The department manager in the deli Kaitlyn, does not know how to run a department. Any place that serves food & beverage should prioritize customer service & experience. I was standing in the deli line for 30 min, which is unnecessary. I watched the manager leave the line & never return with a line full of people. That is 100% unprofessional & I think she’s a bad role model for her employees. That isn’t the type of person you should want running a department. I came to get a sub on my lunch break & I end up standing in line the whole time. That shouldn’t happen when a department manger is present. She never apologized to the customers for the long wait, or tried to help get the line down. I’m discussed with her behavior as a DEPARTMENT MANAGER & I’ll never return to this location again. PISS POOR!

Placed an order online for sub pick up on the way to six flags. The deli was extremely busy. My order was scheduled for 1 and I was not able to speak to a person until 1:10 because of their line, at which point I was told I should have come up and said something. Asked if my order had been started and got the response no, no online orders have been started. After looking at a row of online tickets with no clue where mine stood, I asked to cancel the order. Employee said I’ll go take the ticket to my manager. We paid online and when I asked if I would be reimbursed I was told normally we give you back the receipt and you take it to customer service, but she took the receipt to the manager I can get her if you like. Short story is I had to hunt down the manager to find I had successfully been refunded and be told a second time that I should have cut in front of the line and told them I was there for an online order- as if it would have changed the outcome. Customer service was very poor and problem resolution was even worse. Will never come back to this Publix.

This Publix has great customer service. The deli is fully stocked when I usually go here. If you order online for deli pick up the items are fresh and ready on time. Just head to the deli area and let them know you are picking up an order.I also like to order instacart from here and the items are always in stock. The vegetables are always fresh when I go here.The pharmacists are always very helpful when I need to ask questions or have concerns.There are plenty of open lines when shopping here and they have plenty of outdoor parking. This is in a shopping center so if you need to shop around this is a good location to stop at.

Came in this morning 01/13/2024 at 8:45am and tried to give this location another opportunity because the customer service in this location is ALWAYS HORRIBLE and today was no different, SMH!!!!! From the rude young lady at the self checkout, to the rude older women working the only line that’s open this morning. The only professional and AMAZING customer service came from the beautiful ladies in produce, shout-out to you ladies!!! Keep that same energy, enthusiasm and positive vibes because the front end of this store customer service sucks!! No other words for it. From the deli section to the front register, you all need to realize that until you signed up for “shopping is our pleasure” not in this location. Oh wait shout out to the nice lady in the meat department too, she helped me quickly and was jamming to the music as well. Other than that RUN before you be cussing out somebody mama, grandma or daughter. Just sad!!!!

This was my first time at the market just going in to kill some time. It was easy to find everything and the staff was friendly and quick to check in to make sure we didn't need help. They were also helpful with checkout without even asking. Definitely would go back while in the area.

Clean, well stocked, deli area always has a long line, sometimes there aren't cups for fountain drinks, good meats and produce, mainly self-checkout.Half of checkout is cashier with long lines, they only have paper bags which is a pain on the bus and in general not having a choice.

Christina on register 1 had a TERRIBLE attitude and snickering with the bag chick disrespectfully. I rarely leave negative reviews because I’m here often and it’s usually and pretty good store but she definitely ruined it.

The deli is a disaster!!!If you place an online order, make sure you select the pickup time atleast 2 hours prior to whenever you actually want to pick it up. Subs are never ready on time and you can stand there for 15 minutes before they ask you what the name on the oreder is. It is at that time that they will actually prepare the sub.Hot food section seems to always be out of food whether is is rotisserie or fried chicken, it is always 45 minutes before it is ready (no mater what time of the day it is).

They never have what I want (Tsamma Watermelon Juice, PikNik Shoestring Potato Stix, things for my hair and things for my cat). They really hate to restock. I prefer to stop in NE Atlanta on my way home from work to get plastic bags.

Sooooooo much better than that god-awful Publix over at Camp Creek! And I was happy beyond belief to see the do not have plastic bags, only paper. I really hope they stick with that. Would be great if all of the Publix would get rid of those awful, planet-choking plastic bags.

I just don't understand. I come in here to buy a few whole chicken wings at 7:45 and why is the entire section is cleaned up and closed down. The store doesn't close until 10? I should be able to get fresh chicken until at least 8:30. Further, why do we never see the same varieties offered at other Publix stores? Other stores have BBQ wings or Nashville Hot chicken breast or wings. Also, they never make enough Mardi Gras wings and don't even have them everyday talking about it depends who's doing the cooking? What happened to what your customers WANT?. #Tiredoflesserservice #Oursideoftown... SMH.

Ever since I been in Atlanta I been going to this Publix and even worked there. WATCH THEM OLDER WOMEN IN THE DELI.. they’ll literally charge you individually for EVERY SINGLE ITEM. Publix is allowed to have a bad day like anyone else, but when a pick up order becomes an hour and a half of utter craziness is why I have to do this review. We ordered and paid for 4 party trays online 2 days prior to pick up. Upon arrival the deli line was already long and then 2 women were in full blown fight mode over 1 of them getting too many sandwiches made at one time. Anyway, I patiently waited and after 15mins of me waiting to be helped I finally had to stop one of the workers to assit me. She said someone is coming. Once they came I showed them my order number and paid receipt. They found 2 of the 4 trays and then took another 20mins trying to find my other 2 trays. They called the Manger Ms Hammond and she came and started helping the man behind me! I said you were called over here because of me why are helping someone behind me. She looked so confused and still took care of his order before mines were found. Now at an hour she apologize and goes and look again for my other 2 trays. She comes back and say it's not there and then just looks at me. Now I'm done!!!! I said what's your solution! She said a redund. I said no. You are going to make these trays as ive been here long enough and also a refund as I'm late to the party and I have all the food. It doesn't take a hour to verily that my order was not made. She waisting more time. She gets one of the sandwich makers to do my order He was nice but in my rush to leave, I saw that the wraps were sloppy, had absolutely no cheese, and some had no meat. Alex the store manager refunded me, but the experience triggered such anxiety that I'm ok if I never go to Publix again

Ms. Yolanda at the deli is the best part about this place! She was super patient, kind, and friendly making subs for my family. There is general service, and then there is above and beyond service, Ms. Yolanda definitely went above and beyond when helping us and fulfilling our many requests. Thank you! 💖

My lord the line for the Publix deli is the biggest turn off of all time. I always hype myself up for the glory that is a Publix sub sandwich and am always beat down and devastated leaving. The lines are insane, the fact that mobile orders are prioritized even though ordering on the app is a nightmare SUCKS. Then we have a lady running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to figure out how to compose a pub sub like she’s never done this before. I watched the lady next to her bust out 5 pub subs before the bread hit the table on our side. I don’t know what da hell is going on but every Publix is like this. Please fix it
