My husband and I have gone to several other stores in the last few years to get his/our legal photos taken, and they have all disappointed us with the unflattering and borderline invalid photos. We went to this store today and I was pleasantly surprised at the professional set-up they have for passport photos, and we were helped fairly quickly as well. The person who helped us was very patient and personal, and they offer a competitive price for the service from what I've seen from stores online. Other than this encounter, we don't come to this store very often, but when we do, we usually have a good experience.Shoutout to the photo/printing staff!

I wish the customer service was better..... standing in line to return Amazon package with 5 or 6 ppl working in Staples uniforms. No comment....no hello....no one moment please..... nothing. Damn Amazon for this. I would prefer to take all my returns next door to Whole foods

Aaliyah the SUPERVISOR… FAKE NICE AND RUDE. I came in one day and she was so ready to help. I came back a few days later and caught her trying to hide from me literally was ducking and dodging. If you work customer service and dome want to help the customers then find something else to do outside of customer service. I called and spoke with Will and said he would address the issue but it sound like a lie. So I told them if she don't wanna help i’ll call corporate all day to make sure she don't have a job. No need to apply for a job if you aren't going to help customers. Most people nowadays only have a job just yo get a paycheck. I’M STILL CALLING CORPORATE THOUGH.

BEWARE of this location! If I could give this store location ZERO star I absolutely would. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I called to inquire about an Amazon package return that I trusted Staples to send back. A few weeks later Amazon never received the package. So I called and spoke to an associate to figure out if I can get some resolve on the issue. The lady I spoke to was extremely RUDE and kept speaking over me. I never received an apology or any resolution. The associate woman basically hung up on me after asking what her name was and asking to speak with her Supervisor. When I tried calling right back to speak directly to the Manager, the call never went through. I'm highly upset and deserve better customer service! Do better Staples!! Learn how to treat customers!

I needed to print some decks of cards. Since I arrived Jade explained me exactly how I needed the documents, he was super patient with me (I am not a designer). Next day I came back and brought the documents. The decks were ready the following day. I reviewed and Jade again was super helpful and kind. Gracias!!

I wish I had gotten the name of the associate who assisted me the other day. He was incredibly polite and super helpful. I wasn't sure what I needed for a print job, and he had the perfect recommendation. Pointed me in the right direction without any pressure or tacky upsell. I was truly taken aback by what a good customer service experience it was. I've had a couple less-than-ideal experiences at Office Depot/Max, so I figured I'd give Staples a try. I'd been to a Staples maybe only once or twice in my life! They will be my go-to from now on. Highly recommended!

Yolanda is a gem!! I have come here for TSA precheck and a passport photo, and she was friendly and refreshing both times. I appreciate the customer service here and quick service! My passport photo turned out great for the first time ever!

Jade in printing REALLY saved the day for us. He has versed himself extremely well with the equipment and software he has to use, including how to get past its (ridiculous) flaws. He went above and beyond to make it happen on a time crunch and we are so grateful. And he was incredibly polite and friendly during the entire process.Dear Management: This store needs some serious upgrades to its printers and Jade needs a raise!!!

All the staff at this location are very rude. I don’t understand why people get jobs places they don’t enjoy. The whole atmosphere of everyone in the printing center was so off I left and didn’t purchase anything. They definitely lost a lot of potential business because of their lack of professionalism. The young clerk needs to be given a star for the day. I'm 83 years old and he helped me with my Staples App. I could not believe how patient he was. I will definitely return to this Staples store for all my tech needs!

Waited for an hour to send a return package. The employees here will look you in the eyes while a line builds behind you and then just dissappear. I don't even think they're working half the time, because the store is empty and run down.

The lady working at pre-tsa her name is ERIKA. Her attitude was horrible from get go. Horrible costumer service. I have no idea what she’s doing there. Staples should look into her because the way she handles people is truly miserable.

I ordered a product and was at the counter waiting for my pickup. One of the workers was talking with someone and I stood there for a while before another worker came over to help. She was nice at first but when I asked for help with something she started acting annoyed and rude. I asked a simple question about binding and she treated me so disrespectfully and not willing to help. Not a very good experience, left the store feeling unsatisfied with the customer service.

Whoever the tsa precheck lady was on 10/11/23 at 12:00 pm should really reconsider her job if she can't handle what comes with it and apparently, based off my experience and others, she can't! First, she kept continuously insisting on showing me where the bathroom was, seeing how my hair was wrapped and my wrap needed to be removed for my photo. I proceeded to let her know it wasn't a big deal for me, that I would remove it without having to use the bathroom and she once again pushed the issue telling me how another lady canceled her appointment because her hair wasn't done?! Like lady, chill with the stereotyping. I once again informed her that I'm not that lady and I'm not going to cancel.. super weird. Once we moved past that, she started rushing to get me through with the process and when it came time to pay, I let her know that I would be paying with a cashiers check(an option that the website and my email gave to pay) and her whole attitude changed. She became so rude and aggravated with me because of the fact that SHE DIDN'T KNOW how to process cashiers checks which she stated, and it started making me uncomfortable so I called my attorney friend so that I could have proof and a ear to vouch at the type of attitude she was displaying towards me (Another customer who was getting their precheck done as well observed this and actually spoke some reassuring words to me after I left the store). It wasn't until I got on the phone that her whole attitude changed, probably because she thought I was calling corporate, but all of a sudden she "remembered" how to process the check. I respectfully questioned her about how her memory all of a sudden came back. I spent almost an hour in the store because this whole situation. Hopefully these reviews on her are taken into serious consideration and she's held accountable for her disgusting behavior and horrible lack of customer service.

This location is the ghetto. I swear I hate to come here. Many workers but only 1 register open. Workers on their phones, laughing and playing with each other, yelling across the store. It's all bad. Ugh. It is just the state of customer service and workers these days.

I went yesterday at 4:50 and the lady had a bad attitude turned me down said they closed at 5 and for me to come in the morning. Couldn’t be too upset because i did come 10mins before closing , but the process is literally 5mins if that. I went again at 11am the other lady at TSA pre check had the most nasty , stank , rudest attitude ever ! A very distasteful lady. I witnessed her be very rude to other guests. If you’re so miserable doing your job get a new one. She specified no instructions or details and rudely said what I was to do. I didn’t even know I had to sign/check in, a CUSTOMER told me that i had to check in while she yelled at others to “go have a seat because standing isn’t going to make things go any faster” She acted as if everything was an issue and bothered her. GET A NEW JOB LADY. Then said in my face “this must be that new age stuff” .She could’ve kept that distasteful comment to herself. it has nothing to do with new age if you’re not going to give clear coherent instructions from the beginning. She woke up with a stick up her arse. I do not recommend coming here. After reading the reviews it’s evident that this is recurring. Staples hires rude works with 0 customer service skills. Go ANYWHERE but here !

I came in to have some things printed , no one greeted me first off, I stood at the counter for over 20minutes before anyone acknowledged me and asked if I’ve been helped. After I told them what I needed her response was “ok you’re going to have to wait a minute”. “Very rude” . I would leave if there was anything else in the area to do my printing, and I will not be coming back to this location ever. I’m spending my hard earned money for people to be rude to me. Where is the customer service?

I have never experienced such an unprofessional encounter. Tamara (not sure if she told me her real name), who handles the TSA pre-check appointment was extremely rude and aggressive before, during, and after my appointment. Someone who has knowledge on this process and customer service experience should be able to guide someone in a cordial fashion. After reading through other reviews it sounds like this is a reoccurring thing here. Do better, Staples. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Came in the store yesterday to get 5 cube boxes for an instacart order and couldn’t get any help! When I asked if they had any cube boxes no one would answer me so I asked for a manager which was the people in Grey uniforms. The female African manager was chillin with a man talking about non work related issues and the black bow legged dude acted as if he didn’t wanna help at all! Please get better people to run this store! The customer service was awful! The black girl with acne barely wanted to ring me up! I’m never coming to this store again! This is by far the worst staples I’ve ever came to!

This was the weirdest most bazaar experience I’ve had in customer service. First, the website says they take walk-ins but when I got there she tells me that I have to have an appointment. I question this and let her know that the website says they take walk-ins. I say ok and start to scan the QR code she gets up and comes towards me and stands next to me. There are customers she’s ignoring and one of them gets an attitude with me. I’m trying to use the QR code but my phone is overheating and the whole time she’s standing in front of me. I look at her and say “are you ok, you know you have customers.” She says well “what are you doing that’s just for check ins so you’re wasting your time.” I say OK and continue trying to scan it because at this point I think something is wrong with my phone. She doesn’t move, doesn’t go back to her customers, she just stands there. Now I ask what’s wrong why are you standing here watching me. She tells me to leave because there are privacy issues. I’m like she’s 10feet away and this thing I’m scanning is a big cardboard wall. I decide to abandon the QR code issue and she’s still just standing there. As I’m leaving I hear her say something about me behind my back!!! Excuse me? So I called the manager who was so nonchalant and dismissive and rationalized all of her behavior. But my question remains, if you don’t take walk-ins why does the website envoy you to walk in? Now i have to go somewhere else to do my precheck interview because I just don’t feel comfortable with those folks.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT do TSA pre check here worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Yolanda was horrible and rude not only did she deny us service after attending to three other walk ins but it was due to her RACIALLY PROFILING my mom. Once we talked to the manager Will and told him our unfair treatment after 3 hours and numerous walk ins being attended we got service. During the TSA pre check she was rude and did not help us AT ALL through the confusing process. On top of it all she was unprofessional and was yelling at my mom questioning her parenting. Once the process was done she told us nothing about the next steps and rudely yelled at us to leave. When I tried to go back and ask for more information she yelled at me telling me she was done with me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE staples needs to do an investigation on her racial profiling, denying of service and unprofessional yelling. NEVER come to this staples.

I went to go make business cards for the first time and a an associate there names Niya was very helpful!!! She needs a raise because even when Staples was understaffed she was able to multitask and still provide excellent customer service!
