TJ MAXX is located within a shopping complex that includes various other stores and eateries and also Home Depot, it’s opposite the iconic Ponce City Market.It’s a reasonably sized store, TJ MAXX stands for value and quality and reasonable prices.This branch is so so clean, it’s very busy in respect of items on display but it’s so well organised, no discarded clothes on the floor or items displaced, much credit goes to the floor staff, it’s rest room is spotless clean and a rarity in stores these days, so thanks for that.THIS TJ MAXX BRANCH, is the best branch I have encountered and you can’t fail to be tempted to buy and indulge your shopping desires.

Nice and affordable clothing and products, but I recently just came with my child and fiance and the staff made us feel uncomfortable! following me and my wife around like we were stealing and it was real apparent what they were doing , guess they were judging us off our looks cuz they didnt notice the white couple that i personally saw stealing , THEY WERE TOO BUSY WATCHING THE BLACK COUPLE , we wont be coming bk to this location anymore, we'll go to the next closest location , that really pissed us off! 1 star ⭐ for the experience!

Don't shop at this TJ MAXX!! They place a boot on my car shopping at this location because I walked across the stree to show Ponce Market to my friends that was visiting, less than 1/2 hour across the street signs. DON'T SHOP at SHOP AT THIS LOCATION.

The worst customer service ever!! The girl at the check-out counter did not greet me, speak to me, or even look at me. Well, she did mumble the total to me under her breath. I know she can speak because of the loud conversation going on during the transaction she was having with another girl behind the counter. The rudest experience I've ever had at a retail store. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Caddy, hostile work environment especially if you’re new. One of the managers I could not stand 🙄 she also hung up on me when I had to call out of work one day her attitude was very petty and nasty I didn’t care for her & she didn’t care for me 🤷🏾‍♀️ the rest of the managers and coordinators I didn't have an issue with.. to my knowledge. Cynthia and DeAndra are such sweethearts ❤️

This TJ maxx has great name brand items! This is probably one of the best Tj Maxx locations I’ve been in. The store is so organized and clean. The employees are very friendly. I love their jewelry section. The man working there is so patient and friendly.

Went in to pass the time. Stumbled upon some interesting 🤔 gifts for cocktail drinkers. I couldn't resist, so I took home three, one for me & two for gifts 🎁. This is a well stocked store with friendly associates. I recommend taking a stroll around the store, you might find something intriguing for your tastes 😃

I like this store, but unfortunately the clothing selections were mundane. Nothing really stood out. The store was clean and well organized. Parking in this mall is always a madhouse, so be prepared to drive very defensively.

Not a luxury store but you'd always find in good quality those little home gadgets you typically end up ordering from Amazon or by visiting multiple stores. Reputed to be a one stop store with surprisingly nice apparels as well.

I came seeking a pair of Khakis for work....it's a nice store...but if you're a big and tall man with a waist 42....XXL shirts....they don't carry anything...other than that...towels , housewares everything else is available...I wish they had larger men's clothing.. I would shop there weekly

They are in the perfect location but they never really have what I’m looking for I went in looking for bathroom goods,their rugs,bathroom mats and shower curtain selection was not full or they did not have a very large selection.And check out is always a long wait but the cashier was nice

This is a trap avoid at all costs crooks all over parking lot putting boots on cars just for crossing the street I cant believe this is allowed or legal I was strong armed out of 75.00

This is a location I shop at often. This has to be my first experience with a cashier that doesn't speak, say thank you & don't look at you & keep talking with co workers. It's 9:55 am on Saturday September 16, cashier at register 6. Everyone is not for customer service

I called and asked if i could return a massage gun that was already broken in the box. They told me I had to have the tag the item and the receipt. I took the tag off because it was a gift, but I had the item and the receipt and she said no. Which is crazy because then I went to another T J Max and the man there told me that wasn’t true. All they had to do we go get the item and scan if, or they could look up the item. I thought it was so wrong that the lady didn’t even try to help.
