Not enough cashiers. A lot of the self check out be out of order, but this store service an area severely under served.One of the cleanest Walmarts I've been too.Better layout, cleaner and brighter than places like Newnan or Douglasville, GA. Has some 29.99 Lego sets I haven't seen at Wal-Mart like in Union City, GA and other places.Great selection of men clothes compared to a lot of Walmart where women usually is 4 or 5× as vast.

Not the worst I've been to but it's hood. They have gates at the entrance and exit. A man was laying on the ground when I walked in. Not sure what was going on.There were several items out of stock but they had what I needed. This location was closest to where I was. Staff wasn't very friendly. Didn't speak in passing. I love that they have thick recyclable bags. I haven't seen those before. I will definitely reuse them. I would go back but I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here.

This is the closest Walmart to me but they have most items behind a locked glass door. When you need something there is no one around to unlock the glass door. I understand why this is done but at least have someone there to unlock the door at all times. I shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes for someone with a key.

Everything is locked away here because they have a problem with stealing. So now they close early. I am so glad that I moved away from this area.

Twice I've used curbside pickup and twice I've had to go inside and get my groceries from the confused curbside team. They marked my order "picked up" before they trunked it, making it difficult to return the order after three phone calls, two service reps and a wait totaling 40 minutes. I won't give them a third chance to waste my time.

On this visit it was Relatively easy. Found a parking space easily. Went in & found what I wanted easily, & checked out just as Easy. Loved the Visit!!

I understand that they need to cut down on theft, however, if you plan on locking the whole dang store up, make sure you have enough employees to assist customers with unlocking the cases and ensure responsiveness. Those little buttons do not work, and we shouldn't have to wonder around the store to find an employee to then be told they can not help us.

The shelves are rarely fully stocked, and sometimes bare, although they are getting better at keeping products available than they once were. But the MAJORITY of the prices on the shelves are incorrect. The staff used to change the prices to what's advertised on the shelves, however now they just state "the shelf price is wrong you must pay what rings up" which usually is a $1+ difference ..... it's frustrating to say the least!Update 10/31/22: While it is obvious that staff is working diligently to get and keep shelves stocked, inaccurate pricing is still an issue on items in this store.

The store is clean, they appear to have enough inventory, parking lot even has music playing. My biggest frustration with the store is that a lot of items (for example deodorant, vitamins, pots and pans etc) are behind locked glass doors that staff have to unlock for you. There is a button you can push to request help but you will be waiting a long long time. About 7-8 of us were standing around looking at each other in disbelief today. Another associate walked by but told us her key didn’t work in this section and then someone else would have to help.

This Has to be the worst Walmart that I have ever been to. Poor customer service from the cashiers up to the store manager. I had several items that were placed in the wrong location and once I went to go check out the employees act as if I was an inconvenience because there were items in the wrong location. there were several shelves poorly stocked or items just missing. next time I will just drive an hour away rather than going back to that this location.

Here on a Saturday afternoon no matter me is working in hardware had someone paged 3 times to come and open a case so I can buy some tools. No one ever came this is Horrible.

I walked in feeling a little down from having a bad work day . I walked to the back and asked for two tvs that I didn't see on the shelves. Ms.Sheila in the electronic department was soooooo amazing!!! She made me laugh about things she see in the store , thank you Ms.Sheila for helping me and for telling me I am your favorite customer!!!!!

Just attempted pick up last week. Horrible service . They cashed out my pick up service then never came to their station for 40 minutes. After waiting they still gave me the wrong purchase. Never apologized.... I returned the items never to shop this location again and cancelled my Walmart plus subscription. Useless!!

Pickup staff is absolutely awful and unhelpful. Said we can do instore and then told us it didn't exist so we went back to pick up outside and took us 45 minutes. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Please do not use the outside store pick up. They are horrible. I am always missing items. They clearly don’t double check or scan the items out or it would show that 10+ items are missing. When calling customer service they put you on the call with several people to get your refund. Please save the headache. Kroger is so much better, they are always accurate. Even when it comes down to delivery you will save with Kroger.

The Walmart is good and all prices are reasonable but I suggest u all don’t go to the barbershop there barbers are trash they always mess up and make u air uneven plus there not experience.

This is the only Walmart I’ve ever been to, where I felt like I was treated like a criminal. I went to purchase a $7 pack of razors, and they have locks on more than half the beauty supplies, and the girl took the razors and wouldn’t even let me hold them. She made me pay for them in the back, and I was there to buy other items. Won’t go back there to be treated like a thief. I’d rather spend my money at Target.

My husband loved this place. It has everything you didn't know you needed, all under one roof. Need more time to explore but we found everything we needed to stock our hotel fridge the first day so it gets a 👍🏼from me

Not many registers open heavy police. Deodorant is locked up and the staff leave with a keys do not many keys left I was told and have an attitude when you ask them to open it. They will walk you to register so hope you finish shopping if you not prepare for a battle.

The checkout lines are ridiculously long in the evenings. I recently used the self checkout to purchase 9 large cans of green beans and opted to have the receipt sent to my phone. One of the two employees at the exit asked for my receipt. When I opened the text to access the receipt, there was link that sent me to the Wal-Mart app. I looked in my purchases and the receipt was not there. I went to customer service and showed the representative what happened and showed her where the transaction went through on my card. Why do I have to prove that I paid for items that the store recorded me processing at checkout? A simple trip to purchase green beans ended with me spending 20 minutes proving that I paid for items at a store that records you as you shop, self-checkout, or checkout with a cashier. I will be shopping where customers are treated with courtesy and respect!

Placed an online order with 23 items and they claimed to only have 4 I did it for my convenience just to have to go into the store, cancel my order and shop for my food on my own and found everything they “didn’t have”. The workers are lazy and rude I hate that this is currently the closest Walmart to me.

Unable to make returns until 10:00am even though the store is open and no signs are posted. Manager was either unwilling or unable to assist with a return. Please post a sign and add this information to your website. First store I’ve ever been to that is open but doesn’t accept returns during operating hours…

10/16, Monday morning @ 6am...I used self check out. After I scanned my Walmart Pay the register said, "please wait for an associate". I waited a few minutes and flagged down someone with a vest on and they told me, they weren't a cashier and kept walking. I flagged down another person and no help. Finally the old lady that stands at the door came over and she told me to just go and that they will figure it out later. Really?????!!!!! Finally, a very nice young lady offered to go find a cashier or a manager. When the manager finally came over her question was, "what do you need? " Terrible customer service. I don't have names but roll the tape.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this store. The checkout lines moved at a snail's pace, with wait times that were more than three times longer than any other store I've been to. To make matters worse, the products were consistently marked with the wrong prices, and when I pointed it out, they refused to honor the labeled prices. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs! One star is generous.My 8 year old son did great in school so I let him shop for a toy. He took his time exploring the toys, excitedly searching for the perfect one within the price limit set. After carefully selecting a toy he loved, we both proceeded to the checkout counter. However, to our shock and disappointment, when the toy was scanned, its price was more than double what was clearly marked on the shelf. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the store staff, they refused to honor the displayed price, leaving my son heartbroken and causing a truly frustrating experience for both of us. It's disheartening when a store doesn't stand by their labeled prices and disappoints their young customers.Shopping at this specific store location has proven to be an incredibly frustrating experience. The excessively long lines make the shopping process agonizingly slow, leaving customers feeling impatient and inconvenienced. Adding to the frustration, the store often lacks adequate customer support, making it challenging to resolve issues or seek assistance when needed.Furthermore, the lack of professionalism among the employees is disheartening. Shoppers should expect courteous and helpful staff, but it seems that isn't the case here. This Walmart Bakery is the worst!!! Done 2 orders with the bakery and both times they were never made!!!! Will not use this bakery ever Again! And again a 3rd Time ordered there a week in advance and No communication on why or if my cake was made. SHUT THIS BAKERY DOWN
