I have been trying to contact this company for over 2 months to order wheels for a 3 in 1 pet stroller. Mine were missing when I was gifted the product. I’ve sent 6 emails and phone number says to send an email for fastest service. Such a let down.

I bought the PetLuv Happy Cat stroller. Truly love the design, versatility, and the price! Unfortunately for our 8 lbs dog, it is a bit too big and our dog has anxiety issues and prefers snug carriers. When I contacted PetLuv support, they sent me the return label without any fuss!

Hard to determine if they actually have any real products or are just conning their way into your wallet. Be cautious of buying anything since their return policy would probably not protect you in any way.PetLuv is a business that has taken advantage of investors giving them a small business loan, and are attempting to not repay.

Gismo is 14, father of our other Shih tzu Gypsy. Gismo has Anixety and separation Anixety also. One day I was looking and I found this site that had pet products. Ordered the vaporizer for dogs or cats. So we bought one and it worked but it was cracked. So they sent me another unit. We kept it on all the time. In one month time he didn’t have any attacks. We were so happy and he felt at peace. I would highly recommend this item to any furbaby Moma. It worked wonderfully for us. It’s worth a try

I have 3 large male MaineCoons. They love traveling to the vets and groomers in the large comfy cat carrier. They are very sturdy. My boys even use them to nap in at home. Best part they have a stroller attachment option which helps transport my boys.

Shady company with reprehensible business practices. Took a large amount of money from investors on consignment with no intentiin of paying them back. Sold inventory and kept the money. Beware that this company and it's owner are not honest or forthright.

First time I ordered I was very happy. I made another order on February 4th, it is now March 25th, I’ve reached out at least a handful of times and still I have no order or refund. They aren’t even replying or getting back to me at this point. I will never use or recommend this company again.

Absolute trash of a company and as human beings (if you can call them that). They literally stole $56,636 from small lenders on Kickfurther and didn't pay back a penny. In collections, they offered to pay back $3,700?!?!? The owners of this company should be ashamed of themselves. Don't give a penny to these horrible people. Find a company with actual ethics.
