Very clean and organized store. Haven't had any problems in that area. The parking has always been a struggle but that's due to the space. When in the area we usually visit. Family enjoys it.

Great location, the store is clean and it was easy to find everything I wanted. The cashier was so kind and sweet and recommended a great place nearby to eat while I waited on my son. It's close to Atlatic Station, Downtown and Georgia Tech.

Employee very rude I wish she had a ID badge on very unprofessional. Waited over 5 minutes for her to walk over to open the dressing rooms. She immediately walks up to a male customer and ask if he needed help. When I was the one who call after assisting him she walks over casually and ask what I wanted at this point and time someone had walked out of the dressing stall leaving one available.I wish I knew her name a description of her she had on a black and gray headdress. It will be nice if all of your assiscoiates wore the badge were they ate visible. I did catch a glimpse of her in a photo hope this helps in identifying her. I love target however this trip was cut short due to the treatment by your staff.

I’ve been shopping here for many years and one thing I love about this target is a new face lift.Being in Atlanta and being in the movie industry, I shop around a lot and this target has everything I need.Customer Service has always been top-notch at this location as well as I always find parking and I can be in and out very quickly.But I also love about this location is that it has more variety of home goods, decor, bedroom items, and of course you know that Magnolia. Keep up the good work at this location. Thank you so much!

As I navigated the aisles in search of various items on my shopping list, I found myself struggling to find assistance when needed. Staff members were few and far between, and those who were present seemed preoccupied or disinterested in helping customers. It was a stark departure from the attentive and helpful service I've come to expect from Target.Additionally, the self-checkout experience was marred by an uncomfortable level of intrusion from the young lady overseeing the area. Instead of providing assistance when needed, she seemed to hover over customers' backs, creating a sense of unease and discomfort. Her presence felt more like surveillance than assistance, detracting from the convenience of self-checkout.Organizational issues further compounded the frustrations of my shopping experience. Empty and unorganized shelves were a common sight throughout the store, making it difficult to locate items or find the specific products I needed. It was evident that the store was not adequately restocked or maintained, leading to a chaotic and unappealing shopping environment.In conclusion, my visit to Midtown Target was marked by a disappointing lack of customer service, uncomfortable interactions at self-checkout, and organizational shortcomings. Absolutely unacceptable. The ADA was created for heartless people like these stores employees.I don't care about me, but this happened to someone I care about so I'm livid. (For context they are wheelchair bound with a large electric chair)We were sitting in the fitting room waiting room and tried to get an employee to open the accessible fitting room. An employee came over, I tried to get her attention politely, we made eye contact, and then she kept walking. We look around to see if there are any rooms that would fit her chair, nothing comfortably and without moving the furniture. Went and talked to her to see if she could open it. She said it was locked because there were clothes everywhere, we asked if we could move them for her. She said no, it was covered in boxes and currently being used as storage, and the only person that could open it left 4 hours early.Was not polite about it, was not accommodating, didn't even stand up to talk to us and did move a muscle to try to find help. Because apparently disabled people are worth less than some boxes and helping at all.Absolutely ridiculous. They don't care for the disabled at all.

The service team was fantastic! I heard from my parents that they encountered a card issue during payment, but the team provided very friendly and warm help, resolving the problem perfectly. Sorry, we don't know the names of the two ladies who helped, but we're truly grateful for their kindness. Great job!

Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. And trust that is saying a lot coming from someone who has worked in the industry for 30 years. I can give a lot of grace, but too many awful interactions with the employees here have made this my least favorite Target to shop at.

Spacious and clean store selling variety of items. Located in second floor. They have good collection of women's and kids clothing. They have limited collection of men's clothing. This store has good collection of Toys, Snacks, Candies, frozen foods and pet care items. They have a small section for fresh groceries. Starbucks and CVS pharmacy are located inside this store.

Target is a very modern store, I had the kindest employee experience with Nino, who made all the job done. But I wonder why the cashiers haven't seats to sit on while working!!Anyway the shop was so clean and well-stocked. I got all the stuff I want to buy there. It was in gerneal a very good experience.

Update: 2 years later and this is still an issue.I never write negative reviews of big box retailers but they are inaccurate with their pricing, things ring up for more than what they are listed as. I double checked the upc numbers, and they are the ones who got it wrong. All the meatless products rang up for over $4 it’s not a huge deal but super annoying. This happens frequently here and I think I’ll stop shopping here bc of it. The employees are cool and helpful though

Store needs to be shut down. Store has products listed in wrong order throughout the store. Bathroom always need cleaning. Store up charge prices. Manager takes frequent breaks and make customers wait 30 or more minutes to talk.

The food department is absolutely unsanitary y’all should for sure be shut down with all that mold in the fridges and the smells that is coming from the fridge as well. I put all my food down and left the store after seeing that there is no way in hell that isn’t a health code violation will absolutely be reporting this to corporate! If I could give you 0 stars I absolutely would.

I want to give Mr. Hugh a shoutout. He works in groceries. He is the nicest and kindest man I have ever met. He greets anyone he sees with the widests of smiles and the most jolly of laughs. He also works very hard dillegently helping people with whatever they need and connecting with them. I can't remember the amount of times my day improved just cause we chatted for a little. Mr. Hugh is an excellent worker and an awesome worker, keep doing great man 👍🏻

Overall I enjoy shopping at Target a great deal. However, on this trip, I purchased two (2) grocery items. Both of them rang up for more than what was marked on the shelf. I knew this was going to happen, because I had purchased these items before. I took photos of the shelf price tags. However, am I to be expected to take photos of every shelf tag for every item I purchase?

A bummer because this is my neighborhood target. Generally fine but if you need help I would try another target —like I would drive out of my way to find another place.I waited 40 minutes by the electronics and flagged down 4 separate workers who said they would try to find the person. I had to wait because I was buying something locked up and I guess there was only 1 person with a key? Not sure how management didn’t get involved after that long. But a very lackadaisical approach to customer service all around. I’ve also tried to return or use customer service in a rush. I wouldn’t recommend. Even if there is no line, again, the staff really is in no rush to help. I stopped by and waited 15 minutes with staff walking by and not caring because it’s not their job. Really the staff doesn’t care and I doubt management does either. Great location and got maybe a quick buy and nothing else- not a problem

The past two times i've used the "drive up" service, my order has been incorrect. The first time I ordered a black eyeliner, but was given blue. Yesterday I purchased some saline nasal spray for my daughter, however, they gave me the adult version. They don't tell you they substituted your item.....you find out once you get home. Major inconvenience.

This department store is terrible. The customer service that is provided is below average. There's barely anyone to offer help to shoppers. No one will answer the phone whenever the store is called. Because of this, I figured the store needed more employees so I applied. After completing the application, an email notification stating that my resume was impressive and to complete a video interview was received. I completed the process and received another email instructing me that I wasn't selected. This email didn't include the reasoning, prompting a call to HR. Human Resources could not provide a reason either. I told HR that this is the third time Target has discriminated against me. At this point, the only was to be treated respectively is to be a certain ethnicity or known by an employee. I would never return or recommend this establishment for anyone. Better service at Walmart. Just sad!

Idiots gave me half of my pickup order/half torn box doll set…. I didn’t realize until I got home because I am a busy woman. Unfortunately, I didn’t check but I shouldn’t have to. So, a $100 doll set that I paid for was missing four dolls… that my god daughter may not be able to play with

My wife made an order for pickup by app from this location. The store employees did not cancel the order and told me the order was ready for pickup. Then when I arrived, they told me most of my order had been canceled even though the app said everything in the order was in stock and ready for pickup. I am confused got a refund only after Target helped me via Twitter. All in all including travel time I wasted an hour.

I’ve went to this Target many times over the years and as of recent, this store is not the same. The staff members do not greet you nor offer assistance if you are in there section. Majority of the store is kept untidy. The self checkout line is ridiculous long and the attendant checkout lines, only 1-2 lines be open. I accept that from OTHER stores, not Target. They have a low stock of clothing/shoes sizes and home decor. Since this is the closest/ only location near midtown Atlanta, I cross my fingers that an item shown in stock on the app is actually available when I go to purchase at store. Overall I’ll give this store a 3 out of 5.

Poor customer service - needed assistance on scanning a manufacturer coupon at self-checkout for a water pitcher. The employee (female) stated “you want to use this for that” ……….. “you can not return it” in a condescending tone.Are all Target customers subject to be informed verbally that “you can not return products if using manufacture coupons”?

Supermarket in the town, I think most people satisfy. Like a Walmart or any another super market but better and higher. Starbucks and pizza hut inside comfort for customers
