This location always has excessive line wait times and expired produce on the shelves. There were only 4 lanes open(during peak shopping hours), so we waited in line for up to an hour with chicken wings and other perishable items. There are a lot of elderly people and families in this area.It is unacceptable that consumers are forced to buy spoil food—whether it’s stocked on the shelves or because I’m required to excessively wait for someone to ring up 15 items. They need to be sued!

literally waited around for 5 hours for an oil change, just to be told that they didn’t have the part needed to do said oil change. like, y’all couldn’t tell me this at the beginning of me waiting? literally don’t waste your time here, this auto center is understaffed and just all over the place. unprofessional.there were many times where there was a queue of cars and the mechanics were just standing there, twiddling their thumbs. wild. i was offered a measly 10% discount for my next oil change, LOL. hilarious to think i will step foot in that establishment again.picture is from post 5 hours of me waiting around for my car. i don’t trust this place. stood there and watched until i was given my car keys back after they said they couldn’t do my car.

Atonee the Manager is extremely unprofessional. I took a picture of an item that was marked and stopped correctly if they tried to charge me double. She wouldn't override it even though it was the same product showing in the scanning. If I could give this walmart a zero star I would they tried to charge me double smh

The cashiers will steal your money as mgmt looks away at the Walmart Gresham Store# 3709. They also have terrible customer service but this time took the cake. There were customers ahead of me and when the cashier gets to me she’s still talking to the customers ahead of me. She rings me up and my last item is a paper shredder. I hit “no” for the insurance. The cashier hits a button and tells me my card declined. I told her the total never came up and I never put a card in. She hit a button and tells me to put my card in. The total doesn’t show and didn’t tell me. As the machine completes the transaction, she starts stacking up the next customer’s items. She hands me a receipt and starts cashing the next customer. I look at my receipt and immediately notice it’s about $50 above what I know my order should be. The previous customers she was talking to card declined and she tried to pass off their bill on me. I tell her what she did and she ask me for my card and my receipt. I showed her the receipt but told her I’m going to customer service to get a refund. She would not give me my receipt back and said I made a mistake. I go to customer service and tell them what happened and the cashier throws my receipt on the counter. They refund my money and a cashier lead tells me it was just a mistake and the cashier goes back to cashing people out. No apology, no action, no nothing. I asked to speak to manager and she tells me the mgr has left. It was 2:28pm on Monday. If you go to Walmart Gresham Rd Atlanta, be careful because they will try to charge you for other people’s stuff and treat you like the offender.

This store is trash from the management down. There is no employees in the electronics department. I went to the front for assistance and was told I had to wait for the guy to get off lunch. It’s wild that only one person has access to the locked merchandise. Employees walking by as a line formed and not a word was said. It was as if we wasn’t even there. This is by far the worst experience.

Need customer service training.I had only three items in my cart and two cashiers simply closed their lanes as I was approaching. Not even a word, that was just rude!!! My first visit and my last.

This Walmart is poorly managed. I’m not sure why they have 3 lanes open at 10:00pm I think it doesn’t make sense logically. Essentially, self checkout is implemented to work in cases where they are short staff… In all honesty self checkout is taking jobs preventing less workers from So WHY are we standing in line for 10-15 minutes when we could be using self checkout ? Like literally what’s the logic behind having self checkout if you don’t allow it at a certain time? Not to mention this is only a problem at Walmart’s that are predominantly in black communities. You fear self checkout bc you think ppl will steal. This is honestly an inconvenience to ppl and our time.

Manager Lora needs more training, and not just given a "title"....she was rude and short with me when seeking assistance. Oh, it was time for her lunch she stated....still does not allow rudeness, Ma'am. Politeness is customer sevrice!Gresham Rd need qualified Mgrs. These reps are to be your role models.Hope to see change if she's on duty.

I pulled up to the Conyers Walmart at three something, and found a sign on the door that said they close at five when the website said seven; they said they couldn't serve me, so I asked for this store's number. I waited on hold for five, or ten minutes until the operator told me they were busy; she transferred me, and they still didn't answer. Unless you're a retired person with nothing else better to do that day, you can forget about getting an oil change there; thank you for reminding me of why I stopped shopping there:-(

Good Afternoon, I would like to start by saying this supercenter is all over the place. There should be absolutely NO REASON why only SIX LANES should be open!! The lines are always backed up every time I come to this particular Supercenter. This supercenter should consider SELF CHECKOUTS to make the checkout process a lot smoother. Thank you! :)

Had a tire doing flat from where something had been on the road and spiked the center of my left front tire!! The auto repairman was quick and very thorough in fixing the flat when he could as well told me that the tire needed replaced and I would have known no difference!!! We need more honesty and integrity in the retail sales field, like this man!!! Highly recommend if you live near this location, that you utilize these services here, if you want to be treated respectfully and honestly!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience!! No concern for tourists. 3weeks ago my cousin used their money service to send me money to get some things for family back home. I got through, no problem. Today, my cuz sent me some more money and I was REFUSED from collecting the money.I showed the reference number and my UK passport, and was asked for a physical BILL with my address on it. I explained that I don't LIVE here in the states and was currently on vacation. The supervisor says I said that the last time and she gave me a 'pass'. Wow!!I asked if there was a time restriction on how long i was ALLOWED to be on vacation here.I was told that it couldn't be done and my cuz has to send money in the name of someone who RESIDES in the U.S. How absolutely RIDICULOUS!!DO NOT use Walmart to Walmart money services if you are visiting from any other country.Crappy customer service!NOT RECOMMENDED!!Prior to this, I enjoyed my visit to the U.S.But of course there has to be that ONE unpleasant experience that messes up the whole trip - and on the day before I head home.Thanks a lot for NOTHING Walmart!As such, I will be buying my groceries from Family Dollar when I next visit.#RANT

This is the ghetto Walmart on the east side. Expect to stand in line for an hour because there are only 4 cashiers working. No Apple Pay, no self check out, this Walmart is stuck in the 2010s. Oh you need some help well help yourself because everyone with a uniform is on the phone or having a long ahhh conversation about their baby daddies cousin auntie brother named doodoo.

Hi I went up there to get my tire fixed. And the guy that served me makes me not want to go up there and be serviced. He was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked what time my car would be done he just shooed me away saying “I don’t give times 🤨” with the nastiest look on his face. Just evil. Then turns out my car has been ready. I didn’t get an apology or anything I will not be serviced by him. When I asked him what was wrong with it in the first place he smacked his teeth and rolled his eyes and said ”if it was nothing wrong wit it we wouldn’t do it” I had to tell him that’s not what I asked, I asked so I would know. He is verryyyy rude the unprofessionalism was at an all time high. Once I get his name I will make a formal complaint. This man was the heavy set older man with grey hair and had glasses never again Walmart never.

Stopped in for a product that my local store didn’t have in stock. I was truly blown away by the customer service at this location! I had two associates ask if I needed help. Cashier was very friendly. I’d choose this location any day!

I can always find what I need and the lines moves at a good speed, I've never seen the lines going all down between the clothing isles like at the one on Old Nat. and Cascade Rd. Bathroom is clean and stocked.💯💯💯✅️✅️✅️👍👍👍

The workers here just aren’t friendly. The greeter stared me down and the Walmart security guy also gave me a rude look.There aren’t enough cart corrals, so there are carts all over the parking lot.Every checkout lane was either closed or had a long line, just a bare minimum Walmart

I love walking out without showing my receipt simply because I checked myself out. I will never show a receipt even if the police is standing there because I don’t steal and if you trust me enough to ring up my own stuff, trust me that I got all the items. Plus you can always run the tape back.

Let me tell y’all something. Don’t EVER EVER EVER EVER work at this Walmart. They are the most nasty, rude , racist individuals I have ever met. The coaches and team leads steal time from employees and give the hours to their favorites. Not one department in the store is above water. The location is surrounded by crackheads and your car is more than likely to get broken into. They will hire you and then when you catch on to what they are doing that will fire you or take your hours away. The employees there are some of the most nasty individuals to work with and it made me sick to my stomach. The store manager and her little minions ( coaches) plot of who they want to fire and they don’t check application they have their neighborhood friends fill out and they will hire them before somebody’s hat actually needs a job. Walmart isn’t a company you can grow at. If you don’t want to break your legs , back , arms etc for this company then don’t bother work there cause that’s exactly what will happen. They never have the shelves stocked because all the food is in the back just sitting there and people back there just doing nothing. This is the worst location to shop and work at in Atlanta ,GA.

The Internet says that the morning center close at 11 and I went there like 930 and they told me they were already closed. I spent money going over there in an Uber that I was 25 minutes away. They need to fix that.

Terrible customer service! I went to get someone so they could open one of the glass doors about 3 times. Other Walmart employees would just walk by and look the other way and others would laugh. I tried asking some of them, but they would say someone would come and NO ONE came to Help! Then, as I was leaving I walk past Customer service area and there were about 10 employees just scattered in there just playing dumb and not doing anything! Just a bad place to shop period!

Con artist employees. I forgot my wallet and the cash register woman offered to pay if I cash app’d her. I said that’s very nice of her and took her up on it. I sent her some extra money for the inconvenience. She then asked me for another $10 to cover fees! Lo and behold the fee was like $2. Won’t come here again.

Came here to make a return from a pick up order & because they didnt want to troubleshoot why the system wouldnt allow my refund they sent me to call customer service who told me they have a support line they shouldve called for help processing my return. Just lazy or under trained thats all. I went to the walmart on memorial drive and they were prompt with my return with no issues.

If you come in here, be ready to stay. Whether you're buying one item or 30, you'll be in line at least 30 minutes to an hour. NEVER more than 4 lines open. Employees walk around and just look at you, while socializing with each other. MANAGERS, not managing. They send staff on break in the middle of a rush. && can never be found when needed by employees.All in All if you're having a Good Day, Don't Come. If you're Having an OK day, Don't come. && if your having a bad day, really don't come, they're SURE to make it worse!"Neighborhood" Walmart SuperCenter and they've been letting the entire Neighborhood down FOR YEARS! I rather Drive elsewhere.
