This store is kept very neat, but smaller than other Publix stores I've been to in town. Had a little bit of everything I needed..but not as many brands as I'm used to finding. I had an awesome shopping experience there the other day. The person who was cleaning carts was very polite, and went out of his way to make sure my cart was cleaned. I found everything I was looking for and many employees greeted me in different areas of the store. After shopping, I decided to order one of their famous sub sandwiches in the deli and the employee, Brandon was very knowledgeable about all that they offered. He even suggested a Boars Head sliced buffalo chicken that I absolutely am glad I tried. Brandon had a smile on his face the entire time. Then at check out, its always nice to have a cashier who actually seems to like being at work. My cashiers name was Brock, and he was so respectful. He referred to me as ma'am each time he addressed me. Great customer service indeed. I loved my experience in Publix today.

Had a poor experience when ordering subs in advance. They did not complete the order when I arrived, which was after the requested time. They claimed they called me twice since they did not have the bread I requested. I had not gotten any calls and I know my phone number is correct in the system. Once the employee started making the subs she seemed annoyed and did a poor job.

Female worker in deli, named “Masammat“, very rude and worked as if she did not want to service me moving very slowly. Initially she saw me walk up to the counter but instead of greeting me she continued with whatever she was doing. It wasn’t until I made her notice me that she, still did not greet me (asked me “do you want something?”), began taking my order. What should have taken 5 minutes (3 pieces of fried chicken, small sides of mash potatoes and mac&cheese), especially with me being the first and only one there, took 20 minutes. Highly disappointed in the service I received.

Easily my favorite Publix! It's clean and there are friendly faces all around the store. The manager in the meat section will cut meat or repackage whatever you need. Always such a pleasant experience.

Well organized, mini Publix. I love this location, you can get in and out on a flash. They have a very nice deli bakery, and ready to go for section. Staff is excellent and there's never a wait.

Went in to grab a pub sub, took 40 minutes. When I arrived I was the 4th person in line. Each person in front of me only ordered one sub. Staff must be former DMV employees based on the speed of movement. The processes they’ve been trained on don’t help either. Clearly inefficient processes and organization adds to the delays.Giving two stars because the sub is solid and is a good amount of food for the price. However, I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and had table service in the amount of time it took me to get a sandwich to-go.

I went to Publix to get balloons for a kick-off event. I grabbed a cart, and as I was entering, I saw an employee stacking green baskets. I said, "I am looking for some balloons." She started to tell me where to find colored latex balloons. Then she said, "Follow me because they are hard to find." I said, "You are right. I would not have located them back in this alcove." She assisted me in my selections and sent me to the produce department to get them filled. I have not experienced such awesome customer service in any grocery store. By the way, the store was virtually spotlessly clean!

i had an instacart order today, the girl working at publix wasn’t sure if it was mine then after she confirmed she gave me the cart and walked away she did not bring my groceries to my car OR help me with them. didn’t appreciate that.

I love this Publix store. While they are not as large as some of the other Publix, they typically have everything I need. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love going there to shop!

Small and stocked for locals.I'm in here a lot. It's on my path and quick. I picked up everything from lamb chops for dinner to chicken salad for lunch. They stocked the thing that I typically buy and it's right off the expressway. The staff is friendly and helpful.Again, it's small and limited, just for the common items and the preferences of the locals. I buy Nespresso pods, Diaya cheese and gluten-free treats here, which seemed to be a staple of the neighborhoods around it.

The store is awesome, but the deli area needs to work on time management and how to properly prepare food.I placed a catering order for fried chicken a week before I needed to pick it up and paid for it ahead of time. My pick up time was 2pm and I arrived at 2:05pm and they had just dropped my chicken in the fryer. I didn't receive my order until 2:30pm, which caused me to be late to an event. While the guests were eating, a couple of them informed me the big pieces of fried chicken were not fully cooked. I had to remove the big pieces pieces.After the event I did return to the store with the big pieces of chicken and was given a full refund. I really appreciate the customer service desk for helping me resolve this issue. The deli manager was no help in resolving the initial issue of my catering order not being ready on time.If you have a catering order for the deli area, please use a different Publix location or order your items elsewhere.Needless to say I'm very disappointed in this location's deli. They could've made someone sick with undercooked chicken.

I don’t really know what to say, I was the second person to get something at the Deli section and I have to wait 20 mins, and a person that just came he was assisted first, I called to complain and the responses was “lunch time”, there were more employees and I was the second person waiting

This place gets more expensive every time I go. They charge almost 2x as much for chips as the publix in sugar hill. It's ridiculous.But it's clean and the people are nice.

Mini Publix. Items are categorized in odd isles. Be prepared to wait a while for any deli meals. Parking lot can be chaotic at times due to the layout.

Clean, well-organised and -stocked with a plethora of all the higher-quality normal products that one would expect in a supermarket. Prices do seem a bit expensive on some thing. ($7.49 for dental floss ?) Friendly staff.

1st time there. I liked the smaller sized store. Easier to get around. The staff were very knowledgeable about exactly which isle things could be found and were pleasant.

Mixed review, smaller friendly neighbourhood market but after experiencing three trips with three incorrect sales (2 for $5 and being charged full retail) I'm weighing the value of the convenience. Pay attention to your receipts. They are quick to apologize but only after you've waited in line for them to correct their mistake.

As always love the Publix subs and love the bakery. Grab the pizza dough from the bakery every Friday. Love the whole selection at Publix. This one is the smallest Publix I've ever seen but I still like it more than the new generation of Publixs with the deli in the center.
