Awful. Those poor people working there. I really feel for them. I had a terrible experience, but one look around and it is easy to see that the teams are so overloaded that they have no opportunity to get it right. I‘ve gone from shopping here exclusively to my current never again stance. At least the woman at customer service was nice. She is in the Philippines, though. She probably wasn‘t abandoned.

Pretty awful Target. The workers smoke a ton of marijuana in the stock rooms and every time you pass the service door in the toiletries area the smell is overwhelming. I’ve smelled it outside by the service entrance, as well. The customer service reps aren’t nearly as helpful as other Target locations. The shelves are often out of stock, as if we were still in the pandemic. Just not a very pleasant Target to shop out.

I've done returns here before that took a half hour to get to the front of the line. Came back today to see if it was any better, and it's worse. Security lets people walk out with merchandise tagged, guest service won't let people buy things there even when their line is short and the self checkout is backed up, and they refused to honor a price that was labeled incorrectly on their shelves. Watched a drive up team member come out to a car while videotaping herself on her phone the whole time. Despicable store.

I was in the checkout line at Edgewood Target tonight when my daughter had a seizure. To the woman behind me in line, thank you for coming to my rescue and calling 911 while I held my daughter, called my husband and waited for him to come. Although 911 never picked up, you are a saint for coming to my aid in time of crisis. I never got to thank you 🙏 We are at CHOA and she’s going to be ok.As for the Target employees, the cashier did what she could, but several other employees (Security and Manager) did absolutely nothing…even said that they CAN’T call 911. Can’t or won’t? Do better, Target! How could your employees just stand around complacent and pretend nothing even happened? Shame on this store and your poorly trained/selfish staff. I’m definitely rethinking my loyalty to this store. I hope my fellow neighbors on this site do as well!

If I could give this location, a zero star, I definitely would. I walked into this target today. Three different customer service representatives, in three different departments did not help me. The cashier never said hello or thank you. Another gentleman just stood there and looked at me. I even said hi. How are you today. I noticed the associates have time to talk to other associates. I would like to be contacted regarding this.

Overall, I had a good experience with my return. All the employees were great except one who was not knowledgeable about the exchange process but another employee stepped in to assist with the great service I usually receive at this location. That employee was the reason I didn't give 5 stars because I feel if you don't know something for sure, just ask someone for clarification. She wasn't rude, but I had to tell her what the exchange policy was simply that. Not a separate purchase at the increased price.

Tried to do a pick up order and I allowed several hours for it to be prepared. I come in and it is still not ready after 4 hours. I even got an email claiming it was ready 4 hours before. Now I have to wait in the store for them to go pickup everything. Non of the staff said anything to me just talked amongst themselves. The return desk is a mess and rather than cleaning or working they chose to chat. I’m very disappointed in this whole experience. Then they said the order was picked up before I received the order at all, leaving me still waiting at the desk. Then they just left me to do the heavy lifting and didn’t offer to help or bring the stuff outside for me.

I should have read these reviews first. I went to pick up an online order via drive up pick up during a weekday morning when the store is not busy. First, the pick up lanes are not marked. I had sent and allowed them to track my car so they should know when I’m arriving. Second, No one came out with my package. I ended up going into the store to pick up my order. Third, Meanwhile, the app thinks I have already picked up my order. Fourth, The woman at the customer service counter says she can’t find my order. I asked for a store manager. While the store employee ignores me, I call their customer service number and eventually, the CSR reorders and ships the items to me. This took half an hour. Fifth, As I’m about to thank the CSR on the phone, a Target store employee walks up to me with my order. I refused it and walked out of the store. Worst customer service at this Target. Oh, And Last, a store manager never showed up.As others have said, order online and have it delivered or shop another store.

I visited the store today for a few items. I was perplexed on the location of one of the items and a wonderful employee, Kewon, saw my lost expression and came over, greeted me and took me to the needed item. He was so helpful, pleasant and the epitome of a customer service rep extradonaire’. I hope management recognizes this nice young man.

Worst customer experience at this store sue to incompetent manager & poor customer service with zero accountability!!!!! Toothbrush product on lockdown and no one to assist with the opening. One rep called manager at my request and manager did bot respond. Ran another rep down & manager finally answered and came!!!! Showed up with no apologies, no solutions, no accountability and non caring attitude!!!!!! Next time will just avoid hassle & order via amazon since there’s no customer service. Purchased 112 dollars of product & rep forgot to give me all of my bags. I called to report & retrieve only to get the quick pick up hang up!!!!!!! Worst store ever!!!!!!!!!!!!Former Loyal Cuatomer-NO MORE!!!!!!!!!

This Target has gone down hill so fast. Product and clothes literally everywhere. I had to put back all the multiple clothes I wanted to try on because the dressing room was closed. The dressing room was closed the last time I went here. Such a mess for a Target.

Overall: Don't Shop Here, Shop OnlineIf you're considering a trip to Target, think twice. My recent visit was a nightmare – the store was pure chaos and a mess. The clothing section resembled a disaster zone, with items strewn across the floor and no semblance of organization. Fitting rooms were closed due to staffing issues, despite a staff member being present.The disheveled state of the clothing and the closed fitting rooms made trying on clothes impossible. Surprisingly, the floor associates, including security, seemed more interested in their phones than maintaining order. Even a group of managers appeared indifferent, casually chatting without addressing the chaos around them.On the bright side, the checkout process was quick. My advice? Save yourself the trouble and opt for online shopping. If you need to make returns, it's a far less chaotic experience than what you might encounter in-store.

The app indicated that Malani Keep It Full Lip Plumper was in aisle A10, but I couldn’t find this aisle in the store. Additionally, the Lactic Acid by The Ordinary, supposedly in Aisle L16, was not only hard to locate but absent from the section. This discrepancy between the app and the store layout caused confusion and stress.Moreover, I appreciate the strategically placed restrooms at the front, but during my visit, the cleanliness fell short of the usual Target standards that I’m accustomed too,I suggest aligning the app information with the actual store layout for better accuracy. Please make sure the aisles are clearly labeled and easy to locate. The customer service of this company has fallen to all time low. Nothing on the shelves. Rude team members. No one looked as if they wanted to be at work. This shopping experience was like shopping at an overcrowded Walmart, except Target was empty. Of shoppers and merchandise.

Tip: I strongly advise against using mobile order pick up at this store. Only two staff were working the return and mobile order pickup stations and despite receiving a notification that my order was ready, I still had to wait 20+ minutes after scanning my bar code. It looked like no items were prepped in advance, and I could easily have been in and out in 5 mins with my items had I just shopped for them myself.

I visited this target a couple of hours agoJust to stroll around while walking around one guy sitting in a motorized target shopping cart with an open bottle of wine and drinking just drives around and talk sh…. To people and NONE of the people who work there don’t seem to care WOW !!!!What happen to the security they used to have standing around at entrance?Also happened while I was there the store had to be evacuated because of an gas leak everyone had to leave the store.Well the guy driving around with the wine bottle did not care if no one was allowed to go back in but he literally drove back in to return the cart and target employees where outside and saw him but I guess it’s ok. This target realty went down the satisfaction scale . I think it’s time to look into management and boring looking employees working there!!!Store is not what it use to be years agoTime to go to a different target

Simply awful customer service. Austin, the associate at the returns desk, lacks any ounce of ability to communicate properly. She made the return process far more difficult than simply offering store credit, which was a perfectly acceptable solution and end result. +1 star for self check-out to avoid other, subpar service.

Avoid at all costs, especially on the weekends. Employees are not nice or helpful. We had an employee kick us out of a check out line, and when we questioned it, she blatantly lied about it. Merchandise and carts are just laying all around the store. It’s more like an obstacle course than a store.

So difficult trying to get help here. It’s always “this is not my section” or “go find someone in your section”. This time I needed help getting something out of the case to purchase, the motion censor that’s supposed to notify someone to come was no use and when I asked two different employees it was the “this is not my section go find someone in your section”. After finally getting someone to call for help I wait for 20 more minutes and nothing. You’re better off buying from Amazon which is what I ended up doing after trying to get help for 40min. Sad to say this is common not only at this location but the other target closest to this one I’ve also have been to many different targets across the country and they typically aren’t this unhelpful. I’ve worked many jobs in retail in the past and either their managers system is bad or the employees just don’t care.

Unfortunately, I come here primarily for pickup orders for my employees. Every single time I’ve waited over 30 minutes in store or in my car for my items.Today, January 2024, I waited 45 minutes. Additionally, they did not have all my items, and I wasn’t notified at all that I’d be missing stuff. If I knew that in advance, I would’ve walked around the store while I was waiting.Because of this lack of communication, I didn’t have time to grab additional items In order to be on time for work and it affected my work day because of the delay.Staff is pleasant, store is clean and smells good…. But the delays are pretty inexcusable for productivity, which is the entire reason I choose, pick up or curbside pick up.TLDR: Target offers services for the busy individual, but falls very short on execution.

It's very simple - don't shop here. Spare yourself and drive the extra 15 minutes to midtown, or literally any other Target in town.They are criminally understaffed - the last time I visited roughly 20 people were milling around the entrance waiting for returns or online order pickup for over 20 minutes without seeing a single store employee.Target, if you read these, hire more people. Until that happens though, I will quite happily add a half hour to my round trip to avoid this massive waste of time.If I could give the experience zero stars, I would.

DO NOT DO ORDER PICK UP!!!! Pick up took 85 minutes of standing in a line while one elderly employee tried to get our orders one at a time. The orders were not ready so she had to walk to a totally different part of the store to pick them up. It took her 15 mins to get each order. There were 15+ shoppers in the pick up line. I felt horrible for the employee - other employees were just standing around not helping her.

Great store location if you want to be ignored when you ask for help, or if you need to return / exchange something and the employees just waste your time and give you attitude (they don't seem to want to work). The store is also super messy and unorganized.Pick up / drive up order is horrible. They give you the wrong items, or items like mirrors that are warped. Horrible!!!

I am a current employee for Target(Checkout Advocate). Yesterday, scheming supervisors(who are very aware of my beginning and ending shift) intentionally "flooded" my checkout lane(#1) with guest while my light was off. Personally, I know that it was an attempt by these "so-called" supervisors to make it appear that I'm being crude(rude) to my guess. In fact, I considered it a "moderate" form of bullying and harassment.This will be reported to the Target Team Member Services Integrity Hotline starting today.

I love Target but wish my local store wasn’t often out of clothing sizes I need or toiletries I want. Plus since they’ve limited self check out to 10 items or fewer but don’t have more registers open, the wait to check out is often ridiculously long.Also the Starbucks operates at odd hours and is often out of ingredients for seasonal drinks.

First time inside. I normally do a curbside order. I was disappointed the store had no Christmas joy. There were items bur not eyesight catching really dull. I picked a few things because my grand boy had to have but I don't think I'll come back. It was oddly arranged. Oh and the trees werent even lit wowww.Not my typical Target. Not dirty but not clean either and lacked alot.Kenneth the cashier was amazing very customer service friendly. Ronecka Starbucks attendant working by herself literally was great. My hats off to her because I would quit. Tighten up store.

This target is getting progressively worse. They make it hard to do returns. Even for red card members. They have refused me a merchandise credit twice for items I did not want returned to the original card since it was A GIFT! They don’t allow checkouts at customer service anymore. So if all lines are busy and they are not they won’t check you out. I had to go stand in the check out lane AFTER making a return. Ridiculous! Also their stock is consistently low/out so you almost always have to go to another location anyway. I have noticed that I’ve started spending TWICE as much time to get half as many items. This is the lowest performing target I’ve ever shopped at. I actually get sad when I have to spend money here. This particular location operates like a WALMART. The employee morale and service has gone down significantly. Quite a few have attitudes like Walmart employees. This is the only target location that would be doing the community a service by shutting down.

Lost my keys. The first manager said that since they weren't in the lost and found so, he couldn't help me. Another manager asked if I needed help about 15 minutes later. Bam, he helped me backtrack my steps and found my keys!!! They were so kind and polite. I have to send flowers!

On Monday April 10, 2023 between, 1:00pm - 3:00pm. I shopped at the Target located at 1275 Caroline Street, Atlanta, GA 30307 location. I was racially profiled, harassed, humiliated and accused of something I did not do, steal. I am a new mother and my newborn was only 1 month and 1 week old at the time. I also had my two bonus children with me at the time. I frequent shop at Target so it was a no brainer when I chose Target as my families very first public outing since my daughters birth. Little did I know I would regret my decision. I purchased a Graco Modes Pramette Travel System for $329.Upon attempting to exit with my purchase, I was stopped by a lost prevention team member and she asked to see my receipt for my purchase and I showed it to her, she said thank you and I proceeded to exit the first set of double glass doors. Upon doing so another Target employee named Johnelle with lost prevention was blocking my 14 year old daughter from exiting. Johnelle said you need to back up your not going anywhere then pushed the shopping cart, (which contained a huge box with a stroller and car seat in it) with her hands and forced my daughter back into the store. causing her to back up into me, my newborn and 8 year old son. I asked what was going on, Johnelle said you need to give back the carseat you stole and pointed at the huge box. I was extremely confused as to what was she even talking about. I said, I just presented my receipt for my purchase to the employee inside. Johnelle again stated, I need to give back the stroller she said I stole then asked me to show her my receipt (second request). Again, I said, I already showed my receipt to the first employee that requested to see my receipt. All I remember from there is requesting her to get a manager on duty or whoever was in charge to come get involved. Brandon, Executive Team Lead AP came out of no where and got involved, he then requested my receipt (third request) and treated me as if I did steal the item I in fact am on camera purchasing. Brandon was very cold and rude to me. As if I wasn’t already dealing with enough trying to make it through my postpartum period. That’s when I called the police and I called my husband to come to Target. Then I called Target’s Corporate Office. At this point, I was being held against my will and being falsely accused of stealing and I had my two kids and my newborn with me.
