Not a clean store. Unfriendly staff (in the deli area) does not look sanitary when people backsides are touching the food customers buy because they’re sitting in the refrigerators/freezers. Possibly the worst Publix in Atlanta service wise.

Arrived here at 745pm and waited five minutes in return was told the deli slicer was closed. Meanwhile 10 min later another worker asked me did I need anything sliced and looked confused when I explained to her that her coworker told me it was closed. Really agitated didn’t want to go to Walmart😒although I looked at them all and all slicers were not cleaned and parts were intact. 12/18/2023

Usually very busy but also pretty well run. Often out of random produce (leeks, cilantro, etc.) Staff is friendly and efficient. Parking lot can be a bit of a zoo but not Trader Joe's level of chaos

This location has an off-duty City of Atlanta Police officer for security. This particular cop is rude, surly, and a general jerk. My girlfriend and I have each had run-ins with him on separate occasions. On this particular visit, there was a car parked in the fire lane, blocking the entrance to the store and forcing everyone to walk around it. I am handicapped and walk with a cane. I made a comment to him about the illegally parked car, and he said he didn't know if it was illegal or not, but it was there. Basically, he said, "Tuff. Deal with it." If he doesn't know that parking in a fire lane is a violation, he is as stupid as he is rude.Publix deserves better, and the City of Atlanta deserves better.I support the police, but this cop is an embarrassment to the profession.

Inedible Mardi Gras Wings. Overcooked. Rubbery with jerk like texture! Chewy & tuff. I gave 2 stars because I should have known from the way they looked they weren't right. Definitely deserved a 1 star review. My dog enjoyed them though.

Very disappointed with the customer service at the deli counter. The guy taking orders was in too much of a hurry to do other things than effectively take orders. He was rude and rather short in his dialog.

My experiences here have been generally fine. Most reviews mention the deli, which I’ve never used at this publix, so I can’t comment to that. This location doesn’t have self check out (at least as of my last visit).

I normally love this Publix but I went today and before I even went into the store a worker slammed my side mirror with his car door and said nothing. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and wrong. I’d expect more from people who work here.

Deli is not good. Most of the service is fine. Selection of raw materials and fresh food is OK, but not that interesting if you cook. Lots of prepackaged stuff. Just very mid overall.

Please get it together at the deli counter. It's 11:20, I've been waiting for 15min behind 3 other people, and the first woman in line is just now getting her sandwich made. Kindly, sandwiches are an urgent food. You don't get a sandwich at Publix because you can wait a little while to eat.

Just like these other reviews said and I CAN NOT STRESS IT ENOUGH the deli has the worst service out of any publix that I’ve been to. It’s unfortunate because it is so nearby. Every Single time i’ve ordered pickup, they’ve never failed to not make it by the time it’s supposed to be made so I have to wait anyways. They never ever ever make it on time. One time I went in, and they had not had my sandwich ready like usual, but not only that, they like to take their sweet time making those sandwiches blatantly ignoring the line of people that are waiting for a sandwich. But this time when I got home and opened my sandwich, i noticed that they forgot to add cheese! I was already passed now I was even more pissed. And they’re so rude and nonchalant about it too. Yesterday when I went, the guy in front of me wanted a chicken tender sub, “oh sorry we ran out of chicken tenders” I was next and I wanted a turkey sub, “oh sorry we don’t have any sliced turkey” like what is going on with them. Please just make the extra drive to go to the ansley mall publix they are so much more efficient and will make your pick up subs on time

My Deli experience at this store is always the worse one from all Publix stores in the Atlanta area. Also, the bakery they never have the bread ready in the morning and they always put out old bread that is hard as rock!I have fill out survey and even spoke to the manager one time. But he could not care less.Can the manager from Ansley Mall please take over this store!!! That store is always clean, organized and have better bread, customer service is top notch!!!

Publix has really gone downhill. I used to not mind paying the extra $ because the service is great. However, just spent over $200 on basic groceries and was expected to bag them myself. Meanwhile, multiple employees walked by me as I struggle. I have arthritis and things like that are hard for me. I may need to start shopping at Kroger, their prices are better and if the service at Publix is mediocre it just isn’t really worth it anymore.

Their deli refuses to make deli sandwiches for Instacart 50% of the time. They lie about it. Their deli staff is so lazy. I just end up canceling the whole order. They are idiots

Publix is my must stop of the day, great subs for under $8.00, a lot of fresh veggies, delicious cheese and can be toasted....and salads and parfait for only $ 3:50... love it.

The people who work the hot bar/deli need more training, the service is horrible, I ordered 5 wings and only got 4, also one guy didn't know how to work the scale price machine, also the selections don't be a whole lot of variety. This used to be my favorite place for lunch but now not so much.😕

This is the fifth time I’ve put in a deli order ahead of time and it isn’t ready. This is now the second time they don’t have tenders ready for my order when they had 30 minutes to get them ready. Whoever the manager is really needs to get the deli section together. An average of 4.5 for this store is way too high. Bump it down so this place has something to work towards.

Eh, it’s like a 5 minute walk to get here and the folks are generally sort of nice. Guy who sometimes makes subs in the deli makes his cold cuts with hate, though.

There online ordering for subs is useless. I go here often and they never have the sub ready. They are 2 out of 15 making subs when an online order comes through. I hate this Publix so much.

Went to pick up my online deli order but it wasn’t in the pick up fridge (which was clearly functional) so I asked about it. It had been sitting on a counter behind the deli and felt warm, the cheese was falling apart. I brought it to the attention of customer service but was met with total indifference and no apology whatsoever. It took another 20mins to get everything re-sliced (so much for ordering ahead), and on top of that, the slicer must’ve been dirty because the new meat made me sick.

The employee in the deli are rude. An the manger to . I was there Wednesday morning. All I want was a spinach wrap. The old lady threw the spinach wrap on the line an said. (I'm not making that) I stated this the rudest Publix I ever been to. An started to walk off. The manger said to me. ( Youthink we care if u leave. We still gone make money.
