Employees are friendly and helpful. Fast checkout. Selection is limited in the bakery and deli but the quality is excellent. I especially like their breads and pastries because they are fresh and have a nice baked crust, not sad and stale like at Kroger. Their sale prices are actually quite good and they occasionally have BOGO. The only cons are they need more people at the sandwich station and they use low quality chicken for the rotisserie (waxy meat texture and brittle bones).

I have to say that the quality of this location overall has decreased, specifically since they did some remodeling. The fresh food offerings at the deli are non existent. Empty shelves everywhere, employees yelling to each other across aisles, etc. The staff at the deli is overall unprofessional.The person who bagged my items threw bakery items in upside down carelessly and ruined them.There is good free parking, yes, and this is convenient for the neighborhood, but the neighborhood also deserves to experience Publix high standards.

The pharmacy was spectacular. We had an er script that needed to be filled, and it was 20 minutes until closed. The pharmacist took it and filled it in less than 5 minutes. We were so grateful.

Good shopping experience here. Free parking. Checkout is efficient, with some self checkout registers. Fast customer service with friendly staff. Deli can be very busy at times.

Best grocery store in midtown. It gets very busy between5-6pm, but the employees always work with urgency here. It is refreshing to see all the employees working so hard everyday. The Pharmacy here is also great. They are really helpful and fulfill pickups very quickly.

Used to be a great location. Now...not so much. From 4 stars down to 1. Hardly any selection at the Bakery. Line for sandwiches is horrible. Unless you're a Tech student, go elsewhere.

This Publix honestly sucks. Probably the worst in Metro Atlanta. I was waiting for 30 minutes plus in the deli line, because the staff decided to have 3 people making online orders while the in-person lien was 15 people deep with only one person on in-person orders.Save the energy and just go to a better side of town.

A big selection of meat and milk products, the market is very clean and conveniently located near to Georgia Tech square.I could even find hygine products with cheap prices, the service was very good. Kind staff. One of them helped me even after her working hours were finished. Recommended.

Deli management is absolutely non existent. 10 people in line and 1 person pumping out about 1 sub every 10 minutes. Other deli workers walking around in the back cutting cheese and talking. Multiple people walking up waiting on call in orders from an hour ago.

Lately I’ve been receiving horrible customer service from the pharmacy employee. I understand how it feels to be overwhelmed, but at the same time you can not take it out on the customer. Then talked to the manager over the pharmacy and she has the same attitude as her employee.

Not too crowded. Most things are available. I highly recommend the Subs and Salads. They make it freshly and it's just like Subway, but better and cheaper

Very convenient location within walking distance from Midtown Marta Station. The selection was vast and I found what I needed. The store features self checkout and has security. I felt it was a safe location to shop.

Spoke with Keeisha (manager over Deli) about my experience she claimed to be the manager. When I spoke with her about this she snickered and I let her I didn’t think this was funny? Who puts customers food in bags like this? If you don’t have boat put it in a box. Now the Caucasian man in front of me received his food in a box. Just why? This is disgusting.

Now this is a busy location and I have been coming here on and off since 2012. They have kept great staff and I haven’t come across one employee who didn’t have a good attitude. It gets hectic in there at times!Also, as we know downtown areas are prone to a little craziness. There is always a uniformed officer present/close by. Go Publix 🏾

Cool grocery store! The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and selection good. The prices seemed reasonable, neither cheap nor expensive, and the lines moved quickly at checkout.The only ding I would give them was that I saw several people waiting to be served at the meat counter, and the staff behind the counter ignored them for a long time. This seemed to be poor service, and inconsistent with what I saw with the other staff.

Genuinely no point in doing order ahead for subs here, it is never ready. Waiting 25 minutes before the associate even seeks to help you while you could have waited 15 minutes in line and gotten your sub made, makes no sense, really is no rhyme or reason why they continue to fail at this order ahead system. 6 times in 1 month, every time sub is not ready until minimum 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup

I had a terrible experience at midtown publix near midtown train Station location today . I thought I was a valued shopper after shopping at this location for so many years.Today the staff proved me wrong .Heartbroken 😩

Pharmacist and tech were extremely rude and unhelpful towards me despite my patience and demeanor. Made me go back in line after their error processing my insurance. I would like to speak to her supervisor and or the GM of the store. I will be calling corporate.

Two weeks in a row I have came here at 5 PM for five dollar sushi on Wednesday They were out. Refused to make anymore. People are coming for this deal but they are intentionally not making near enough

Midtown Atlanta, it was a nice little store set in basically a college district. Lots of highrise apartments nearby. The store roasted whole chicken lemon pepper was excellent. I was working at the Mercedes Dome. This store was located conveniently 2 blocks from my hotel.

Great for convenience but it’s such a small store with a TINY fresh produce section (veggies & fruits). The line for hot food & deli is always ridiculously long!
