This is the best PetSmart I've been to so far! It's well lit, the sales people are friendly, the aisles are stocked and best of all the fish are plentiful and healthy. Anz helped us getting the goldfish and she was so careful with them. I'll definitely be coming back to this location for more of my aquarium and pond needs.

Had an appointment scheduled with Ashton for Sunday at 9 am. They moved my appointment without any communication. I’m calling in running behind and this groomer is acting oblivious to the appointment date and time. The manager did not try to assist Natasha I will be calling corporate to file a complaint unorganized and unprofessional Petsmart don’t worry about me bringing my pet back to this location again. No respect or regards for the customer weirdos.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PETSMART LOCATION. The groomer STU cut my dog’s armpit, never reported what he did, and charged me $10 for extra handling (SEE PICTURES). His appointment was at 8:39 am and came to pick him up at 10am. I asked where STU was and they said he was gone for the day. Asked to talk to a manager and he said that it was because my dog was matted. Which is not true because 1. I always brush him before an appointment 2. The groomer checked him and said he was okay.Horrible service. Now I am waiting for him to be checked at the vet and no one from the staff had minimum human decency.

Very friendly staff. Always plenty of stock and great prices. Got two "boy" guinea pigs 3 and 5 months ago respectively but we quickly found out that the first one was a girl when we woke up to 2 little surprises last Saturday morning. Lol. 😂😂They graciously accommodated us with a nice size coupon so we could get more supplies while we wait for them to be ready for re-homing with a friend's 2 daughters. Exciting times.

I took my 8 year old Aussie to get groomed at this store.I have to say, I am VERY particular on how she is groomed.. I was nervous but Jade in the grooming department gave my girl the BEST groom and cut she has EVER had! I would recommend Jade and the whole grooming department at this store to anyone!

The local dog trainer Mary is THE BEST DOG TRAINER EVER! I cannot ask for a better dog training who absolutely loves her job. Her passion, energy and excitement for dogs easily comes across during classes. I highly recommend her dog training program as well as the PetSmart staff at this location . My little buddy enjoyed her class and picked up lessons very quickly!

Ran in an bought some dog treats. They have a wide variety. Quick and easy. Some of the treats are for training. Some of the treats are for being a good boy when I leave the condo and come home.

Made appointment for 11am on Saturday. Got her all checked in by 1115. Told the groomer what I wanted and didn't want and left her with them. It was really loud in the small grooming area, and I know my dog hates that, but I figured she wouldn't be there that long. I went back in at about 1:15 just to see what her status was. I know there is usually a window of about 3 hours. When I asked about her, they all sort of looked at each other, and one groomer went into the back to see what was going on. They came back and said they had forgotten she was back there. Forgotten her. She'd been sitting in a crate in all that craziness the entire time. Then someone told me that they could have her ready in 30 minutes if i wanted to wait. I chose to take her and leave. I wonder how long she would have waited back there if I hadn't shown up? The rest of the one star review is for the inability to contact a human at the store. I had tried calling on the way in to let them know we would be 5 minutes late, but no one answered. I tried calling after we left the store to talk to a store manager, and I got stuck in the same do loop again, waiting on hold while every 30 seconds or so a recording came on to tell me how important my phone call was. I will never go back to this store again.

The store manager, Antonio, went above and beyond. He was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and he ensured all my questions were answered. As a new dog owner, I had a good shopping experience thanks to him. I will be back all the time!

Where do I start, I came inside the store to a few purchases for my shihtzu, I was so confused on what to buy. The store associate was super friendly in helping me. Then a young man walks up and made sure I found everything I needed from shampoo, the best brand of food for my furbaby. He even mention about the different behaviors I will expect to see with my shihtzu I was so amazed at his knowledge that I spent more then I was expected to spend because of his professionalism and knowledge of my breed of dog. This is my third time coming in that store and before compared to now I will continue to shop there cause Antonio and his staff is amazing. On a scale of 1-10 I give this petsmart a 10 for knowledge, friendliness, and most importantly professionalism. Way to go you guys and gal.

Wait times are infuriating despite making an appointment. Had to wait nearly an hour and when providing feedback to the staff, his response was “actually it was 43 mins to be exact” Yes sir, it was because I waited almost 10 mins to even be checked in. They are rude, inconsiderate and seem like they hate their jobs. They do not empathize with the customers. It’s fine if you are backed up, let me know. And at a minimum, have a better attitude.No one even came to greet us nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. I’ve been a Banfield customer for over 10 years, but seems it’s come time to end my membership with them.

My customer experience here with Kenneth was not up to par.I dropped my pet off around 11:05 for a Bath & Brush with FURminator + FURminator luxury that comes with a FURminator brushing .. up to 20 mins.. in addition to teeth, nails, bandana, deodorizer.How did I receive a call at 11:34 saying my pet was ready ? How did she receive her “luxury” brushing that quick. Kenneth didn’t even take 30 minutes on my services.. I’m pretty sure at the pace he was moving, her bath was barely given as well.Not to mention he hadn’t trimmed her nails, & was sending her out without her bandanna. All of which he was charging me for. I doubt he even did her teeth.If I had not asked to receive what was owed to me & my dogter, he wouldn’t have done his job or given us anything.Kenneth seems to be a sweet kid, but he could definitely use some customer service training as well as a reminder to provide all services requested & expected to be paid for.As of right now, she’s still shedding all over the place & don’t even look like she had a spa day today. I’m not pleased at all & would really like a full refund or at LEAST do my services the right way.It’s almost as if this Pet Smart doesn’t even care about the fur babies.I am currently waiting on a call back from the management team to see how this will be handled. I will update my review then.

Awful customer service and clearly a grooming staff that doesn’t want to work. I booked an appointment for my 16 year old Maltese because the Buckhead location was booked only to be called back saying Deondre didn’t feel comfortable doing a “senior” for safety reasons. My response was, “safety to my pet or others?” And I went on to explain that though she’s older she loves grooming and is super easy. If it’s a matter of time she won’t take up much because she’s only 5lbs, but then yet another excuse was given and that he’s booked around that time and can’t get her in and out. I asked for a supervisor who sounded 16 years old who offered no other explanation or consideration for my time and needs for my pet. I wouldn’t put her in a situation that she wouldn’t be safe, but offering me other dates that won’t work only because you don’t want to take her today is ridiculous and PetSmart made up policies over the phone are certainly not what I’d expect as a customer of 16 years. The last visit was cancelled because I was told her vaccination was expired, which was untrue. Total inconvenience and completely unprofessional.

The manager, Aquarius, is one of the most aggressive and unprofessional managers I have ever interacted with. I’ve never experienced a manager trying to intimidate me into not returning an item. I would highly recommend avoiding this location due to Aquarius and his extremely poor customer service skills.

(The Manager Aquarius) is rude and unhinged, unprofessional and dismissive. Due to the limited orders of Royal Canine French Bulldog puppy chow and it never being in stock when I get there.I called this time in advance and Aquarius informed me that they were in fact in stock, this was surprising since I had just come yesterday night and there was none.In the 10 mins it took for me to get there from the initial call.I’m informed that the item was no longer in stock.Instead of taking accountability like a true leader and owning up to his mistakes of not thoroughly looking for the inquired item Aquarius tried to convince me that the entire stock had been purchased since my call.I told him that was impossible and that if I investigated further by viewing stock or sales report we know that wouldn’t have been the case. He immediately became upset that he’d been caught in his life and abruptly stormed off without any explanation or resolution.Even is employ another black gentlemen with long hair informed me he did infact make a mistake and apologized on his behalf.This all could have been resolved with an apology but Aquarius’ pride and arrogance demeanor prevented an opportunistic customer service opportunity.

Another great experience at PetSmart. Although I went to handle business there. It was a good day. The manager Kyle was extremely nice even though he was handling many task he never had an attitude. Kudos to PetSmart in the customer service area I hope that all of my experience with them is as delightful as my experience with them on yesterday. I'll definitely be back. Took my Labrador in for a bath and furminator treatment. I understand how hard it is to manage a labrador's shedding, but I came home and was still pulling piles of hair off him. Very disappointed.

I’ve been getting my dog groomed at PetSmart locations for 4 years and this is the absolute WORST one I’ve ever interacted with. They have cancelled on me multiple times on the day-of my appointment without even offering another same week option. Today after being 5 minutes late for my appointment they told me that my groomer was overbooked so he could no longer take my dog. Meanwhile, I did call to let them know I was on my way and running behind. There’s no way he would have started on my dog already and I had no particular time to pick him up. If he was so overbooked there should have been plenty of other dogs there for him to start with. I don’t think it should have anything to do with me if you are overbooked. Why allow people to make appointments and plan on them when your staff can’t handle it?? AWFUL. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This rating is only based off of the customer service we received from the hospital at the back of the store. The employees at the registers are amazing and will always get a 5 star. But why is it okay or even normal for an African American lady at the receptionist desk to talk and speak to us with such an attitude, as if we were the dumbest people to show up that day. It seems normalized that she even acts this way to customers. If anyone else spoke the way she did, it’s definitely a complaint to corporate. It was so disrespectful and unprofessional how she was that we had to let her know we were only doing what we’ve been told, where she decided to lighten up a bit and say they’ve been telling us to do things wrong. Help us out, we came to you for a reason, not to be told “nope”, “mm-mm”, “that’s not how it works.”

This review is based on the grooming salon. Absolutely horrible. Upon check-in, the groomer that I scheduled with was running late “on Jade time” per the young man that checked me in. That was the first red flag. Then upon picking her up there were 2 fees charged (eventually groomer took off) that were not communicated with me when I booked or at check-in. Then when my dog came out…this is what really upsets me. All of her cut details are in the system from previous years, we’re confirmed by the man checking me in and when I got her…she looks just like she did when I took her. I have to agree with some of the other reviews regarding the grooming salon. You all need to do better. Needless to say, we will NOT return to this grooming salon. Extremely disappointed with the service. Never. I mean NEVER again.

The employees are always nice. Quick tip, their food selection may sometimes only have smaller bags. Buy a bunch and ask at checkout that they price match the price per pound of a larger bag. They happily do and I'm grateful for that.

If you are looking for friendly service, welcoming smiles, and total helpfulness, you've come to the right place! It's the most amazing place! Jade did an awesome job on our Beau and Lady. The young man who greeted me at the door and helped me with knowing where to go for grooming and also just was so helpful to me in general...he was awesome!
