Rude staff. Why are you needing to scan your customers I.D.'s upon entrance. Definitely will not return. I have never experienced this in any other location. As the employee stated maybe I should try Starship which is now Elations BTW.Presenting an ID is not an issue but to scan my ID into your system is. I don't have to do that in any club or other establishment I have been in. However, they do check them for age verification which would have been OK if that was the case.

The newer management is very much racist. They specifically told me to follow black people around the store, not caring I’m a black women. They didn’t care about my safety and this is probably the worst establishment I’ve bought from and worked for in my 26 years of living🙃 I wish they had a real HR

Go somewhere else. The staff (girl at the front) is rude, she clearly hates her job. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. Also most of the things they’re selling are defective.

Racially profiled here. White girl followed me around the store like I was going to steal and took my merchandise to the counter even though I didn’t ask for her help or to do that. Little does miss rude know I’ve been shopping there years before she was hired. I won’t be as nice next time. Hire better employees. Don’t harass customers and try to cover it up as help. I had an Uber waiting outside and she was harassing me slowing me down I came in for one thing. If this happens again I will no longer shop here.

Conveniently located, and they carry a specific lube I really like Pjur Light. They have a good selection of items in stock and I’ve always had a friendly experience when shopping there.

I'd suggest going in here to look around for a product and then buy your product online. Nearly all the products I looked at were inflated by at least 1.5x their original price.

Bought a rose from them for like 60 bucks, it didn’t even last a year, hell not even 3 months . Had one before from Amazon for over 2 years. Overpriced and low quality, they don’t wipe anything down so it’s dusty in there. The staff was friendly though

I came in a few days ago andI had an awesome time there. Alyssa helped me and she was absolutely amazing and so funny. I didn’t really know what I was looking for as I came in to browse, but she was super knowledgeable about everything in the store and I appreciate that. I will be back again for the cool atmosphere and friendly staff!

Very rude staff. We came in as a group and apparently money from young black people isn’t good at this store. We were told to “stop conjugating” (I assume she meant congregating) in the back of the store while we were looking for things to buy. We took our money elsewhere! She clearly needed the money, so hopefully next time she won’t be so rude to the people keeping that store floating.Edited to add: You can clearly see that the store is poorly managed from the responses. Now the management is LYING saying that we broke some paddles which is entirely fabricated. There is no excuse for disrespecting customers, and we did not break or open anything. We were shopping like anyone else. Y’all just saw a group of young people and created an issue.

I wanted to buy from here but saw a terrible response the owner left towards a customer who bought a product & did not like it. It gave poor customer service. I would truly just like solid reassurance and support if i am going to buy toys worth hundreds of dollars.--response to owner: A review left under the post of Ebony Scott 7 months ago. I am currently visiting ATL & walked by the location a few days ago. Before going in I looked at the reviews to get a scope of things, so that I can authentic experiences from customers who’ve already bought. I am not going to lie it’s always a hit or miss buying in ATL, so I rely heavily on customer reviews & owner responses. I truly did not have an issue with the spot (even after looking at the positive & not so positive customer reviews) it was the response to the customer that rubbed me off the wrong wrong way. I also pointed out that I was hoping to buy toys (not just a singular toy) & the amalgamation of them would be worth hundreds.

Never have I experience such a mature staff in my life. As soon as I walk in, I am met with a smile and a hello and asked what I need help with. I never once felt intimidated by an employee, or embarrassed by what I wanted to purchase. Everyone in there was just really cool. Definitely going to come in again!

Better selection than you would expect! Clerk was extremely helpful and insightful on everything that I asked. The store is super clean or bright unlike other dark creepy adult stores. I will for sure be coming back and recommending them!

We are in Georgia visiting from Florida. Went to the store to buy a hookah. The staff member was very abrupt and testy from the jump to where I told my boyfriend to stop even attempting to joke with her, lets pay for our stuff and go. Well we get back to our hotel and set-up the hookah (I have 2 at home, know how to work them just fine) one of the hoses just fell out of the holder while the other sat firmly. Set everything up to go even with the ill fittng hose and while you hear the bubbling of water, there is no smoke at all....so I called the store, not even 30 mins later and this rude girl tells me to get on YouTube and figure it out because it worked when we left.....however, not once did i see her try the hookah before we left to assure it worked. Its not even in a box, its sitting on a shelf with others. I ask what is the return/exchange policy and she tells me that that it is strictly none...even if the item was defective ( its missing an attachment that secures the hose on one side). I ask for a manager she tells me to come or call Monday...when we leave town on Sunday. Definitely will not be visiting this store again due to the ridiculous uncertainty that things will work and the lack of customer service. We were in the store 20 minutes before coming to the register and never once did either of the women in there even say hello like other store workers do when a customer enters. Definitely never again!!!! I would recommend you not buy a hookah from them at all unless they let you set it up in front of them to assure it works and/or is boxed.Thank you for the response and offer to make it right. I have called the provided number a few times and left voicemails. No response back.***12/15/19 Yesterday we did end up taking the defective hookah back and getting a working one. The same employee was working who sold us the hookah and also apologized if she came off rude the previous night.

2021 —Terrible experience.2022 — Today l went into Tokyo Valentino (3/29/22) to make a purchase and to use my $10 birthday reward. At checkout, l was told l couldn’t use the reward because it expires a month after it’s sent (my birthday was in February). I advised that no one ever told me that birthday rewards expire nor was that indicated in the text message sent by Tokyo Valentino. She politely (and l mean this sarcastically) said “I’m sorry no one told you that when you signed up for our rewards program,” all without even looking in my direction and commenced to repeat the total. My sincere best wishes for anyone playing customer service “Russian roulette” when visiting this location.

Spent $200 on nothing. The toys the girl recommended me were not good at all. They actually HURT!!! I wish there was a way to exchange this stuff or get a refund. Not only did I not like the toys but my wife didn’t either. I would go into detail but its too much for google 😳

Awesome place for discreet adventure! Bring a friend and double your fun!! Last visit was precovid but I'm hoping everything is back up and running as it was before. Not going to get in the details but the answer to your question is most likely yes. Everything you would expect at a adult novelty store and then some. Also a very professional and friendly staff.

What a great store with such a terrible staff. I've been shopping @ Cheshire Bridge for years, but that girl with the super messed up teeth (Lex, Princess, or whatever?) is SO RUDE and smells profusely of alcohol. Michael, she will lose so much business for you. Never coming back.

Very knowledgeable, attentive staff members with a wide selection of toys. When I explained what I needed/wanted they didn't make me feel embarrassed or kinkshamed, but instead gave me more insight as to what is best for me and my partner. Will DEFINITELY be going back.
