My dog went in looking cute and cuddly, he came out bald and basic. I specifically told the groomer I did NOT want all of my dogs hair cut off. I told her to TRIM his hair. There is a BIG difference between trim and cut. We even discussed that she would need to cut his under belly and back legs b/c the hair was matted. The groomer stated "I will call you if I need to go lower any where else". The groomer did NOT call me!!! She just cut off all his hair.In addition to the HORRIBLE haircut, my dog stinks. He smells like the groomer did not even bathe him. And his eyes are still dirty.I dropped my dog off at 7am. I was told he would be ready in 2-3 hours. He was not ready until 5.5 hours later!This is the worst dog grooming experience I have ever had.I just paid $88 for the groomer to shave off ALL my dog's hair and not bathe him...this is disgusting service and value.I will be contacting headquarters.

GROOMERS HAVE NO CARE AND PATIENCE AND ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My 1 year old 9 pound toy poodle came in for grooming. About 20 mins after I left the store I got a call back saying that they have to discontinue the grooming because my dog became way too “excited.” Granted I am aware that the groomers safety is important especially for a 9 lb toy poodle (I can only imagine how threatening he must be to a professional groomer). But the condition in which I received my dog was just DEPLORABLE. His hair was still falling off of him when I received him. They didn’t even care to brush him off. It was very much “take your dog and leave.” If I could have left a negative 5 star review I would have left a negative 10.
