I needed a hose for my washing machine and was able to find what I was looking for. The cashiers were very pleasant today; it's always nice to see smiling faces at this location. The key machine worked well; I made keys for both myself and my sister. The self-checkout was quick and there was no line to wait in. At this location, there's always parking available for your car, so you don't have to struggle to find a spot. Sometimes, I even rent a truck from them; the process is quite straightforward. So far, I've enjoyed visiting this location.

I almost took off a STAR because there was some waiting involved in this shopping experience.... BUT, the CUSTOMER SERVICE was excellent. From the helpful gentleman (with an accent) on the forklift...To our great cashier (Jasmine, perfect name for the garden center š), she made sure that my sale prices on 2 items were correct.SPRING BLACK FRIDAY- LOVE ā¤ļø

I usually shop at the competitor, but decided to try this Home Depot location since I was near while heading home. I looked at the item online before I got to the store to verify it was in stock. The website said that there were 16 and gave me exact location of the item. I searched near and wide even the next aisle over, but the item was nowhere to be found. I say this to say that this is not a rarity for this location and they are regularly out of stock when the website says otherwise.

Waited over an hour to pay at pro desk because of the unorganized format in which they have people waiting in aisles. 30 minutes in one line to be told I have to get into another line for a phone sale and wait another 30 mins. No communication from the workers at the pro desk. Get it together.

Home Depot is pretty bad in general, but this particular store wins top prize for the worst of the worst. They are CONSTANTLY out of things, even when their inventory says they have many. If you place an order for various things you need for a project, it's a miracle if you get half of your items. Leaving you unable to complete your project. I almost never drive over their anymore because it's such a waste of time. Unless you just need a couple of 2x4s, it's very likely you will leave without at least some of what you needed.Even when their inventory says they have dozens of an item, it's very likely they have zero. When they discover that they don't actually have an item, what do they do? Reset their inventory so that the system orders more, perhaps? No way, they just cancel your order, make no attempts to find what you need from another store, and their inventory still says they have dozens of what you know for a fact they have none of. I just had an order canceled, I ordered 4 of an item inventory said they had 15 of. Turns out they had none. This happens ALL THE TIME. The inventory still says they have 15. Sometimes when I know they have none, I will buy their whole stock in an attempt to get them to reset their inventory to the correct amount. Hit or miss whether they actually do. For a recent, fairly basic plumbing project, I needed around 15 different items. All were in stock (supposedly) yet I got less than half of what I needed from this store. Then over to Lithia Springs where they too (supposedly) had everything in stock, still didn't get all of what I needed. Ended up having to delay completion of my project and ordered the rest on Amazon.My neighbor, well known for giving managers an earful when they waste her time, sometimes stands in the middle of this store shouting "WHY DID I TURN LEFT, WHEN I COULD HAVE TURNED RIGHT AND GONE TO CUMBERLAND". Skip this one and go to Lithia Springs or Cumberland. Not that those are great stores but they are at least less fail than this one.Do better Home Depot. You waste an astounding amount of your customer's time with your atrocious inventory management.

I Went there at 6:30 in the evening for a pick up order. And the line was ridiculously long. There was another person on registered but stopped to finish restocking and cleaning. Horrible service. The only lady at the registers doing pick ups was still nice but wasn't apologetic about the wait. It was 15 whole minutes in line with 2 people in the from me. That's not even acceptable when your just picking up.

I went to The Home Depot to get a flat dollie for moving furniture. Unlike many Home Depot stores I have visited lately, there were plenty of helpful customer support team members.I was directed to the garden center where I found the dollie and several other tools that could been used for my project.

Worst customer service experience from the painting from Paris getting an attitude with me for not getting in line but there was no one in line , then didn't attend me for a long time. Home depot you need better employees with better work ethic no wonder contractors avoid this location!

I had refrigerator delivered today. As I went to open the refrigerator, it started rocking back and forth and making a squicky noise. I had to call home depot twice to report this and still was told someone would have to come out two days later. I was not given any time frame and was told I might have to call back for this. On top of all, you only have 48 hours to return major appliances. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. DO NOT buy any large appliances from Home Depot.

It's important for everyone to know that being a electrician I go to home depot about 5 to 8 times per week at different locations all through GA. This hands down is the worst home depot I have every been to.Getting a employee to help is virtually a impossibility and you will be lucky to make it back yo your vehicle without getting bombarded by illegals or crack heads.

Purchased a GE washer and dryer on 01/09/2024 the washer has not worked properly to this very day, going back-and-forth with GE and Home Depot I talk with the COS two different occasions(Hermon) and he acted so concerned, knowing the whole time they could have come and picked up the appliances and replace them⦠Please read all these negative reviews on different websites are the truth. Moving forward, I filed a dispute, and now Iām not liable for the payments.Court proceedings here we come

I want to thank Home Depot Cascade for their kindness and product knowledge. If it wasnāt for their amazing staff I wouldnāt have been able to complete my project. I came into the store to purchase lumber to build a mobile bar and I had no idea where to begin, but the employees walked me through it all. Their employees Trip, Anthony, and Jennifer were so nice and helpful . Everyone was very pleasant and made my first wood working project easy! I visited several Home Depotās over the course of my build and Cascade had the best staff by far

Despite notifying the store 15 minutes in advance that I was on my way, I found myself waiting for over 20 minutes without a single soul bothering to assist me or the two other customers also stranded in their vehicles.The lack of attention to curbside service reflects not only abysmal leadership but also a blatant disregard for basic customer service principles. It's unfathomable that in this day and age, a business would offer a service and then fail so spectacularly to deliver on its promises.To make matters worse, as I sat there in disbelief, two other customers resorted to abandoning their vehicles and entering the store to retrieve their items. This is a glaring indication of the complete breakdown in the store's commitment to providing adequate service.What's particularly troubling is the suspicion that this negligent attitude might be linked to discrimination. The insinuation that curbside pickup is only neglected in Black neighborhoods is deeply concerning and adds an even darker shade to this already dismal picture. If a business is incapable or unwilling to offer equal service to all its customers, it calls into question the integrity and ethics of the entire establishment.In the end, my frustration reached a boiling point, and I was left with no choice but to cancel my order. It's perplexing that a store would continue to offer a service it clearly has no intention of fulfilling. If curbside pickup is beyond the capabilities of [Store Name], they should have the decency to stop advertising it altogether.I am now faced with the unfortunate task of searching for an alternative store, despite the inconvenience of [Store Name] being the closest option. A store that cannot spare a few minutes to attend to its curbside customers clearly does not deserve the patronage of anyone seeking a modicum of respect and service.In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of [Store Name]'s curbside pickup service. It's a home improvement store. Nothing much to say about it. The things I was looking for here I found almost everything. Two of the workers I asked about a product were sharp and knew exactly where things were and directed me to the correct locations for what I needed, which was a plus (not often this happens these days).Checking out was also smooth and quick. The time I was here was about 45 mins to an hour before the closing and there wasn't any long lines and the woman who checked us out was very kind and also made sure we had what we needed. This was my first time in this location and it was a good experience. I hope other visits here will be the same.

I have lived all over the country and have always visited Home Depot for all Home essentials needed to make my home work. This is by farrrrrrr the worst Home Depot in the nation! Itās almost like the brand name of Home Depot , should just be named to DEPOT at this location. It does not fit with my nostalgic experience of shopping at Home Depot. Ive visited 3 times. EACH time has been horrific and I will never ever return here ever again. No one helped me or even made eye contact with me. A whole bunch of women with attitudes that seem like they donāt want to be a work. Itās really sad this location has left a bad taste in my mouth. Re train these people on how to say Hi. Crack a smile. For Gods sake HELP PEOPLE FIND STUFF!!!!!! Get it together!

This Home Depot used to be cared for inside and out. Now the outside need a lift. They need to use their own pressure washers to clean the building. More and more that area looks run down.The mayor's office need to crack down on businesses to keep up their exterior for city appeal.
