This Walgreens pharmacy is awesome. I have been in here repeatedly and the same woman, Tasha, is always greeting at the pharmacy and is super friendly. When I came in for my vaccine recently, she literally raised her arms and said "Woo, vaccine!" which put a smile on my face. She was also the one who gave the shot, lucky me! This type of friendly customer service at a chain pharmacy, let alone most places nowadays, is hard to come by.There are people milling about in the parking lot, but there's a security guard posted just inside the entrance for good measure. I love that it's also near a bank and grocery store so I can get everything done in one trip.

The most ghetto Walgreens. Every other time I go (around 11pm) they are closed for the night when they are suppose to be 24 hours. And when it is open there is so much homeless in the parking lot. Last night it said that it was closed permanently.

I had an amazing experience scheduling and getting a vaccination at this location. Walgreen’s online scheduling is more efficient than some of their competitors - I was able to easily drill down to the vaccine, date, and location that I wanted. I was able to easily reschedule. The best part though was the person who delivered my shot. I believe her name was Kay Kay and she is a consummate professional! Vaccine was delivered quickly and with no pain at all - I literally didn’t feel the needle! Thank you, Kay Kay!

I'm not shopping here or any other walgreens ever again. Yesterday morning, They declined to give me a refund for items I purchased with cash and I didn't even leave the store. A customer has a right to change their mind at any time about buying their products and receiving a refund, especially if I didn't leave the store, after I made my purchase. It shouldn't matter about a customer's return activity. But because they ask for my ID and they seen a activity of repeated returns, they make it a issue. They act like I did something wrong but I haven't done anything wrong. So, I was embarrassed but that's the last time this store and walgreens will ever embarrass me for just changing my mind about purchasing their products, especially if I didn't leave the store and I paid for it with cash. And they can watch on their cameras that I made the purchase with cash at a cash register. Nope, Im not giving them another opportunity. And I dont care if I have a emergency. And the ladies there didn't care and wouldn't even let someone else return the products for me. They said once the receipt prints out a decline for refund, no one can return those items. And I also asked about receiving a walgreens credit gift card. They also declined that too. They didn't even want to work with me. They lacked customer care satisfaction and empathy. So, who ever read my review, learn from my experience. God Bless 🙏🏾💜☮️

While a brazilian tourist, I had a great and interesting experience. Love the fact that american pharmacys are like small shops that you can find anything. Here in Brazil, pharmacy just sell medicine and hygiene items 😂👍🏻

Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. People are actively trying not to do their jobs. 100% of the time they are behind on their orders. They consistently claim to never to have received the prescription orders just to give them more time to catch up. I recommend going literally anywhere else or just suffering/dying before coming to this location

I've been a customer here for years. Sometimes medications do take a few hours, but it is a busy pharmacy, so I try to be understanding. I've really not had trouble, mostly grab what I need, pay and leave. Now, it looks like I'm joining the one star club. I went here for my monthly medication pick up. Apparently, there's been some changes as to whom they want shopping in this store, which it has been made fairly clear my business is no longer welcome here. Of course, there are no signs outlining this, and it is selectively enforced. I carry a backpack while out doing my errands on foot and cycling. Upon entering, I was stopped by security at the front and this was said to me: " Hey you! You can't be in here like that!" Huh? Like what? Totally bewildered, I explained I needed to get my prescriptions, which are time sensitive. Again, I was told by security I couldn't be in here. I am a short woman. How am I a problem? He told me to take off my backpack, which had some important things in it. There were people in the store with tote bags and large purses. The guard was rude and acted like he was doing me a "favor" and said he would "watch my bag", not quite…If it wasn't prescriptions I really needed, I would have just left and went elsewhere. I had to take a risk I should not have to. I was forced to leave my stuff in a high traffic area where it could have been easily stolen. I even mentioned this to the pharmacist, a nice lady, and her jaw dropped. Of course upon leaving this store, what do I see? My bag not watched and a customer standing too close to it! I managed to grab it and fortunately nothing was taken, but this is going to be a huge liability for the company if someone's stuff does get stolen. If this is how this store treats paying customers, soon they won't have any! I'll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere, where I'm not treated like a criminal! TRANSFER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS Y'ALL! SHOP ELSEWHERE, WHERE YOU WILL NOT BE PROFILED! Not sure if corporate will respond, but at least I can save folks some grief. They're free to run their store the way they want, and we're free not to shop there.

Avery walked up with his big bag of food as me and two other customers waited for them to open at 2:00 just for him to decline me and tell me to get to the back of the line!!I tried to tell him I was sitting here when he got here but he refused to even listen.A lady/tech intervened after seeing I wasn’t gonna go to the back of the line. She also seen me here when they arrived. I simply stepped over to the other window to ask where I drop the prescription to be told it’s only one line.No problem but why would I walk to the back of the line when I was in front Avery?You are ignorant and shouldn’t be in customer service.

this store SUCKS & unfortunately it’s the closest one to me. I ordered a pickup to which I said if out of stock please choose the same brand in a different size as the alternative. Instead the item was canceled. When I went inside they had the product I originally purchased in a different size (what should’ve been picked up as my alternative since my originally ordered size wasn’t in stock). I asked to price match because of the $10 difference to which I was told couldn’t be done & I would have to wait for a new order pickup. Understaffed & unfriendly. It’s only 10am, I can’t imagine how much worse the environment will be once the day goes on & customer traffic picks up.

this pharmacy has consistently provided the worst service i've ever experienced from a pharmacy. i've been going for almost a year because it's within walking distance for me, but they have literally never filled or refilled a prescription without at least one delay or issue that i had to sort out for them.

As a loyal customer I called in to check in availability of one item and in store price for that item. After phone being picked and immediately hung up 5 times. I was lucky on 6 th call to speak to someone named Tyrone apparently store manager and he advised “ he is short staffed and doesn’t have time to assist me and I needed to drive 40 miles R/T to find out about availability and pricing “ wow wow no callback offered, no kindly wait….zero unprofessionalism! Simply APPALLING no wonder I see many bad reviews of this store. Really hope Walgreens isn’t tarnishing its name/reputation because of rude and incapable manager like Tyrone

“Benti” or whatever her name is was the most disrespectful “manager” I have ever encountered in my entire life. Her behavior (not only what was said, but her tone) was completely inexcusable, unacceptable, and uncalled for. I ordered something from the photo department and she outright REFUSED to allow me to pick it up stating that they were short-staffed. This was for a very important event so I begged her to help me, and she was absolutely NASTY and so unbelievably rude! I left in tears and disbelief. She is a terrible representative of Walgreens and I believe her employment should be seriously reconsidered. She is a lazy person who doesn’t want to work. I spend a lot of money at this store but I will drive the extra mile to go to CVS now.

This location is grossly understaffed and poorly managed. Long wait times to pick up prescriptions or to purchase regular items are common. It’s the only pharmacy nearby that is in my insurance network, but holy hell this place sucks! Bring your patience with you; you’ll need it!

I had to schedule my vax here since my insurance wouldn’t cover CVS. I hadn’t been in this store for over 6 years because it never mattered what time you came in, the pharmacy was understaffed and rude. I’m sure the staff was rude because people get annoyed at having to wait after making an appointment. What’s the point of making an appointment when you still have to wait for over an hour?Nothing has changed in here. The staff is rude, the line to get served ridiculous and appointments mean nothing.If I ever have to go to a Walgreens again (and you can be sure I won’t go willingly), I will NOT be coming to this store.

Made an appointment to get my flu and COVID booster. I arrive here 5 mins earlier and they were helping someone. Once I got to the front, they made me fill out the same paperwork they tell you to complete online to speed up the process when you arrive. Once that was done, I sat down and waited 30 mins for my shot. It shouldn’t take that long when you have an appointment. Do better Walgreens!

I don't usually have problems with them. Today I called and was on hold for an hour. They kept picking up the phone and putting it back down and finally they just hung up all together. Call the store and the front young lady was very helpful and put me throughout and the pharmacy answered again put me back on hold and never came back and now they're at lunch!Update: Now, for the 5th time, they've given me the wrong brand of medicine and again I am back and forth with them, my doctor and my insurance company trying to get the right brand and I'm already a day late taking it.

The lady with orange dreads that works in the pharmacy section … gotta love her professionalism . Came in and requested a rapid Covid test and she immediately catches an attitude and looks at me as if i was the plague . It’s your line of work to deal with sick people and if u was was serious about your health you would’ve been wearing a mask. Not to mention I didn’t even have Covid I only requested the test because I was flying out the next day. So smart and professional whatever your name is with the orange dreads…🤣 keep up the professional work..

One was the worst Walgreens. It's took 45 minutes to get my COVID vaccine booster shot. Kroger much better. Kroger respect my appointment time. Not Walgreens. No more coming back this Walgreens place.

I am not sure of her name but she is a black pregnant lady with the absolute most disgusting attitude I have ever encountered. The WORST!!! Once she was on her cell phone yelling and cursing while customers were waiting for their meds. Recently she was rude and short with elderly people trying to get their booster shots. I understand it's hard to find quality employees but if this is all Walgreens can find to employ... JUST CLOSE!!!

I'm absolutely fed up with this pharmacy and have started using kroger instead. Every time I come to pick up my prescription I have to go through this massive multi day charade to get these people to fill my prescription.. The typical process for getting a prescription filled at this Walgreens looks like this1) My doctor sends the prescription into Walgreens2) Several days go by and Walgreens doesn't contact me3) I call the Walgreens to ask if they have my prescription ready. They don't have humans capable of answering the phone, so I am routed to the automated voice system.4) The automated voice system claims that my doctor hasn't sent in my prescription yet.5) I take time off of work to drive to the Walgreens in person.6) I get to the Walgreens and after alot of confusion, the pharmacist finds my prescription and tells me to come back in an hour to pick up my prescription. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've come in they've acted all confused, like they don't know whats going on, and then tell me to come back later.7) I drive home and come back a few hours later to pick up my prescriptionI have to go through this charade EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a prescription filled. EVERY SINGLE TIME its like they've never done this before.With Kroger, my doctor sends in a prescription, Kroger TEXTS me to let me know the prescription is ready, and then I drive over and pick it up. Done. No charades. Kroger is cheaper too.If you enjoy paying more money for worse service and wasting time, go to Walgreens. Otherwise, go to Kroger.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacist Latavia is always behind on filling prescriptions. And she then blames the morning shift for it not being ready. Mila that works there is rude and shouldn’t be in customer service. I will be calling corporate.
