The guy Tony who manages the Deli is RUDE. I simply went to inform him that the man “Charles” never have anything ready during prime lunch time 12pm-1pm in the deli. He randomly states “I can not fire him for that” I said, I did not say anything about firing him- I simply am informing you. He then proceed to state they are using all the fryers to make 500 chicken tenders- which in my eyes is not logical of a manager to do, because yes you are preparing a pick up order - but what about your other guest!

Great service as you would always find at any Publix. The subs are terrific as always! They were out pf regular Publix brand sweet tea and one of the very nice stock clerks from the meat department went back and got me the half gallon I was looking for even though it wasn't his section.

I frequent this location often, due to the sub sandwiches there.I greatly appreciate the customer service of the employees in the Deli department, and in other areas of this location.I'll continue going to this location, though I also go to other locations too.

The the workers are nice when you can find one on the floor. They generally have what you are looking for from this brand or an alternative. Great location be careful leaving out on the side of the building its a little tight due to people speeding in or out can sometimes be unsafe totally not on this location.

I had an issue with my deli order. The manager Tony was extremely dismissive said to me, “well the orders don’t always look like the pictures.” At that point, I was at a loss for words. The deli order was a sandwich, which did not have a picture. I did tell him that in the first 2 minutes of the conversation. I also said the order did not have a picture only a description on the board. Tony the manager then said, “..(they) don’t always read the description either. So, what would you like me to do for you??” On that note I left. 😑😑

Their produce isn't up to par in comparison to what I expect to find at publix. The night staff is a bit on the rude side including the night mgr. They act as if you're bothering them if you ask for help. Especially the Customer service desk. You're being paid to provide customer service yet you get annoyed if a customer interrupts your gossip session with other employees or God forbid you have to get off your cell phone and do your job. The staff members during the day are much more pleasant.

The pharmacist is awesome! We traveled from another state for a procedure by a medical specialist. Shortly after leaving, the anesthesia started to wear off just as we arrived at Publix's pharmacy. Take matters more intense, the prescription hadn't arrived in the pharmacy computer system! My son was visibly in pain, but didn't want to wait. I refused to leave without it, and the pharmacist graciously filled the prescription as fast as she could. She saved the day! I can't thank her enough!❤️

Today I visit the deli department twice in the past two weeks both times my experience was terrible. First time I waited 40 mins to have my sub made which there wasn’t no fresh veggies . The second time today I placed an order online which was set to be pick up at 6:00pm. When I arrive there was only one person making subs with a long line. The other lady was washing dishing which it to a while for her to stop and ask what I needed. Just to find out they haven’t even made my sub yet. I will no longer come to this location.

Their staff needs training. I get they're not New Yorkers but they are ridiculously slow as if they're serving a single person, even with a line 8 people long. Publix needs to do away with the deli or manage it properly. 30 minutes on line for a basic sandwich is stupid. I can't believe how slowly the staff moves. Not useful for trying to grab an on-the-run sandwich.

Just a quick shout out to the deli department for the lovely job they did with our catering order on Friday, Dec 1. As out-of-towners, it was wonderful to be able to trust one of our favorite chains with the responsibilities of preparing our lunch. Everything was just as we requested, and the food was so tasty. Went on a little shopping trip here while in town for trade show. Fresh and bright store. With a great selection of all items you will need! It was Within about a 20 minute walk from America's Mart building. But decided to take an Uber on the way back with the groceries.

As someone who worked for Publix for 4 years the customer service and work ethic of this Publix is the worst I have ever seen. Rude employees, old items, deli closing hours before the store, and dirty. Not up to Publix standards at all.

The fruit bowl wasn't fresh at all. It was a papaya, strawberry, blackberry, and pineapple bowl. Great customer service overall.

Fast cashier service. Bakery was kind enough to put happy birthday on a cheesecake. Really busy deli counter at lunch. Nice they put out chicken and stuff to grab and go. Smaller store but has alot. Ample parking.

Don’t get the prepackaged precooked chicken. Otherwise, a fine shopping experience. Aisles were layed out differently than my home grocery store but there was a nice selection.

While the store is overall perfectly fine - the chaos of the deli corner is unbearable. To give a 45 minute window to complete an online order sandwich, then stand in the store for another 30 minutes waiting to receive it only for it to be made wrong can be frustrating.

I was visiting Georgia for a vacation. I'm DEFINITELY moving to Georgia. This site alone shows the genuine friendly behavior that is common in this state. People actually smile and greet each other as they are walking down the street. Very clean place. Very clean city.

So my first time in the area and it was an hour wait to get my sub made. Tracy took her absolute time (15-20 per person) and others just watched while the line got longer and didn’t even offer a helping hand. It saddens me because people are on their lunch breaks and they offer no means of support to Tracey. I’m not sure if Tracey is overwhelmed or just doesn’t care about the customers. People only have 30-60 minute lunch breaks and the time spent in lines takes all of your break. I love Publix and this is my first time trying this location and first time getting a sub. Unfortunately, this will be my last time at this location. I will be reaching out to the manager also.

I stopped in from Ubering...had to pick up something from the seafood dept. The young man Keenan went out of his way to help me. I got a few steamed shrimp. He answered my questions about some of the steak & other beef products. A great asset to have to your company

This is the worst Publix ever! The deli always has a line across the store and so do the registers! The managers do nothing to help the situation and when you bring it to their attention they respond with "well what do you want me to do about it?"! My response is your job! I don't mind paying Publix's higher prices because they have better customer service but when there is virtually no customer service why should I pay more?
