fresh food. Me being a vegan I am rather happy with the vegan options they have. Vegan Pizza, Vegan Hot Bar Options, Vegan Deserts and More. Amazon now adding Whole Foods to their eco system has made prime even more worth it. The discounts aren’t amazing admittedly but every little bit counts. From Fresh Ice Cream to A Juice Bar this place has basically everything for a person that is healthy/trying to be healthy in life. I highly recommend!

My recent trip to Whole Foods offered a blend of positive and not-so-positive aspects. On the bright side, the store's commitment to organic and high-quality products is commendable. The variety of fresh produce, organic options, and specialty items was impressive, catering to diverse dietary needs.Additionally, I appreciated the knowledgeable staff in certain departments who were more than willing to assist with product recommendations and information about sourcing. The prepared food section was a delight, offering a range of delicious and healthy options for a quick meal. However, the prices at Whole Foods are undeniably high, often making it challenging to shop here regularly, especially for everyday groceries. Additionally, the store can sometimes feel overcrowded and busy, leading to long checkout lines and a less-than-relaxing shopping experience. In summary, Whole Foods offers an extensive selection of quality products and excellent customer service in certain areas. While it's a great destination for specialty items and occasional splurges, the high prices and crowded atmosphere might deter some customers from making it their go-to grocery store.
