This store was wonderful the meat was well stocked the seafood department was clean and had great sales The produce was also equally esthetic. The store was well stocked and very organized. But upon getting to register which the cashier was all smiles and the front end cashier was as well I saw large cans holding up the screens that the cashier's was using and it wasn't just 1 it was 4 very highly energetic no smiling hard working cashiers. Now with the amount of money that I spent 251.38 and my friend as well over 200.00 I really feel that is a deplorable situation. There's absolutely no reason the cashier's should have to do this not to mention if a can fall on them or the patron of your store. I also noticed that all of the customers were crowded on one side of the store upon investigation all the registers were closed due to them not working, now why is this going on? Is it because most of the customers are Black and this store is in a predominantly black neighborhood? I've been to several of your other stores and these conditions aren't there??? Why?

I love their meats. The staff is always nice. The place is huge and clean with a variety of stuff to choose from. There is ample parking for all.

Has a butchery in the back and it makes the whole store reeks .. and if it's not a butchery in the back then someone should call inspectors.. everytime I go to the produce side , the produce looks really horrible, it's all dirty and most of it is brown like it's going bad but they still have it out for sale instead of having a worker go check and throw away the bad produce. I will go again either today or tomorrow just to snap pictures for you to see for yourself

Wayfield Foods is a decent shopping option, though the customer service can vary from friendly to less accommodating, depending on the day. Generally, the store is kept clean, and the bathrooms are satisfactory. One thing that stands out is their consistent stock of meat, making it my go-to place when other stores run low.A unique offering at Wayfield is their peanut butter cookies and Cajun dip or salad. The cook in the back seems to know their stuff, especially when it comes to the Cajun salad that I've personally enjoyed. If you're after an old-school vibe or need specific items like ham hocks for your Thanksgiving greens, this is the place to go; I've found things here that are unavailable elsewhere.Pricing is a bit inconsistent, with some items being rather high, particularly those in the center of the store. However, the meats and seafood are reasonably priced, often even more affordable than at other stores. On the downside, their rewards program doesn't hold much value for me, and both the grocery carts and floors could use an update. Specifically, the carpeting doesn't look clean at all.There's plenty of parking, though trash in the parking lots doesn't seem to be picked up daily. Despite these minor issues, I've been a longtime customer of this store and don't see myself stopping anytime soon. It's convenient location on the bus line makes it accessible if you're in the area and prefer to walk or take public transportation.

I used to come here a couple of times back when I was young, around Elementary School age with my grandmother. It was a nice experience. I Remember Loving the organic grapes that they sold in this store, they were huge and still had the seeds in them too. Some of the best Delicious ripe fruit that I've tasted since then. So yeah, even though the area around this Wayfield may look a little dingy, it still makes the perfect spot to do some quick shopping in.

This is my nearest grocery store however I’ve been hesitant about shopping there due to the condition of the parking lot and surrounding areas but much to my surprise the inside is clean and well stocked. The veggies and fruit looked healthy however I didn’t come for that. A lot of international products and a good selection. I can’t speak on prices cause I only came in there for three things but if I ever need something quick during the day I’ll go back.

Decent deals on meats and other products. but every time I come to this location some foods aren't fresh and the parking lot looks horrible. I dont know if its ever cleaned or they don't have someone to clean it sometimes. They could definitely do better to make the surroundings look better at this location on MLK.

Easy accessibility to I-285 and I-20 Although this is a major food distribution establishment. Wayfield foods is a high volume place. This is a very Good store for the community and surrounding Atlanta area. Great management and employees. Impressive with store cleanliness and being well stocked. Prices competitive on selected items. Fruits and vegetables are good. Seafood extremely too high. Bulk meat good, well packaged and priced. They have 5 for $5 deal on selected products signage good and sales prices boldly printed. Save 💰 here on many major shelve brands and meats at fair prices. Security present and active. Recommended early morning 8-12 for best deals.

I was very happy. I live in Stone Mountain and I drove here because I keep hearing about the low prices. They were awesome prices on the meats. Lamb,oxtail, turkey meat all that all that. The meats were fresh and trimmed nice. I had about 10 bags and paid 100 bucks. I will be returning

They cleaned it up and added self-checkout. The sale prices are great but non-sale prices are higher than Publix. I gave them 4 stars because this is a grocery store of last resort meaning if you can't find it anywhere else, try Wayfield.

Store very clean and well stocked. There early morning, 9:30, they were stocking shelves and putting out fresh fish.The meat department well stocked abd good sales on family packs of meat. Good buys if you have large family or cook well balanced meals daily. Had enough staff at front counters to check out without waiting extended times to leave.Parking lot keep clear of loose carts.They were sanitizing carts at entrance to store. Felt comfortable shopping there.

The manager was definitely on top of everything that was going on in the store.. the front register employees could have been more aware of customers and more tentative but no complaints.. The entire store was organized and clean. Everything was very affordable.. Armed security was reassuring.. overall Wayfield Foods is great for the neighborhood and community

Store hours says the store closes at 9pm. We get here at 8:30pm and the security turned us away saying the store was closed. We were only grabbing two items. I understand people want to get home to their families on Christmas Eve HOWEVER, I’m sure the owner would not want want to miss out on money because their employees don’t want to do their job. Smh

This is my "neighborhood grocery store". They are always clean and friendly. It's usually quiet. Staff are helpful. Couldn't find the baking soda today and someone stopped stocking (which is super important) and walk me the aisle where it was. Its the small things. She told me she was there a year and little things like that slip her mind too. They say its expensive but its cool. Better overall experience than Wal-Mart, and Kroger.

The prices are great, but I'm perturbed! I bought chicken wings and both packages I bought were bad!! I know the store smells, but was hoping it wasn't what I bought. I had to throw away $30 in chicken wings, because if I didn't my entire house would be sick! Stop selling meat if you know it's spoiled, I'm not riding up there for no refund because I know it'll be hell. I just will not shop at this Wayfield ever again in life!

What can i say Wayfield food my store is on MLKing Jr Dr I really do love to shop this store the meat is mostly 98%fresh prices are reasonable newly remodeled ;clean enough for a store in this area fresh produce fresh meats and dairy the people in the meat department is awesome the listen to what the people want if it’s possible they will get it for you now that front end need work but they do have self check out with no attitude even the cart pushers are polite
