This place is great. Friendly staff. Lots of high quality treats, food, and toys for my pup. I haven't tried the self wash yet, but I want to. Fantastic place to shop for your dog.

I came to use the self wash for my two dogs and the entire experience was great! The self wash is large and clean. They provide the bath essentials 101 (shampoo, conditioner, brushes, a great blow dryer, towels etc). I brought my own shampoo but I did use their Scouts Honor honeysuckle shampoo since they’re tearless for face and it smelled great and lathered really well. They also have a step stool to help with bigger or older dogs to get into the tub. There were 2 associates there, a girl with a cool sleeve tattoo and a boy with a nice beard. They were so nice and gave me great customer service! They gave my two dogs Honey and Layla pets and a tasty beef lung sample after their bath. I walked around the retail store and they have a great selection of boutique-y pet items for both dogs and cats. The store is clean, spacious and well organized. I would definitely recommend checking this place out either for retail or the self wash!

I really like this new location. I really enjoy shopping here. The manager, Adrien, always has a smile on his face and is always willing to help. He and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable and professional. It’s worth going out of your way to shop here. You won’t be disappointed in the selection of products or the customer service!

Stopped in to see their selection for raw feeding and just get a feel for the store. Customer service was above and beyond great. Shima (sp?) was a wealth of information and so very willing to allowme to pick her brain regarding raw feeding. Dan was icing on the cake with his exuberant personality and willingness to overlook what was probably some silly questions on my part. What a great team these two are. They definitely made me want to visit again. I purchased several items and look forward to returning for more!

if you love your dog and his/her health this is the absolute best place for quality foods, treats, both training as well as long chewing treats. they only carry top quality inventory. they also offer self wash for 15 bucks — the station is perfect with everything you need. also, all the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. probably here every other day lol buying a mix of dry and wet food, bone marrow, treats, goat milk, bone broth (which is great here because it doesn’t have all the additives that your grocery store carries)

Nicest and most helpful staff! They give your dog all the pets! They recommend great products and explain in detail what it entails. They also let you bring back the food if your dog doesn’t like it! Huge plus when you’re a new dog owner and figuring it all out. My vet sad my puppy was healthy as can be and growing perfectly thanks to the food they recommended.

The Westide Village location has incredible customer service. I placed a delivery order for a few things for my pups on a Sunday and after the Roadie (outsourced delivery service) driver mistakenly forgot to drop off one of the items in the order, I reached out to the store and spoke with Jeffrey. Although the store was already closed for the evening, Jeffrey made an effort to continue communicating with me until the issue was resolved. He went out of his way to personally deliver the missing item so I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday morning. I highly recommend checking out Whole Dog Market Westside Village. Great products and even better customer service!!!

They also have a wonderful self wash that has everything you need to give your dog a thorough bath, and no mess in your bathroom!! Best location I've visited. I have been purchasing whimzees for pup and he just chews right thru them. I can't remember the young ladies name. But her recommendation work like a charm. It took him a whole week to chew through it and he was stimulated and fun at the same time. This will now be my go to location

Gabi and Will are very knowledgeable and patient! Range of price options for others moving from mass market stores and brands, like myself. They even offer some samples to try, which is nice if you have a picky eater.
