Very sad to say this especially since not all groomers are like this experience at this location. However, experienced a new person, Victoria..there that actually cut my doodle extremely awkward and horrible. When I picked her up I almost cried. It was like she didn’t even care how my dog looked. No care at all…just a job. I’m hoping this will help someone else to be cautious as to who you let groom at this place.

I frequently visit PetSmart to get Fish and aquatic products for my fresh water aquarium. I have bought Betta fish, gold fish, tetras, guppies, mollies, platys, snails, plecos, bichir, cichlids and plants from this shop. They also have other intermediate and advanced fish in their collection. The store employees are friendly and co-operative.

This store is clean and the staff are all friendly and try to be helpful, which is greatly appreciated! We recently went here to get a betta fish and interacted with several store associates while trying to find a tank, figure out the water, tank decor, etc.We got some conflicting info about tank size for the betta which wasn't a huge deal but was a little confusing. But the first fish died within 3 days. We made sure our tank was big enough, bought a warmer, did some water testing, etc. and everything is exactly as the online guides and in-store brochure says it should be. When we went back for a replacement betta fish, we saw 2 confirmed dead fish on the shelves in their cups, with 2 that seemed to be on the way. Our replacement fish lasted 4 days before it also died. The quality of their fish seems to be sadly bad. After $150 and 2 dead fish, we'll definitely be back for dog supplies but we won't be shopping here for fish items anymore.(Pictured - our first fish right after we put it in the tank)

My dog Finnegan, a two year old Newfoundland/poodle stayed at PetSmart (perimeter).Finnegan has been boarded at three other locations, one in which he was very reluctant to return to.Finnegan does love the Perimeter PetSmart.He rushed to get out of the vehicle and charges toward the entranceway.Thank you Petsmart for being a home away from home for my Newfoundland/poodle.

The larger brunette woman, I believe her name is Olivia, I'm not exactly sure. She was very rude, short with her responses in such a manner that it made me feel almost uncomfortable to shop there, and the general attitude she showed a customer and honestly how it seemed she was treating those under her, was very off putting. Besides being treated as if I wasn't welcome by that lady, the girl that checked me out was sweet. Probably will go to a different store or location in the future.

My pup has been visiting here since he was 4 months and he is now 11 y/o. PetSmart has renovated their Pets’ Hotel! On Thursday, they had a ❤️Celebrate Disney’s 100 ❤️play date for the doggies…of course for a nominal fee. 😂 The plush toy looks more like Rickey ☠️☠️ a cousin of Mickey. Chase is mad because he can’t find the squeaker. I’m glad he couldn’t either…short lived as he found it this morning. 🙄 That star cookie (apple + cinnamon) must’ve been delicious because he was licking his mouth and sniffing for some dropped crumbs. I’m mad about the picture app failed. So, no picture with Mickey. But the staff is great and you can tell they are “pet lovers”.

In the age of shopping online, I haven't been in PetSmart in quite a while. I needed to switch out my cat food and needed some help and two different people. They were just very sweet and nice and helpful and it's good to know that their return policy on dry food is very generous.Gives me more confidence to buy new and different things there.

I tried unsuccessfully to order on line for a curbside pick up. Each time as I was checking out, a message appeared that said “Opps,something happened,try later. After four attempts covering a four hour span, still no luck. I got a text from my credit card company asking if Inhad used the card for a purchase, that it had been approved. So I went to the store and parked at curbside. My first call rang for several minutes,finally a recording that staff busy with other customers,please call back. When I did, they had no order in system. I called customer service and they were no help either. I am handicapped and had to use walker to enter store, still no record of my purchase. A manager finally came out and I picked up bag of cat food. Under the circumstances I would have thought he would have someone carry the bag to my car, but he did not. Their curbside pick up is a joke!

Horrible, if it was possible to leave zero or negative stars I would. I understand policies but nowhere is it stated that you must not have any vaccinations within 48 hours of a service. I was having a simple wash and nail trim done. If they require no vaccinations within 48 hours, then they should state so as you’re booking it, when they send the confirmation email, or even when they call to confirm your appointment. I understand rabies, or anything with a needle for that matter, but nowhere is it stated. I believe they’re confusing their policies. The only thing that was done 24 hours ago was Bordatella, but because of that , you can’t do a simple wash and nail trim . LET YOUR CLIENTS KNOW , or state it during time of hiking spots . I won’t be back

No one could tell me when the next BilJac wet fog food was coming in. Limited inventory and I buy them out each trip. Last trip I got 7 days worth for my dog. Not worth all the trips!! I’ll go elsewhere.

Tried to short change me.Paid with a $100 spent $25 evenGot $25 back.I went back inside with the problem and they didn’t even recount the drawer to make it right. They knew what they did. Very intentional. Will never pay in cash again

My wife and I brought our poodle to this Petsmart for grooming. We dropped her off at 3pm on 07/22/2021. We were told that she would be done at 5pm and that we should arrive early for pick-up. We arrived at 5pm and requested to see our dog which had then been there for 2 hours. The groomer then informed us that she hadn't started on our dog yet and said "Give me 30 minutes" We were frustrated and had somewhere to be as the appointment stated that it would be finished at 5pm but we waited for 30 minutes. The attached pictures is what 2 hours and 30 minutes will get you at Petsmart. We were livid and took our dog and left and then they tried to charge us after wasting our time, handling our dog rough, and butchering her. This is on top of the fact that we suspect that she was not given water despite being locked in a cage for 2 hours.

We arrived with our dog at the appointment time 9:30 am with Alexis. The staff member who checked my dog in stated that the total for the grooming and deshedding service is 5 hours. At 4:45 pm, over 7 hours after being dropped off, I received a voicemail from the staff member who stated that our dog had mats and was being difficult to groom so the price was increased from $110 to $145. The voicemail also stated I would receive a call when the appointment was finished. To my surprise, I received a call at 5:45 pm informing me that my dog was ready to be picked up. The groomer closed at 6pm. Unable to get to Petsmart in a short 15 minute time frame, I picked my dog up at 6:15pm. The groomer had already left the store by the time i arrived. I was horrified when I saw the hatchet job done to my dog's fur. My dog appeared to have been groomed by an elementary student. There were areas of his coat with chunks of hair missing. My dog had one mat behind his left ear, but the chunks of hair were in random places of his body where I know he did not have mats. The one mat he had, behind his left ear is still there! I suspect he was not deshedded. I cannot pet him without large clumps of hair coming out. I further suspect that my dog did not receive water for the duration of his 8 hour + stay at Petsmart. When he arrived home he did not urinate but went straight to his water bowl and drank two huge bowls of water.I am disgusted and disappointed by the outcome of my dog's grooming experience at this PetSmart.

We come here for Bre’anna, the groomer who always does an awesome job with our dog. He can get a bit anxious but she always handles him gently and with care. We have never been disappointed by the service Bre’anna provides and we try to book her every time because we trust our dog in her hands.The other employees and the store as a whole are all very nice. We’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

We were in the area to pick up my wife. So our new puppy needed a nail trimming, We decided to run in and get the quick procedure done. We do have an APBT, so I can understand sometimes how people will be nervous. As soon as we walked in feeling was like we were already a burden for everyone in there, even the cashier at the front looked like us like we would be a problem, now I wouldn't complain but I received such great service at our normal location on E.W connector, that I was totally put off,, We made it to the grooming station, in which we(my daughter and I) stood there with our over excited happy 4 month old puppy while the workers where taking there time to talk with each other and one of their employees that was no longer at the location. After about a few minutes one of the employees asked what do we want. I allow my daughter to do everything for her puppy as it was her puppy. the girl asked did we have our profile up on data, we gave her the number to bring us up and she said the name of the dog and the dog's owner. She asked me if she had her shots, I said yes because she had already been to the other location and we actually had the same tag from where we got her from. I was told that they can't accept that as it doesn't prove that the puppy had her shots. Really,,, but she is already in your data base,,, So, I am totally unsatisfied with this service here. I have a fun loving puppy with her big sister and the feeling was totally unacceptable.

My husband tried dropping our dog off for her appointment today, but the woman behind the counter was on the phone with the manager about how she needed more hours. He waited over 10 minutes and she never even made eye contact with him so he eventually left. Maybe she should find another job! So rude! We will find another vet.

I have taken my dog to the groomers at this location about 4 times and each time I've had a pleasant experience and was always told that my dog did well during the grooming...except for his last visit with Lafon. My dog was given a "Pawgress Report." I'm not sure if it was the writing that bothered me or the tone of this "report." But Lafon immediately started off with "Huey was a bad boy today." He went on to talk about how difficult my dog was and then ended it with "he needs sedatives during the grooming otherwise we're not sure we can continue to see him."Again, Huey has been to this location about 4 times (I'm sure Petsmart can see that in their system) with NO COMPLAINTS, I bathe him myself about once a month...he is use to baths and has NEVER shown any signs of aggression to anyone. What it sounds like is that my dog wasn't too fond of Lafon's energy, and instead of Lafon suggesting...... "Hey I see Huey did great with Brea the last few times he was here, why don't you try to schedule his next grooming with her." That would have been appropriate and appreciated instead of writing this AGGRESSIVE report and suggesting sedatives and saying you don't know if he can come back...

This is a convenient area to take my shih tzu for boarding. Boarding has gotten very expensive and they force you to do doggy day camp as well which increases the price I'm sure. The employees are friendly and my dog seems to like it but I don't like the cost.

I recently left my dog at Petshotel, and I was completely devastated in the condition my dog was returned. When I picked him up, he was injured, cut up, and extremely frightened. The most concerning part was that the staff couldn't provide any explanation for his condition! As I pressed for any sort of information, I was just given a shrug with zero concern over my dogs safety. I strongly advise against using Petshotel for your pet's care. They need to improve their practices and undergo a thorough investigation to ensure the safety and well-being of animals in their care. My hope is that no other pet owner has to go through what I experienced.

I had an enjoyable time at this particular location! With the AMAZING HELP FROM BLAIR !!!!! He is such an asset to this location and PetSmart !!! Hands down he was so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. He took his time with me on my selection of fishes which made this experience even more fun for me and my family. Kudos Blair!!! You rock !!

This petsmart I can truely say is better than most dog spas. The groomers here love the dogs and it shows. Simba comes out looking and smelling great. Hair is always even and they always take notes and jot down anything to be cautious of like sensitive areas.
