Ty P (TYJANAE) is the best groomer i’ve ever had for my fur baby! She is so attentive to my baby girl Zuri and she keeps her looking wonderful! She is one of the sweetest groomers in there right along with their wonderful salon Leader Ashley and other co workers Courtney, Toya and Ana! They all love my baby Zuri like she’s one of their babies. I don’t take her to get colored there i take her to Woofgang on the beltline to the sweetest groomer Bre i recommend her for coloring! Overall im very pleased with my service every time i go there i highly recommend any of the groomers i just stated!!

I will never return to the pet hotel again. My dog didn’t receive the food I brought for her to eat during her stay as she has a very sensitive stomach. I got a call 2 days later she was out of food, and was charged for her to receive their food (I was happy they called to go over options). However, Come to find out, when I looked in her bag upon pick up, her food was still there! Packaged and all. If the person called Sunday, what was my dog eating Friday and Saturday?!! I tried to get an understanding of what happened…. the manager tried her best but clearly their staff is incompetent. The offer to rectify the situation was 20% off next visit and a visit to horrible Banfield. What a joke. Never again. My dog could have gotten very sick smh

I am mortified. I know my dog and Tyajanee P added on a special 10$ handling fee for a 6 lb dog who is nothing but perfect. It has nothing to do with a different petsmart. I spoke with the manager Ashley and im shaking that I ever let my dog come here for grooming. The reviews are all accurate. Please don't bring your dogs here. I'm going to file a complaint with corporate. My dogs a trained service/therapy animal. She tried to tell me I have people lying to the pet parent about his behavior when this dog has documentation to prove his behavior/training. I'm going to take this complaint up to the top in whichever way I can. This is unacceptable hearing a message that my dog was trying to bite someone when first off he's not even capable unless this is a life or death scenario so either TY P is a liar or she is a horrible human who is abusing the dogs. Either way something needs to be done.

Never returning for a grooming service. My dog came back with several burns on several parts of his body and scratching like crazy because he picked up fleas from the 4 hours he was there for grooming. The price is great because it’s much lower than other grooming places - but not worth it at all. Don’t risk it and pay for a better place that won’t hurt your pet and is clean.

My experience here was a little unorthodox! My family member had an extreme emergency at this location that needed medical attention. The manager on duty was responsive by checking on her, making sure she was ok and comfortable while 911 was called, though they never showed up! He waited with her and kept me updated until I was able to get there and take her to the emergency hospital . Thank you, Micheal, for your help 🙏 and being so kind and wonderful human being. It won't go forgotten!!

Horrible, don’t go to Lisa. She called my dog a monster and said he kept biting her, even though he had been there two times already with other groomers and they all raved about how calm he was. I took him to another groomer to fix this ugly cut and they said the same thing. I also take him to bandfield at this same petsmart location and they say he’s calm and is amazing…. Moral of the story it was her, and she’s too rough on the animals. As well as she can’t cut.

Came in today to get a Hamster for my daughter. She asked for a Hamster for her 4th Birthday!! Margaret was AWESOME. She helped us out with everything. She was very knowledgeable about the different breeds; a PLUS. Thanks for helping us get Peanut Butter.

. Pictures below from our Christmas stay. I posted about the mistreatment and neglect but it doesn’t seem to post here. The pictures show the truth. My babies had bumps and blisters from sitting in their feces and when I picked them up they were saturated in it. When I got them home and showered them off, they had feces washing out of their fur. My 13 year old dachshund has had diarrhea since we picked him up. Seriously thinking about pressing charges for animal cruelty and neglect.Unfortunately when you look at the pictures they do not show how horrible it really is.

Ashley is by far one of the best groomers at the PetSmart Buckhead location. She truly cares for each pet as her own. My family has been taking our dogs to her since 2018. She does a great job as the salon manager. I highly recommend her!

If you are a pet owner, likely you have heard of or been to PetSmart for some of your pet's purchases. It is convenient and with that, a little higher cost. Goes with the territory.

The groomer Ashley at this location is horrible. She has a nasty attitude and cancelled my appointment and blocked me from making other appointments at other locations because she couldnt service my dog. She also has the decency to tell me my dog has never been to this location when it was confirmed with corporate when I called. Bentley has Been to 3 other locations with no problems.I spoke with the store manager Michael at this location and he was helpful. I also called corporate and filled a complaint .

DONT USE THE GROOMING SERVICE. I was very upset with my grooming service. I only asked for a bath because my dog had just her anal glands expressed. Not 30 minutes after I got her home I noticed her paw was bleeding. She DID NOT need her nails cut and I DID NOT ask for it. Also her ears were not clean. I would NEVER use PetSmart for grooming again. Lesson learned.Update: The manager was wonderful! He truly cared and gave me a refund. I will continue to shop here but I will never use the grooming service.

This is one of the nicer PetSmart Stores. I have a cat on prescription food. Not all of the PetSmart carry prescription food, however this one does. The store is clean, organized, and well stocked. The employees are always very nice and helpful. The location is an easy in and out. Parking is never a problem. I will say most of the time there is a long line for checkout.

Never again!! Left my 5 lb Yorkie on Saturday afternoon. I got a call early Sunday morning to say my dog bit through bite gloves and an employee was injured. 5 lb Yorkie!!! That’s not all. A couple hours later I get a call from a pet hospital that my dog is there with injuries to his lip and paw!! Retaliation?? Looks very fishy. Store leader tried to make amends but I will never leave my pet with Buckhead Hotel at Petsmart again!!! His first and last visit to Petsmart hotel.

The Buckhead team, Dr. Hayes, Shakira, Trey and Heather feel like family. They have all embraced my sweet little Happi with love and kindness. I am grateful for this team and the care and concern Dr. Hayes has given Happi, he is an amazing doctor and always made time to explain and answer any questions. This is a large pet store with anything you need for more common pets. I foster for the Atlanta Humane society (awesome shelter!). so my needs change with each guest. If you sign up they have discounts. Plenty of free Parking.

Never leaving our dog here again. Dropped her off with basic instructions to feed her twice a day and bathe her on her last day. They didn't refrigerate her wet food and it went bad. What's worse is they must've kept feeding it to her because she had diarrhea for 2 days after. Didn't even follow through with the bath we scheduled prior to pickup. Got a call halfway through our vacation saying we didn't show up for pickup when she wasn't scheduled for pickup till 4 days later. Don't leave your dog here....ever! They need to add negative stars to reviews in this case!

Unfortunately, this store needs a lighting update. Especially since their neighbor (Aldi) has well-lit signage, their portion of the parking lot was lit, etc. The staff didn't go out of their was to help. Actually, the gentleman who rang me up took a seat at the window before I could walk away from the counter. Not impressed.

This location has a lot of nice groomers such as Chris, Cam, etc. to name a few. However please avoid the groomer “Ty” at all costs. She is extremely rude and unprofessional; to the extent that the nice store manager gave me a free service citing the unacceptable behavior of an associate towards a customer.
