Nice selection of supplies for an in-town home improvement store. You’ll pay premium prices for everything— absurdly so, and not even competitive with other local alternatives. Also, they don’t take United States legal tender. Strange, really.

A cardboard box here costs over $8. I drove 5 minutes away to a big box home improvement store and the same size box was $1.98. This is just illustrative of this ACE’s pricing strategy on all items. The prices on everything are extortionate. The company did well during COVID and now I can only pray we’re entering an economic period when you just can’t charge customers $8 for a cardboard box.

The cashier was assisting me and friendly at first but made a provocative joke which made me really really uncomfortable. I was visiting georgia first time for work and i dont know if that was normal for people there. Really unacceptable. Beware!!

Super convenient location and extremely helpful crew. I usually call ahead to make certain what I need is in stock, and then walk a few blocks up Juniper Street. So much easier than driving to a big box store to look for one item.

After I bought the wrong kind of plunger at a convenience store, I went to Shep's for help. Dan gave me great advice about choosing the right plunger to unclog my toilet, and it worked! I was very grateful they were open on a Sunday morning. So glad there is a thoroughly stocked hardware store with friendly, knowledgeable staff in Midtown. I will be back for sure.

Simply the best. I have become friends with the store owners over the years. We moved to Sandy Springs, but I will still call the midtown Ace for items I need. They are so friendly and always have dog treats on hands for the fluffy patrons.

I am so thankful for this neighborhood Ace Hardware! I have been in here a handful of times now; twice to get assistance with products I was assembling at home, and once to get copies of my keys. The staff has been so helpful and kind every time, and my problems are resolved quickly. Each staff member has been very courteous and quick to help me out. One time I went in having trouble with a product from my home and they fixed it and were extremely kind even though I didn't buy anything. I love that I can walk there and that such a warm hardware store is so local to me!

GO HERE over Lowe's or home Depot because they will actually help you! They have staff standing by the door to greet you when you walk in and walk you around showing you the location of everything you need. Never crowded. And very friendly/practical as to what I can and can't do myself in home repair projects. Great service.

An Ace with a more neighborhood feel, sorta right sized in my opinion. They're hasn't been anything that I've needed, they I haven't been able to get same day or at least next day. The team that works there have always been personable and knowledgeable which is important beer I always have questions. I think I've walked there two times this week alone. It's a great neighborhood amenity.

My wife and I recently moved, and this ACE Hardware is probably one of my favorite stores in Midtown. The staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly. The store is deceivingly large with a huge variety of merchandise. It's a very clean/organized store and has a local feel to it.

2 story Ace, very clean and plenty of selection from plumbing to indoor gardening supplies. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Parking available, deck is kind of hidden so look for it, and free parking for Ace customers on the lowest level. I would highly recommend going to this store.

The staff there goes above and beyond what's required. I went in for a few bolts and somehow we ended up fixing my window (which kept falling due to motor issues). I was very grateful for their help. They made my furry friend and l feel very welcomed.
