I’m at Publix right now at Princeton Lakes picking up at birthday cake for my son and after paying for the cake I opened it up to see it before leaving the store and looked like a leg off of a insect and the workers & manager tried to tell me that it’s cake. There’s no way this is cake. The lady fixing the keep touching trash and the cupcakes without washing her hands. I will go to another Publix for cake.

Me and my mom recently got some chicken wings from the deli which made both of us quite sick, but this was the only negative experience we've had with this store. The staff are pretty friendly and it's a pretty nice shopping experience overall. Would recommend (but double check your food from the deli)

This Review is specifically for Mr. Keyvon. This morning he gave me the Publix experience. He was on register 7 this AM. However instead of just standing at the register with no customers. He made himself readily available to any customer who entered the store.. I then asked if he could help me. He joyfully stated" of course." I honestly did not know what I needed. But he actually helped me with that as well. He's very nice, professional and his customer service is Awesome.. He definitely adds value to the store.... Lastly The store was clean and well stocked.

Nice store and most employees are courteous.I come often for the fried chicken and this location hardly ever have chicken readily available. They have lost me as a customer, I now go to Fairburn.3/13/24Today, now months later from my first review I've noticed every time I visit this store the fried chicken by the carry out is always available. Whatever change was made, it needed to happen. Good job Publix, I appreciate it!

This review is specifically for Publix Deli at this location. I placed an online order for 2 subs. They were scheduled to be ready at 3:20pm. I arrived at the store at 3:30pm and it was not ready. I didnt mind waiting, but it is 4pm and my order is still not ready. I spoke with the Department Manager German and he was kind but told me that the tenders for my sub had a 6 minute wait. Remember I placed my order online at 3pm. Overall not a good experience.

This public has plastic bags is the only reason I'm a return customer. They don't greet you at the checkout stand. It's an awkward experience. Im used to the old publix who had service to rival chik-fila. Now the young people act like you are bothering them just to get customer service.

Nice and clean store but they are always short staffed and short on food supplies. Their always out of stuff like their truck never comes! And the lines are ridiculous for no reason AT ALL! They never have more than 2 registers open at once which is why the lines be all the way down the isle! That needs to be improved!

Customer Service Representatives are very professional. I've seen the lines long and they took care of everyone with the customer care attention service request. That's extra Exemplary repetitive for each customer no matter what the request was.

I’m not happy that the RESERVED FOR PICKUP parking spots are ALWAYS FULL with cars that aren’t here to PICKUP!!! This happens MOST of the time I’m here picking up an order! Please work on a way to fix this! Either make more parking spots or start ticketing these people.

I had an exceptional experience at Publix deli, thanks to Tiffany. Her politeness and sweetness stood out as she patiently assisted me in ordering three sandwiches. Despite my struggles with reading off a list, she never rushed me and made the entire experience worthwhile. Thank you, Tiffany, for your excellent service!

I got married a year ago in Atlanta. I went to this Publix Bakery for my cake. It was a white cake with toasted coconut on the top. The cake was Amazing. Per tradition we froze some of our cake for our 1st Anniversary. This week we had a piece of that cake that I had carefully froze for this. OH MY GOODNESS that was the most Amazingly Awesome thing we had EVER tasted for the second time. I kid you not, this has been in the freezer and it tasted like we had just got it. We were sad there wasn't more to eat. We would like to thank the bakery for making our wedding special AND for making our 1st anniversary just as special as well with such a tasty cake. Thank you!

I must admit, I live 15 miles away and this is my favorite Publix. I stopped in for some fresh fish and the ladies there provide such excellent service. I like how they know thier customers and engage with them like family.

The deli needs a new system there is no way a sub takes 15-20 mins to make 1sandwich. They need to pre cut some of the more popular meats or have a computer screen to order on so someone can prep.

They forgot my ground turkey and ground beef...after I asked the cashier, Do I have all of my items and she rushed me out of the line by saying Yes Yes! Well here it is Christmas morning and they forgot to put (2) of my main items, that I paid for, to make a dinner entree for my family's Christmas party and now thanks for ruining it! Good job Publix employees

Came here to pick up a birthday cake for two co-workers. Wound up with a buggy full of stuff because Publix is always good at putting high end items on Buy 1 Get 1 Free. The good thing is you don't have to purchase two and still get the good deal. I loveeeee this store. Everyone is friendly. Always have samples of food. The main produce guy is always on the floor and helpful. I was in a handicapped cart and people always assist me even when I don't ask. Always a pleasure shopping at Publix.The store recently had a remodel. Love it. More self checkouts. I'm waiting for them to acquire the space next to them and make this a bigger location. This is not a tiny store but if it was bigger it would be even better.

I order a sub today from Publix and was highly disappointed to the point that I am shocked. I shopped at four Publix location(Two in Ga and two in Fl). I normally go to the ones in buckhead and have the best experience. I have never received a sub like I received today. It looks like the sub was just thrown together and part of the bread was squished. Not only was it badly messed up in appearance it was missing toppings that I paid for!!! I order and paid online so y’all had time to get it right. I took a picture because I was completely shocked. I don’t not have time to go back to the store because it’s 30 mins from my house. I am highly disappointed.

All around bad experience at this location. I placed an instacart order and once I was notified to pick up my order, I arrived at the store, the man that was supposed to be assisting me (possibly someone named MD) advised me that the instacart shopper must’ve stolen some of my bags. He advised me to wait while they go get the rest of my things. I waited 20 minutes for him to come back and say that my order will have to be picked up the next day (which was not doable because I had a flight the next morning). Because I had a promotion that I didn’t want to lose, I asked them to deliver the order instead. The instacart rep said he would. Instead of doing right by the customer this guy tells the instacart rep to cancel my order instead of delivering as promised. MD, If you can’t handle a little attitude, you have no business being in leadership or talking to people that you’re inconveniencing. I called the store to inquire whom I would need to report, Monica was very rude and did not want to disclose who the person was that I spoke to. I was unable to get any resolve through instacart because MD, without my permission advised instacart to cancel my order and I lost my promotion. Just unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

I love this place . Fresh Produce every time. I love the Calloway Blue spring water they have here. For my birthday I ordered chocolate covered Strawberries, Red Velvet cheese cake, and the subs party tray. Everything was delicious, fresh, and made the party a party because my guess were loving and eating all the chocolate Strawberries and subs I said I should have ordered more. Lol. I also love the freshly made cranberry turkey salad (kinda like chicken salad) with the pita bread they have.. this place is awesome and is 2nd on my list (Sprout Market is 1st). I'm never disappointed with them

Order off instacart subs instead them taking there time to cut the meat I ask for and paid for wasn’t Publix meat wrong cheese, this is how u guys treat customers that order on instacart give them anything hoping they don't know the difference ! I paid for boars head and that what I wanted! So I got charged for something more that I didn’t get! Stop thinking because they order on instacart u can give us anything! I’m sure who ever made them knew the difference just lazy!

I love Publix subs and I understand the line is extremely slow these days. But what is not okay is taking everyone behind me first knowing I’m pregnant and have been standing waiting for someone to make my sandwich for 20+ plus minutes. And then the person making the sandwich had a real bad attitude when he was asked to take me next and was trying to act like he didn’t understand what I was saying. I told him a jerk Turkey 3 times and he still gave me a regular Turkey sub. And I tried to deal with the long wait but making my order wrong after making me wait an extra 15-20 minutes because you felt like taking everyone else behind me knowing your coworker wasn’t coming back was absolutely wrong. Please get it together.

Publix is one of my favorite places to shop besides Whole Foods farmers market and Trader Joe's! The produce is fresh and the vegetarian selection is amazing!! The bakery is great as well! I love the sales they have on my vegetarian products. I have only been to the deli once for a veggie sub and it was great..the employee preparing them was very nice and friendly. Customer service is exceptional and professional! Sadly the two problems that I have with this location is that it needs to be a bit larger to accommodate the heavy flow of patrons. Which is good for business but not so much for the good,caring and patient customers. Who have to deal with the undignified and ill-mannered people inside the store and the insolent speed demons in the parking lot, who try to race through the walking path of the store and nearly run over people! I have seen literally 3 people almost get hit from some psychopaths on wheels.The undesirables (those who don't care for humanity)need to stay away from the good hearted and kind people who care about our community and try to support South Fulton and keep it a thriving place to shop and live! I really like Publix and the staff are always so kind and are truly good people!!! Thank you Publix for serving the community so well!!!

This Publix is Discombobulated, Disgusting, and Disorganize in America. I placed an online order, arrived, and was not completed; I had to wait an itohour for four half turkey sandwiches. The checkout line is “ridiculous!” Please save your time and money, and go to a supermarket that value you.

The deli department here is an utter disaster. I don't understand how/why they are allowed to continue operating this department so poorly. The last 2 times I went to try to get a sub I left empty handed. On this most recent attempt I ordered online, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, I showed up in 45 minutes and the sub was not ready. I did some shopping, took my time, came back 15-20 minutes later and it was still not ready. It was just one footlong basic sub with no special modifications. Luckily, I had not paid online. And then when I was checking out the lady working the self-checkout lines was very unfriendly. A terrible experience. What a joke.

The cashier was agressive. Plus, I just DO NOT LIKE THAT PUBLIX! Not too many I don't like. And if I don't, it's because of the customer base. Just rude and arrogant.Most times, Publix staff is awesome.

Still remaining consistent with Publix quality. And the buy one get one coupled with the Publix App telling me which aisle the wine is on 😁. I appreciate it keep doing a great job 👏🏾 Publix team!
