Michael was super nice and helped me out. Clean, bright shop, a little weird to find with GPS since it's on the back lower side of the shopping center. Easy adequate amount of parking. The big empty space in the center of their retail storage felt odd but overall my experience was positive and is totally go back again!

I have been a loyal customer for years and they just took away the 20 percent discount for 5 or more items. Time to start looking for other places to purchase. It's sad the staff are great but the owners got greedy.

Use to really love this place.. great products and they use to be VERY affordable. Now they have inflated their prices, they use to have really good deals but not anymore and unfortunately I cannot afford to shop there anymore there are pretty expensive now ✌🏿

I recently ordered two bottles of the CBD/CBN gummies; they were on sale for $35/bottle. I was excited to try this new (to me) product; I am looking for a sleep aid, not gummies to make me high. When the gummies arrived they had expired according to the date on the bottles. After I emailed the returns department someone got back to me and said they would issue a refund. I was in no hurry to get the gummies and asked that they not issue a refund, just send me the product when it's available. The person said they had already issued a refund (and they had), but when I requested if I could buy the CBD/CBN when it's available, at the same price, he never got back with me. But I "can keep the expired ones for my inconvenience". I've tried them twice and they don't work. I wonder if it's because they are expired!I've always had a good experience with GA Hemp until this time around.

My husband found this spot about a month or two ago and bought quite a few pre-rolls for me to try because I suffer from bouts of anxiety and depression. The first time he went in alone and said the guy that helped him (Hampton) was really helpful and knowledgeable. A week or so ago we went in together and I got to meet Hampton and his associate Rich. They were both extremely understanding of my situation and offered us so many options. My favorite (Southern Blues) was out of stock at the moment so I opted for a few of the other pre-rolls. So far, all of their suggestions have been exactly what I’ve needed to cope. I’m so thankful for these two gentlemen, and my husband of course, for helping me find a better way to handle my anxiety and depression. I would totally recommend going in to sample any of their amazing edibles as well. We now have a really nice collection of CBD pre-rolls for just about any occasion.

My go to place in Atlanta for getting ‘the goods’ - the delta 8 black raspberry gummies & delta 9 dark mini chocolates are my favorites! Customer service is superb - everyone working is smiling, helpful, and able to have high level conversations about an array of topics. Great vibe & energy permeates throughout. Constant new product offerings & samples showcase that The Georgia Hemp Company cares about their customers & are willing to experiment with new ideas. Really like the store on Roswell Rd. the people are VERY friendly and knowledgeable! FYI Ladies CBD is great for post menopause systems wish I'd known about this pre-menopause and during menopause I'm sure it would've helped tremendously! I get the pre-rolls. Thanks Georgia Hemp!!!

Have been shopping at the GA Hemp Co since their previous location. New location is much larger and has much better parking and easier access. Staff is polite, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. Especially appreciate the discount for returning used/empty bottles of gummies. Will continue to shop here for as long as they are open!

I started using 1500 CBD Relief Salve on my ancient knees and ankles about three weeks ago and have found I am not waking up in pain in the middle of the night. Co-partners and company founders Ryan Dills and Joe Salome are so knowledgeable and accommodating. The package they shipped to me in western Washington state arrived in about five days; really great service of a great product!

Had a first time visit and was thoroughly delighted with how it went! The shop was very clean and inviting, with areas to sit in order to read any information or speak with the workers. Two women, Katie and Katherine if I remember correctly, were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had very little ideas of what I wanted and they both were patient and explained things to me without making me feel ignorant. They showed me a few samples that were great and I ended up leaving with a few different goodies that have so far worked wonderfully! I will definitely be a return customer and plan to reccomend this shop to my friends as well.

This shop is awesome! The products that they sell are clean and very fairly priced. If I ever have any questions no matter how ridiculous I think they are the staff is always helpful. I never feel judged for not knowing something. They are super educational and will teach you everything you need to know about the product that you were buying. If the staff member you were speaking with doesn’t know the answer they are very quick to go find out from someone who does. It is always top notch service with a great product! This shop is highly recommended!

This place was awesome! Kind of awkward to find, but once you do it will be well worth it. Its also not the biggest hemp store you've probably been in, but its products are good and they're service is even better! I was looking for some hemp products to help my mom sleep, and the staff here led me to exactly where I needed to be. 5 star definetely recommend!

I introduced my husband to their Bay Rum CBD soap a few months ago, and he now refuses to use anything else on his skin. I use the Oat, Milk & Honey soap and I love it! There was a minor issue with my order last week and Jade completely took care of it with top notch customer service! I am very pleased with the products and my experience.

Unfortunately, this company is sketchy when placing online orders. Recently they had a 4/20 sale, buy 2 get one. Apparently, their system glitched... but instead of canceling the order with an apology / explanation they short shipped instead. No notice, no email, just a handwritten note on the shipping receipt. Tried contacting to reconcile, they insist the items weren't paid for... they were, other people aren't responsible for the glitch.. and standard business practice states you cancel BEFORE YOU SHIP and you refund the money. Nope they kept the money and short shipped. Beware
